Danny Bannigan: Came here for the first time with a friend and I have nothing but great things to say. The staff was friendly and the service was prompt. The margaritas were delicious and the flavor in the food was superb. I would definitely come back here to grab some more food and drinks!

PK: We had a party of 9. The waitress was very strange and ended up leaving work and being replaced by a nice young man. So service went from 1 star to 3. Food was very interesting. I wouldn't say there was anything wrong, just a small menu and the flavors were not what I was expecting. It's more of Latin food than Mexican which is what I thought. Rice and beans were very dull and lifeless. Guac was good but a small portion. We were sat in a converted garage, with a mostly naked man mural on the wall. Strange. The main restaurant was pretty nice and chic in design. Overall I'd say if you like tex mex or authentic Mexican this is not the place. HON CHO is amazing in Clarkston tho.

Brown Sugar: Checking out Gran Castor for the first time. My sister and I were visiting from out of town. We were greeted by the WONDERFUL host Lisa. She was super nice and patient, even when it took us a moment to decide where we wanted to sit. We finally agreed on sitting in the back bar area. Our bartender/server, Eric, was very hospitable and attentive. He was also knowledgeable about all of the dishes and drinks. The ambience was a 5, the food was a 5 and the service was a 5 plus!!! Daniel Ring: This location was out of beef. I ordered a chicken meal that came with a taco. Their plan was to make me a lettuce taco. When I asked if there was a substitute for beef, they offered chicken or steak. I asked for chicken and they actually charged me to substitute the no beef for a meat. Then they refused to give me a receipt. The only redeeming feature to this was that the food was good.

AJ AX: This location is a total scam. They accept mobile orders and mark as ready for pickup, but then refuse to fulfill them or issue a refund. Was told to cancel order in app, but that wasn't an option because app said they already fulfilled the order and it was ready for pickup. Dining room was locked! when it should have been open, and sign said it was open, so had to go through drive through line to get rudely told how I was being ripped off and wasn't getting served any food.

Thank Drew: FOOD POISONING!!!Been going here once every few months for the past 3 years. Mostly good experience. Slow drive through, ok food, staff is usually great. Recently my son and I got REALLY SICK following eating here. I know for CERTAIN it was this that made us sick because my fiance didn't eat any and she was fine. It was the only thing my son and I ate that night that could have made us sick. Please check the dates on your stock. FIFO stands for first in first out. I'll over look the wait time every time to get fresh food. I worked fast food for years and am very patient and understanding, but don't make my kid and I vomit for an entire day and miss school / work. Ugh.
