Food came out fairly fast. The shawarma sandwich was good, the half chicken was clearly reheated/microwaved and dry, and lamb was great. Not a meal to brag about but not terrible either

Xavier B: I've been coming here for years with my family and it's some of the best food every single time. We like to order the Al Ameer family platter or sometimes we will order individual meals. I would recommend the stuffed lamb. And the baby roasted potatoes. But everything on the menu is amazing. The hummus and pita is always made fresh and they also have really good smoothies. 5/5 stars . The staff is always friendly and the service is prompt .

John Smith: I placed a mobile order in the Del Taco app on my phone. I received a confirmation email saying my order has been received by the restaurant. I go to the drive thru and the lady says I don't have your order. I show her the app that says they received my order and she says no. I then show her the confirmation email I received saying the store has my order. She says no, then claims my card was declined. I log into my bank I have more then enough money on my card. So they charged me for the order and claimed to never have received it when I had the Del Taco app on my phone and the confirmation email both stating that it was received. Any one who tries to order here, please be careful cause they might do this to you.

Carol Offer: I was very disappointed that the service was lacking. I got two dried out cheeseburgers with nothing on them along with no ketchup or other condiments. A very darkly fried chicken sandwich, again with nothing on it. Then when I opened the bag to make sure everything was in it, I couldn't find the 2nd hamburger so I was told it was under the two boxes of fries. Yes, it was smashed and dry. They weren't that busy so I don't understand what the problem was. Does not look a bit like what they advertise.

Meloney Rocke: Checked lobby hours on a Saturday night; open until 10pm. I walked in and was told they are closed. When I asked what time they are open until because the door said 10, I was told “Right now we didn’t lock the door yet because my manager is coming in”. I called twice to speak with manager regarding policy. The phone rang until it the call was dropped because no one answered. The employee could have had my order in and cashed me out faster than the time it took to explain was she would not be servicing me… during posted hours… with the door open for me to walk in?? But she had to go back to doing nothing. She was not pulled from the line to have a conversation with me she was having a conversation with a fellow employee. I’m so confused. I work in customer service. Lame.

I thought that they couldn't mess this up. I was wrong. When I got the large coke, it was warm, flat and had no ice. Nothing wrong with the shake but this place has disappointed me again. The McDonald's at 13 Mile/Schoenherr, 12 Mile/Callahan and Gratiot/Martin are the best in our area. The franchise owner of those locations actually cares about the quality of the food and drinks. The owner of this McDonalds (10 Mile/Hoover) should have their franchise license revoked, it's been like this for years and nothing has changed. I should of listened to my better sense and avoided this location all together.
