Diane Bowman: Took my previous car for a remote starter and than had them install a remote starter in my new car. Extremely happy with service. Owners were friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend them.
Anthony Battaglia: Took my car here to have a remote start installed and the owner was extremely rude. It wasn't until after I purchased and had the remote start installed that they bothered to tell me I might have issues with interference from my factory security system. Sure enough my remote start has never worked right and after going back the owner told me there was nothing he could do. That he would have to try and contact the manufacturer of the remote start. He then became rude and argumentative when I told him he should be the one to fix the problem. Just avoid this place and go somewhere that actually cares about their customers and stands behind their work.

Gigi Vena' W: I rented a fireplace and And TV last year. 2 weeks ago, I paid it off ( so I thought) in full. This was before the 6 months same as cash was expired. I noticed that the store manager was not too happy when I did this, but I didn't think anything of it. Renta Center makes money from delinquent/late payments. Also, they make the big money if you are not able to pay off your items in 6 months. I was given a certificate for my TV but not the fireplace. Again...I didn't think it was a big issue because I had receipt that I paid off both items. I received a knock on my door just now from some scrubby looking driver stating that my account was past due and I owed.....15.00 dollars and some change and that I had 2 days until my 6 month same as cash expired....So....here is the gist of it. When paying off your account, make sure that you receive a certificate for each item in your possesion. These guys are crooked! If there is an emergency and there is no other way around it...use them. But I would not recommend that you purchase from them for items that can wait. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Stay away from Renta Center, especially the one in Roseville Michigan.
