Jason ODay (Jay): As I entered I noticed right away how friendly and cheerful the employees were. Inside was clean and smelled nice. I was able to walk around freely!! I hate when you walk into a furniture store and the sales reps are in my face. This place was nothing like that. There was a hug selection of rugs and most available in multiple sizes. From 10 being the best, I would rate the quality of the rugs at a strong 8!! Most of the rugs were marked 1/2 off and let me tell you, their prices were better than Amazon or Wayfair. I wasn't shopping for furniture but it seemed like a pretty good selection of living room and bedroom furniture. I would recommend this store to others. If you are shopping for Rugs, bedding, furniture, etc.. I would start here. I will add photos later.

Recently, I purchase a full bedroom set, couch and loveseat.First of all we went to the store around 6pm and they close at 7. So we were walking around and looking at the furniture and then the guy on the cashier with the glass mid age literally start looking at us and cursing at us in Arabic I could tell, only reason I bought it because there delivery was in an week. Next, the delivery was an absolute mess, those guys are very unprofessional and rude, the left all the garage saying they’ll come back to get it but never showed up. They were extremely rude and ended up causing damage to our house and doorway because they were trying to 'fit' the couch through. By the time the set everything most of the things were already damaged, to be safe I got warranty so now I called for service they’re not helpful at all and don’t know if we’ll get our service done or not or else we just lost $4k. DON’T BUY FROM THIS SCAMMERS.

When I called warehouse to see where I was on the list the male foreigner was very rude and nasty on the phone. I spent a lot of money with this place. I bought a living room set and dining set from here. I guess once they get your money they feel they can talk to you any kind of way. I will take my money elsewhere next time.

Lina Lina: I bought a bedroom set offline. I moved out of the way and let the delivery men do their thing while I sat in my living room. When they left I realized they left my trash all over my back yard instead of taking the boxes back to the truck. They also did not attach the little pieces that screw onto the legs of my dressers. It’s a beautiful set but it smells like it was left in the rain or some type of weird smell that won’t go away. They were also rude when I called to see about a box spring because I wasn’t aware it was even needed for the set. I personally love my bedroom set but I would not recommend this place unless you want to over spend and have a mess to clean up for weeks.

lisa martin: i reached out to anthony about me receiving raggedy a couch and left him a message he didn’t answer. i then talked to the manager john he said to send pictures which i did and he said i had to take the couch back down and bring back up there in order to be replaced or he can send me more legs. neither was a good idea the couch is raggedy as whole i wanted a refund and they can come pick of this garbage. first of all when i called looking for john a guy named chad answered laughing and talking to coworkers in the background then yelled hello when he got done. so unprofessional and raggedy furniture. i should’ve believed my daughter to not come here. along with her I WILL NEVER BE BACK. everybody race up here for the cheap deals, everything is worth it’s price cheap GARBAGE.

Daniela Rico: DO NOT SHOP HERE! This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I bought a bed frame around February 25, and they said it would be delivered by Saturday. They delivered me an incomplete order and gave me a damaged product. After weeks of false guarantees and failure to deliver my order, I had to walk in the store and demand a refund because their phone service is horrible. They promised to pick up the old damaged product and give me a refund. As of now, they have failed to make good on their promise, and I am stuck with a big box trash. If I die trying to carry this garbage down from the 7th floor of my apartment, I will come back as a ghost and haunt them until they get better customer service.

