They cleaned it thoroughly and there was no trace of urine smell and looked as new as the day I purchased it! From General to Miles (the sweet and gentle rescue dog), the employees were great, friendly, family, and customer service oriented! The prices are fair and affordable. Amy Gilmore: We were told that our repairs were going to be $5,800. We then were asked to participate in fraud. We were told that we would be billed $5,800 for the flood clean up services performed by the company, but the bill to the insurance company would be $7,400 so that they could make more money from the insurance company. We refused to participate. The company then sent us a bill for $7,400 and harassed us until we paid it. Do NOT work with this company.

Charlie Zadrozny: Really disappointed with Chris. We scheduled a carpet cleaning at my house 11-1. Ive been trying to call him MULTIPLE times around 12-1 to see if he is still coming. At 2PM I decided that he is blowing me off and got someone else to come out. Txted him little after 2PM saying "Really disappointed with you. You wasted of of my time that I dont have. Already found someone else that is coming. Hope you dont treat all of your customers this way". All in response I got was "Ok". No apology for not communicating and wasting 3 hrs of my day, day where I was moving and NEEDED the carpets cleaned. Hope you think twice before hiring him to do your carpets.
Bergita Gega: Gave this company a try based on good reviews...and unfortunately was not satisfied... over the phone they have gave me an estimate of starting at $150 for couches stools and 5 area rugs..when he came he did my couches stools and 2 rugs for the price of $225. Which i know shaggy rugs are hard to clean. We told him in the beginning before he started what was needed when he finished one room he started to put his equipment away and my husband said wait you have this room and he proceeded to get a little upset. I have photos of areas which are not clean and actually look worse than before. We are a smoke free house hold and have one little Maltese/yorkie mixed! And 2 new born sons!

I have used this service many time and most on a last minute notice when my dog got sick and had accidents on my newly installed carpet. Not only do they show up on there scheduled time, they have always gotten out every spot I needed. Then they follow up to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job. I had them clean my carpet in whole basement. I was amazed at how good my carpet came out. I was concerned with not drying they put large fans on it and came back later to pick up. Not only is there service amazing they are professional, trustworthy and pay attention to every little detail. They brought my rugs right out to my car and helped me load them. I don’t know what their limitations are, but they got off all the stains that had accumulated on my carpets over the years. How is that possible!?!?..… … OK, I get it. Carmen London: John provided horrible customer service, had a horrible attitude and refused to wear a mask. 😷John ignored Gov Gretchen's mandate to wear masks. 😷My whole family including Damon and Keith, wore masks. Unfortunately, I wasn't informed by management there is an extra 5.00 charge if I decide to pay with credit. Had I know when I was given my price quote, I could've better prepared. Keith and Damon PROVIDED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE 🙂and practiced SOCIAL DISTANCING by wearing a mask. Keith and Damon really brought my carpet back to life and gave me advice on which chemicals I should and should not use. Renee Toft: They have been cleaning my house for years and I am very impressed. They are always on time, easy to schedule and very hard working. They often have a crew of 2 or 3 and are very efficient.
Reese Cup: Very unprofessional they placed a dirty pale in my kitchen sink (which I never seen until then end) to be filled with hot water for the carpet scrubber which is very unsanitary no mounted steam cleaners in truck, no deodorizer and they'll make pay for disinfectant. They left my house with an foul odor and when I called to complain the Boss actually came out to my residence and pretended not to smell anything making up excuses to try to get me to spend more money on disinfectant when my carpet never even had an odor ever. I've been here for 3 years got my carpet cleaned plenty of times never experienced this type of odor only when Hot Scrub Carpet Cleaning left my house. The only reason I went to this company is because they cleaned upholstery which they wiped my couch down with dirty towels. I would never recommend this company to anyone let alone utilize my services with these people.

Patrick Griffith: Cleaning guys were knowledgeable in some regards but carpet didn't look any better and they left a mess after using the bathtub to fill their scrubbers. Not truck mounted steamers, they use carpet scrubbers, which I personally don't think are very sanitary. Waste of money in my book

They would not give a refund, would only come back out to my house and at this point they were so rude, I didn't want them coming back out. GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY and save yourself the hassle.
