They cleaned it thoroughly and there was no trace of urine smell and looked as new as the day I purchased it! When I asked if he knew of a good place to get the rugs cleaned, he confidently and quickly said Chet’s. They brought my rugs right out to my car and helped me load them. Painless.Back to the carpets, when I got home and opened the protective plastic bags each one was in, and unrolled them, they all looked like new! I don’t know what their limitations are, but they got off all the stains that had accumulated on my carpets over the years. How is that possible!?!?..… … OK, I get it. I just discovered professional carpet cleaning. Maybe I’m overly impressed, and this is just something you can get done at many places, just as good. If that’s the case, they still did a perfect job this time, and they were excellent to deal with.It sounds like they have a good relationship with local trades people, like the cleanup crew. Even with regular vacuuming and being cleaned last year by another company, the old carpet looked like an army had stomped through it with muddy boots. I decided to have it cleaned even for the short time (fingers crossed) before new carpet is installed. My expectations were low, and I would have been happy with slightly less horrible. I cannot believe the difference John made. This carpet, while still old, looks CLEAN and sparkling. John, thank you so very much. What a difference!
