Kevin Gibbons: I did not hire this company. However, the city of Warren somehow got the idea they were of good reputation to do their yearly sidewalk fixes. They are not. During the visit which they dug out my bad squares and laid down the forming they also left their lunch/snack garbage in the dirt piles sitting on my sidewalk. One of the guys tucked a chip bag between my grass and porch steps too. IT TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET ALL THE BARRICADES REMOVED AFTER 5 CALLS. UNACCEPTABLE!!NOW a year later the city of Warren hires this joke of a company to do more work for them. Once again, huge disappointment. They redid my entire street. They broke off and buried all the form stakes in in the crack between the curb and the easement. All the caution tape was dumped into the cracks of the curb/driveway/sidewalk chunks they replaced. All the excess cement they poured was left and buried as well. All of this foreign material should have been removed before placing dirt and grass seed down. One of their workers garbage picked directly from inside my trash can which is against warren city codes. Owner refuses to correct the poor work ethic of his employees and himself.

Patrick Hayden: Mike's Construction installed our new roof and gutters and we could not be more happy! We highly recommend them for anything! We had such a great experience getting a new roof. Mike came to our house and discussed all our options and was there the day of removal/install of our new roof. They did an amazing job cleaning up! We've heard so many stories about how much garbage was left everywhere after getting a roof from friends that used other contractors. Luckily we did not have that happen to us, our yard was cleaned so thoroughly by Mike's team. The roof looks great and has done well through the first few storms and all indication is that will do well for years to come. Mike and his team lived up to the high standard you should expect. He did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it and for how much he said it would cost. Mike owns his own dumpster so you don't have to worry about it sitting in your driveway for days before or after the job is done; he brings it with him the day of and takes it with him when they are done.His team is huge and full of guys that have been doing roofs for a long time. He does not you teams of random guys, you get the guys that have been with him for many years. This really ensures that you get a quality job.Overall I would highly recommend Mike and his team to friends and family.

Darren Gray: I had put off getting my siding replaced and a new roof for a number of years. When it was finally time, I called around and got quotes from three different companies in the area. All three were recommended. First off, Mike's Construction was, by far, the most professional with the quoting process. He wasn't high pressure. Explained all of the different options. I went a little higher end because I wanted the extra warranty that came with it. The roofing was done first and I could not believe how this crew worked. Complete tear-off and re-decking. These guys were done by 3pm. And I didn't see a nail in sight afterwards. The siding was a few weeks later. House and garage done in two days. And, frankly, it looks great. I highly recommend this company.

Michael Georges: We had N&M remove an existing concrete patio and then install paver stones. The entire process from getting an estimate, to design, to completion was very easy. Any questions were always quickly answered. The patio looks great and we are very happy with the finished product. A couple things they did that I appreciated was they removed an old drain pipe from a gutter going into the ground and replaced it with new pipe going out into the yard (about 20 ft) away from the bricks. This was not in the quote and they did not charge anything for this. They also leveled out the patio to the yard with dirt and then seeded it. They also placed dirt and seed in areas around the driveway that they were not even working around. I would use them again if I need any more work done.

Jamie Slotkowski: Had some work done from this company last year as a referral contractor that we could trust. We used them for a concrete patio and everything went smooth. There were lots of people that showed up after the permitting went through. Too many workers throughout the day to even take a count. Always polite, and courteous. The driveway and patio were done within a day and it was worth it. Previously, we had a lot of water buildup near our door, and around the garage. This problem no longer exists. The patio was finished before days end, and even stamped. When they were down, we finished with a Behr acid stain kit from Home Depot .We were then finally, able to enjoy our season on our new patio. A huge thumbs up to N&M Restoration and their crew. I highly recommend them.

Pete Lawall: I was looking for a concrete contractor to check and quote a large side door porch. The concrete blocks supporting the slab were crumbling. I called N&M and talked to Tom and explained that we were looking for a repair and not a rebuild. They sent Corgan out to inspect and quote the next day. After some discussion, we agreed on an action plan and price. Tom quoted 2 weeks for them to start, but in a couple of days they were delivering material and began work. I talked with Carlos during the work and he was very helpful answering my questions. It took them 2 days to complete and was done exactly as we discussed. N. Elder: We hired N&M to widen an existing driveway with pavers and replace porch with matching pavers. In short, the results were awesome! Completely enhanced the curb appeal and provided the functional need for more driveway space. The only complaint was when the existing sprinkler system was shifted, it was not done properly causing us an additional expense for the sprinkler company to repair. All is in working order now.The sales person, team lead and crew were professional, responsive and very efficient. CF AnnArbor: Used N&M in 2020 for a front porch and walkway. Cannot recommend.The team performing the actual work was really great: skilled, courteous and professional.The sales and management team were another story. Communications throughout were awful and completely un-professional. The job was underbid (intentionally? ) and then they tried to force me into an upsell. The work crew knew that the job required footers all along. Nate bid the job without footers saying he ‘knew a guy at the city”. When we had to add the footers in later it doubled the original price.Additionally, they did not install the design that was agreed upon, or the one that was approved by the city. Nate redesigned it, only to have his redesigned walkway crack within 6 months. Due to the redesigns, negotiating over price, and N&Ms refusal to put anything in writing, this fairly small job took about 4 months to complete.