Today I finally found the ONE we all liked and could agree on, it’s fits the house the style and the budget. June Foster: I am having a awful experience with Romeo and Juliet. First of all I’ve waited 3 months for furniture to come is not in yet. Secondly, they wanna charge a extra hundred and not acknowledge my wait. The owner would not even waive the extra for my wait. When she went to pay it off they did not have the night stand to go with it. They told her she could get what they have and come back for the night stand when it cones in. She told them no.she'll keep making payments until it come in. That was in August. Since august she has been in that store at least 7 or 8 times. She went in Thursday 11/05 and made a payment. Ask the lady if her complete set was in the lady said yes. She told the lady she will be back Saturday to make the final payment and set a delivery date. So we get there today. About to make the final payment. They tell her the set she had in layway have been on back order since 9/16. The only thing they can do for her is give her a store credit. I said no. She want her money back. I told them you all knew that for almost 2 months. You all has her paying money on something you knew you could not produce. Once they saw it was discontinued as another worker told us. They should have told her before she continued to make payments or even picked up the phone to call her. So she asked them to just sell her the bed and the dresser without the stand.they could not produce that. One worker told me they sold it when people got "their trump bucks and unemployment money". So never mind somebody put their money on that set we gonna sale it. At the end of the day nobody apologize for the inconvenience. She ended up picking out another set that cost more. They didnt even offer her a discount or try to make it right. Now to the delivery and set up issue. They can bring the furniture to the house and leave it on the porch . which is stupid you suppose to bring it in the house. Never would i allow anyone i know to send their money there. Oh i talked to the owner he going to ask me"why i feel they was unprofessional?" I told him. Never once did he offer to make it right. He just didnt care

Deborah Watson: I went to Lowes to get a cart that can go up stairs. I could not find it and asked a employee about where could it be. The employee's name was George. He stopped what he was doing and found it and he put the cart together. George was very helpful and polite. George wasn't like the other place all they do is point you in the direction and walk away. Lowes will be the place I will go to. Great Job!
Lynn Lee-Hubert: A few years ago, I had a side garage door replaced. I had a door measure/ install and that was off season December and a issue! Fastfoward to 2023. I gave Lowes another try. I ask specifically ahead. how long for the door to arrive and what is the door install time frame. 2 weeks install max! Orders 4 weeks max. End result Doors took 6 weeks with me stopping in the last 3 weeks on status reports. Mobody calls you. I had to stop in again inquiring about install. I had to call and text the installer. Long response times. Takes the whoke week to get bsck to me. Install now 4 weeks maybe 5/30. I should of went to PELLA for the darn door in the first place. Yes its more money but it would of been already installed. My front door is going to be installed by PELLA on my next purchase. Let alone my roof that I had reached out for an estimate on. I hd actually only wanted Lowes to do. . Im sooo angry, frustrated and disappointed with Lowes. Its not like installs are cheap.

Nadia Khan: I placed an order for storm door installation through Lowe’s with Great Lakes Door Company. The measurements were completed on January 10th requiring additional parts to be ordered through Lowes. I paid for the door, labor, and additional parts. The installers attempted installation in March, which was two months later. They were unable to complete it because additional parts were needed, so installation was rescheduled. It’s April 4th and the incorrect part was ordered by Lowe’s so now it must be rescheduled again! No proper communication with me and amongst themselves. It is extremely delayed and there is a lack of professionalism. Very disappointed in Lowe’s, the worst customer service!!

There is a large availability of materials and tools, so in a pinch most things you need will be here.Follow up:We bought appliances from here and were treated like utter ^$*$. The delivery "men" told us they couldn't take our washer because it was "full of water" must have been magical invisible water.. They were full of something alright. I moved myself alone without issue..it must have been a miracle right? One guy with a bad back moves a washer "full" of water while 2 200+lbs "men" say it was "too heavy" for them.Then they(Lowes) delivered a dishwasher with parts missing.. their delivery department hung up on us 4 times, utter trash. We will no longer to buissness with Lowes!

Orlando Saenz: My complaint is they offer this free Trim+Go service to cut Levolor blinds but it is SO HARD to get someone at the store to do it, there's only 1 single guy that can do it and good luck if you caught him at lunch time, please post a schedule of hours which I can plan to go, even it's a 2 couple hours a day, I will make room in my schedule, but I want to NOT spend 2 hrs in the aisle waiting for the guy, make an appointment system or something., I even went back to ger more custom blinds and this time the guy was off that day, so had to leave and asked to come back the day after.I had quoted blind online and other suppliers and this is much much much much cheaper, so my dream to have a cheap fauxwood slates blinds that are CORDLESS for under 100USD was great, I love the idea of it and the quality is as expected.
