Grace Centers of Hope Thrift Store Warren: what do users think?
C Wilton: They know me almost by name try to come at least once a week
Cheri Garrett: They truly have nice things but what I don't understand is why are some of the prices are so high when it was giving to them for free? I mean it was things that the donators didn't want obviously and if they hadn't donated those things to them it would have been donated to the trash can or curb. I understand they want to make some kind of profit but please be reasonable to the public's pockets about it remember you got it for FREE so please try not to rob other poor peoples pockets but other than that they do have fabulous things....
jon winters: Very RUDE unprofessional workers! Their delivery services sucks! I will NEVER again patronize this thrift store!
Mazhar Khan: Prices are very low and staff is very friendly.
Gerel Buttram: Very good thrift store. Good variety.
Jerry Fawcett: Cool DOG!! Cool STORE!! Love this place.
Co Beadia: I used to really like this one. But they took out their dressing rooms and have a sign out front that they do not have any public restrooms and if you you bring something to the counter that does not have a price tag on it (which most items doesn't have a price) they will NOT sell it. And there where two ladies at the counter one just sitting there talking and the other actually working.
Arianna Pattullo: The clothes are a bit overpriced for sure, but still cheaper than salvation army or goodwill! The staff was super friendly and it's a good organization to support. I benefited from this organization as a child in need, so I will gladly drive out of my way to deliver donations here to pay it forward. Bonus: Found an authentic, autographed painting here today from a popular Chinese artist in the 40s. A treasure for sure! Paid $10 for it!
Cathryn Smits: Incredibly overpriced for donated goods. Don't waste your time.
Nze Bertram Chinyelugo, PHF: Great place to shop for artifacts while helping the homeless. I recommend a visit and patronage.
Paul S (Skip): Very friendly staff. Prices are a little high on some things for being donated. But something are not priced bad. Do like this place though
Romero Jackie: it was awesome
Amanda Flowers: Barley any clothes and the second you walk in the store all it smells like is cigarette smoke. It smells like a chain smokers house absolutely disgusting
Michael Mitchell: Ridiculously high prices. I passed on a bunch of items. As I was leaving, I noticed a 50 percent off everything sign. I just left. Why not start with reasonable prices, instead of having to mark them down? You are a thrift store, and the community depends on your prices to be reasonable. Please reconsider your practice of pricing high, even with 50percent off some items were still overpriced.
Beverly Beverly: Over priced clothing $7.99 for used yoga pants ,$1.25+ for cup lots of vintage stuff.
Nicole Harbert: Love the people and service 💞
Robbie Dew: I enjoy going there once a week!
Toni Craighead: Beautiful everything was half off today!!! I got everything and more I will always come back 💯!!!!
Jacquie Anderson: They could have a lot more stuff to sell if they had more workers. They have tons of stuff in the back with bags up to the ceiling that's been like that for months and no one to open them and sort them and put them on the floor. They also have a lot of carts full of stuff in the back that's been there for months.
Shelia Blazofsky: Great Place. Nice people, and very reasonable. ❤
Minhaz choudhury: High price

Macomb County Habitat for Humanity ReStore: what do users think?
Dis appointed: Used to be able to get some decent deals here- Not any more!Prices of many of the used items I looked at were HIGHER than retail of new items elsewhere.Seeing as how your merchandise is donated there is no need or excuse to gouge people with your pricing!
Helen Ann: Visited here yesterday. The prices are so high now it’s ridiculous. I will not be returning. You can find much better deals at yard sales and Facebook Marketplace. This is supposed to be Habitat for Humanity but their prices are inhumane.
Jackie Barlet: Poor service. SMH
L Blossom: I got my couch here for a decent price and it was pretty clean! The awesome people who worked there helped me move the couch onto my trailer. Thanks!
Diane Spencer: I visited this store with my friend and we were followed constantly and watched I work a job I don't have to steal anything I have never stole anything in my life I will not support this location the employee followed and watched so tough I just played cat and mouse so he can have something to watch
cliff montgomery: Very nice people. I’ve found plenty of great bargains. To some of you others who complain, please consider: It’s a charity. Thx for your donations. Pls include a bit more kindness and consideration.
Todd Doughty: Awesome.
