Ken Jarema: I would give gardner white o stars, we bought a living room set last May and paid extra for an extended warranty and they have been out multiple times for different repairs. Now the frame broke and they are saying it's not covered. This company is horrible and I will not buy from them again. I miss art van.

Dan Nowakowski: Horrible service. Was supposed to deliver in the driveway. Delivered on the porch breaking two bricks and cracking three others. When I called to make a claim I was told they would not cover the claim and that my porch was deteriorating from the pictures sent. If it is visible from pictures, it would be visible to the delivery driver and therefore should have never hauled an 80 lb dresser on a deteriorating porch. Then they claimed it was preexisting when I followed up. Stasia and Ramone were no help and Jeff Wright is incompetent.

She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and welcoming… which prompted me to visit the store. Upon arrival, I was greeted immediately by multiple team members that answered all of my questions and offered refreshments too. Keisha informed me of all purchasing options, then suggested that I speak with Kyle regarding a specific item I wanted. Kyle is the best!! Nicholas Kulak: I bought a sectional couch, a small breakfast nook table, an office chair and a nifty retro looking rocking chair here. Haley was the best salesperson ever.. She was heartfelt and attentive while considering what I needed every step of the way. When I came to pick up my furniture she had it wrapped and she even helped us load it in the van herself. If I find myself needing more furniture I would definitely come to Cort and talk to Haley again, and if anyone else needs furniture I would recommend they do the same.
