John Messmer: It's Five Guys so the food should be great, it always is. This review is about service. I ordered online, showed up and they started the fries (that's how they make sure they are hot and fresh), I was told it would be a few minutes. I expect it to be a few minutes, and it's always worth the wait. As I was just standing there waiting a male employee (I presume a shift manager or the restaurant manager) said "It will just be 2 more minutes". I replied "that's ok I'm done with my workday, no hurry". He then handed me a cup, for a drink. I thought, what a fantastic customer service gesture. Not only did it please me, I mean getting something for free is always pleasing, but it made me realize he had just given me something to do. By the time I had filled the cup and put a lid and straw in it, the fries were done and I was walking out a very happy customer. The drink wasn't necessary, but for their cost of probably 35 cents he turned the experiance into a 5 star review and brightened my day. Great job!

Sebastian Murphy: The burgers and the insane amount of french fries that Five Guys gives you is always awesome. My only problem this time is they gave me a cheeseburger with no cheese. But besides that it was great, and of course they fix the problem by giving me an extra Patty and the cheese LOL. Can't ask for more than that. I just had to update my review on Five Guys because I just went there after not being since my original post and unfortunately they seem to be going down. It appears as though they're closed when you pull up. The open sign not even on. The burger that I got was pretty bland, even the pickles barely had any flavor. The burger was put together well but it's all about taste, and of course they gave the monster amount of french fries but it seemed like they were fried a couple days ago, most of them seemed overcooked but they were limp. Which was very perplexing for me. So they have dropped from the higher standards that I had them in for fast food burger joints. By the way, the restaurant was filthy. It appears that no one cleaned any of the tables, it was food all over the floor, and it was 3:00 in the afternoon. I understand it not being a lot of customers coming through at that moment but at least clean up. That's probably why there were no customers LOL. After we sat down to eat then they decided to sweep the floor. Nobody pulled out of rag to clean any tables.

Douglas Curd: Good food, high price. I spent over $20 on a burger, regular fries, and a small drink. The meal was a cut above your typical fast food burger, but I can't justify the cost. I can spend less than $20 (including a tip!) for the same meal at many sit-down coney-type restaurants in the area.That said, if you are willing to pay the price, you won't be disappointed in the quality of the food. When 5 Guys was cheaper it was a favorite of mine.

ZEEK: Ordered Delivery, burgers were made wrong (wrong toppings) and didnt include chilly. Had to drive there to get it fixed, completely defeating paying for delivery. Burger that was remade was made incorrectly a second time ( a single when I paid for a triple) that they read right off the receipt. Shame on me I suppose for not foreseeing them messing it up again. Not waisting more gas and time to try a third time. Avoid this location they just dont care to get it right.

Martha Huff: I was first of all to be able to go to a restaurant where the restroom are clean, I just wish that McDonald's would invest in larger size door and make it wheelchair without a disabled person have to struggle to open the door I would like to see the entry door to be in automatic as approaching so a person in a wheelchair can come in without having to have someone to assist them.Kid-friendliness: While I was there I was glad to see that they still had the play area open up for the children to play in,Wheelchair accessibility: I'm glad that McDonald's have wheelchair accessible parking but the doors aren't really made for a person with a wheelchair disability to be able to come in without the help of another person because there are two doors that you have to go through before you can get into, the doorways are small and they aren't large enough for an oversized wheelchair. I would like to see McDonald's invest in new doorways for wheelchair accessible customer to get inside the restaurant.

AJ AX: This location is a total scam. They accept mobile orders and mark as ready for pickup, but then refuse to fulfill them or issue a refund. Was told to cancel order in app, but that wasn't an option because app said they already fulfilled the order and it was ready for pickup. Dining room was locked! when it should have been open, and sign said it was open, so had to go through drive through line to get rudely told how I was being ripped off and wasn't getting served any food.

Thank Drew: FOOD POISONING!!!Been going here once every few months for the past 3 years. Mostly good experience. Slow drive through, ok food, staff is usually great. Recently my son and I got REALLY SICK following eating here. I know for CERTAIN it was this that made us sick because my fiance didn't eat any and she was fine. It was the only thing my son and I ate that night that could have made us sick. Please check the dates on your stock. FIFO stands for first in first out. I'll over look the wait time every time to get fresh food. I worked fast food for years and am very patient and understanding, but don't make my kid and I vomit for an entire day and miss school / work. Ugh.

I banged on the window to get the workers' attention thinking they just forgot to unlock it. Sunshine V.: i have been coming here and usually it’s in the afternoon/evening before, but now i usually come early in the morning. before, my orders would be wrong but the employees were friendly.now that i go early in the morning, i would like to know who works here early in the morning at 5-6am? you guys have some RUDE employees! there’s a white guy at window 1, who gave me attitude this morning (4/28/23) after telling him i had a code i’d like to use and he said “let us know next time” but WITH AN ATTITUDE, as if he’s SOOO ANNOYED by that little thing LOL. and then, there’s this lady who’s been usually the same person i see every morning (when i do go) in window 1 and she also can’t seem to talk properly in english. she gives me the vibes that she doesn’t like customers and gets irritated sometimes. it is such an unpleasant experience every time i come here in the morning. what makes it better at the end, is when this white lady, in window 2, who seems to actually care about her customers. she’s been kind and full of positive energy and in her communication with me. i would like her to teach the other two employees to get their act together and do better. when you have a trashy attitude, this says much about you. if you can’t deal with customers and you get an attitude over the smallest things, please remove yourself from the establishment and don’t work in a job that deals with customers. because apparently, two of you morning employees cannot do a good job. if i encounter some attitude again, i will go directly to their manager.

Andrew Fulton: Every single employee is awesome during the morning shift. We come get breakfast everyday and it is always fresh and delicious. The workers are always very nice and helpful. The manager and Thomas are the best!

Brian Gaddy: I can say I get breakfast burrito every morning I really like them and I always check my order every time before I leave the drive thru and I half to have the Hot sauce with the burrito so I can say that I don't have a problem with my order

Michael Maes: I routinely have to assist the drive thru cashiers in properly ringing-up my order. Instead of BOGO $1, they'll try to ring-up my order individually (which is a much higher price). But that's a hassle I'm happy to face because I refuse to deal with that blasted kiosks inside.The breakfast sandwiches are always hot and fresh.
