Stiver Cooper: A great organization, run by excellent people.
Kevin Gibbons: I did not hire this company. However, the city of Warren somehow got the idea they were of good reputation to do their yearly sidewalk fixes. They are not. During the visit which they dug out my bad squares and laid down the forming they also left their lunch/snack garbage in the dirt piles sitting on my sidewalk. One of the guys tucked a chip bag between my grass and porch steps too. IT TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET ALL THE BARRICADES REMOVED AFTER 5 CALLS. UNACCEPTABLE!!NOW a year later the city of Warren hires this joke of a company to do more work for them. Once again, huge disappointment. They redid my entire street. They broke off and buried all the form stakes in in the crack between the curb and the easement. All the caution tape was dumped into the cracks of the curb/driveway/sidewalk chunks they replaced. All the excess cement they poured was left and buried as well. All of this foreign material should have been removed before placing dirt and grass seed down. One of their workers garbage picked directly from inside my trash can which is against warren city codes. Owner refuses to correct the poor work ethic of his employees and himself.
Bipers Mamlouk: This company is doing work in my neighborhood; street and side walk repairs and replacement in Dearborn. They are efficient, have the right equipment, are meticulous, and friendly. Will hire for future cement work!

Trevor DeLand: Did driveway on neighbor's house. Left concrete splashed on my house, cut control joints without water, covering everything in the area in dust. When asked about cutting wet to keep the dust down, owner shrugged, said there's nothing he could do. Avoid.
Matt H: He wrote on the work order that he pulled all necessary permits for cement work, but he never did. It also states on the order that the rat wall for my shed is 24" deep. I dug out both sides for inspection and it's only 18". Nobody can get a hold of him. His voicemail is full so I can't leave a message. His building on 10 mile and Hoover seems empty and is never open. Crook

Larry Di Loreto: I had S&A concrete out to do a full driveway and backyard patio. They did a great job, and the concrete looks wonderful. I haven't had any problems with it, even during this extremely cold winter. There was a small misn-uderstanding during the installation process, but Ben stood by his word and took care of it. Can't wait for the summer to enjoy my new patio!
