Stanley Cornell: I come to this store twice a week & today I came & they didn't have the ice cream I like ,Jamoca almond fudge and this isn't the first time this has happened. Now mind you it's not even hot out side yet and no ice cream and last week the prepack freezer was down hmm and no ICE CREAM. You can't run a business like this or you'll go under. I suggest everyone call first or you'll waste your gas.WHAT A SHAME ! ! !
Dani Daze: I love Baskin Robbins! I would definitely come back here. They have unique flavors of ice creams that you cannot find in other stores and they have decent prices too as prices all around the world changed. We will definitely support local Small businesses so they can strive and not close their doors for out of business. I bought an ice cream cake here and it was a good decent price. My daughter loved it and they go beyond as we expected. We has so much FUN!

Ashlyn H: Went here for ice cream and will never be back again. While my husband got an oreo shake that he said was good, I got 2 scoops of chocolate and asked for peanut butter sauce on top. When the employee opened the sauce it was chunky and she just put it on my ice cream anyway and put the lid on. While we were walking out, I heard them say the warmer for it wasn't even on. Icecream was inedible when I opened it when I got home. Completely disgusting. This business should be ashamed of this service and product.

Elmar Seubert: One person working there, couldn't understand us and we couldn't and we couldn't understand him. Only 12 flavors of ice cream. Ice cream served was old and tasted bad, three of us threw it away. I drank the small shake, but had terrible gas all night into the morning. Won't visit this location ever again.

Jillian M.: Ordered from them via Uber Eats and what I received was wrong and just a total mess. My waffle cone smelled weird (like perfume or something, it was very odd) so I couldn't even eat it. Yuck. They also put small scoops of ice cream into my cup, gave me the wrong flavor ice cream, and barely put any fudge (that I paid and was charged extra for) in the cup. If this is how you operate, you should just close your doors permanently.
Nisha Nish: Ordered a cake Online and paid for it, for my Daughter's Birthday. When I arrived to pick it up, the cake was not there and hadn't even been made. The young lady that was working was not able to give me a refund for whatever reason, I guess she wasn't authorized to do so and the Manager was not even there. The young lady had to give me a cake after seeing my receipt, which the cake that I had to accept was poorly made and sloppy and lopsided. Plus, it was a chocolate chip cake with Oreos on the outside...we ordered a Unicorn ice cream cake. It wasn't the young lady's fault, she was trying her best. I fault the people over her, because whoever is in charge needs to be on top of Online orders. I will be contacting corporate. Smh

A worker and I looked. So she rung them up for me. Came out to over $6. What?? But there was no way of correcting her because everyone was too distracted over a fight between two coworkers that was happening in the back. One coworker literally had to break it up. There was screaming, using of the N word involved, cussing. And this place was packed with families and kids. My daughter was with me!!

So I order it, just to get all of them uncooked. The prices on the menu were incorrect. The menu says a 4pcs chicken strip basket is $8.99, yet it rung up for $11.99. What I was told they hadn't changed the board yet.

So very slow here. If I go to the one on Hall or VanDyke in Utica you can have five cars in front of you and you’ll be out in less than 10 minutes. This one.. bring a book because I’ve sat there for 20+ minutes before. Just not worth trying it if there are other cars.

It's the perfect place to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings. I highly recommend Dairy Queen to anyone looking for a delicious ice cream treat. They definitely deserve five stars!

Carol Offer: I was very disappointed that the service was lacking. I got two dried out cheeseburgers with nothing on them along with no ketchup or other condiments. A very darkly fried chicken sandwich, again with nothing on it. Then when I opened the bag to make sure everything was in it, I couldn't find the 2nd hamburger so I was told it was under the two boxes of fries. Yes, it was smashed and dry. They weren't that busy so I don't understand what the problem was. Does not look a bit like what they advertise.

Meloney Rocke: Checked lobby hours on a Saturday night; open until 10pm. I walked in and was told they are closed. When I asked what time they are open until because the door said 10, I was told “Right now we didn’t lock the door yet because my manager is coming in”. I called twice to speak with manager regarding policy. The phone rang until it the call was dropped because no one answered. The employee could have had my order in and cashed me out faster than the time it took to explain was she would not be servicing me… during posted hours… with the door open for me to walk in?? But she had to go back to doing nothing. She was not pulled from the line to have a conversation with me she was having a conversation with a fellow employee. I’m so confused. I work in customer service. Lame.