Rachel Leonard: I've been to a lot of restores and I can't believe this place. It feels like you've walked into a hoarders garage. It's filthy, disorganized, hard to figure out what they're selling let alone anything specific you're looking to buy. I came to donate and browse. When I pulled in, all the signs said donations accepted during store hours only, but then when I asked at the front they said they don't accept them after 3.
M B: I support the Restore by shopping there only, I have refrained from visiting lately because the store is closed during day time. No notices on the door or anything. Also their prices are little too high and someone needs to check around before they price things here. Why would I buy a used window for $200 if it’s $129 at the big box store?!
Jenny & Alex: Rip off. We have supported many Habitat projects and stores over the years but unfortunately the person in charge of pricing the items here is completely detached from reality. Many items are priced at or above the full retail price for a new item! It’s really too bad. Habitat used to be a great place to donate unused tools and materials and also pick up discounted items. I hope they can find their way back.
Karen Deneau: Found exactly what I was looking for at a super great price. Store staff was friendly and helpful.
Sunny Days: Most items are higher than retail at big box stores. But if you looking for odds peace it a fun place walk around. I like electric section lot old stuff. I was able to rebuild a old fan.
KB MILLER: Well here is the 100% Truth, I donated probably 10,000 in paint to them in the past 3 years, & I am appalled at a. The prices of what they sell that is donated to them which is three times the normal price and B. the fact that they are made aware of it and do nothing about it and C. The fact that I am told that I may receive 1/2 off 1 item for this amount of donation, I usually say nothing and walk on, but not this time, so when the time comes I will recommend to all my followers the 200,000+ to go elsewhere until then the salvation army and other stores have better pricing btw habitat folks change the name to Habitat for our pockets because that is what you have become and it's sickening to the core...
Keith Gardner: Great deals for used household items appliances furniture tools fittings all kinds of things
TONY POETIC: Very good place to shop.
Julie Zarzycki: Great store Great service
Catherine Dial-Boyd: Prices are extremely high for it to be a retail donated materials store
James Rogers: Everyone was really friendly. Thanks for helping me wrap my table.
Daisy Karan: Cool fund place to shop
Kristenn D: This is a great store to shop at if you’re looking for furnish your home for cheap, they even have cheap paint for small projects :)
Munir Shareef-ET: Very good prices

St. Vincent de Paul Thrift Store: what do users think?
Tony Morack: I loved this thrift store. Until recently, lots of great inventory and prices were always fair. However, the store has completely changed within the past few weeks. It appears that new staff was brought in. Prices have more than doubled across the board and pricing is extremely inconsistent, inventory quality/vetting has decreased, and the store is a mess. It's really unfortunate that a good store has taken such a drastic turn.
Heidi: Significant price increases in all departments storewide. There also seems to be quite a bit less inventory lately. They appear to be changing their business model. Staff is consistently friendly and helpful.
Brittany Dickinson: This place is great on a Friday with the specials. However, I was a bit disappointed to go in the other day to see that the pricing changed and is now dependent on each item rather than category. For example, all tank tops used to be $1.99. Now there are Shein tanks marked at $5. That's a huge difference in price. I'll still frequent on Fridays because there are nice things that come to this store. Staff is always pleasant as well.
Shirley B: So disappointed that they don’t seem to accept very many clothing donations. It looks like more goes into the blue containers to get shipped for rags.
Michelle Smith: The staff was super friendly, but the prices are a bit silly. Items marked higher than their original prices on many things (h & m $5 shirts were sold for $5.47 for example). Definitely not saving money, and nothing in the way of name brands. Lots of really cheap Shein clothes marked up over original price, though.
JeVonne Holley: Very nice clean organized stores, staff is always pleasant and helpful which is always a plus in the customer service field.
Bryan L Smith: The staff were kind and helpful. Some of the extra household items seem to be a great selection unfortunately, in clothing, they had very few sizes over extra large.
Julie George: Best thrift store in the area. Thank you, sincerely, for not price gouging like value world and Salvation Army. Also, the staff here are always incredibly kind and seem to genuinely enjoy working here. That says a lot about a business. I also appreciate that the do not blast Christian radio (which I find quite grating and makes me spend less time shopping) in the store.
Rebecca Martin: Very kind staff and excellent selection of clothing and miscellaneous goodies! I love seeing the variety of furniture and rugs that come through this store! I just moved to this area less than a month ago and I’ve already been here about 6 times! They have really good deals on Fridays with a blue bag special. Definitely check it out if you love thrifting!
MJ B Galendez: This thrift store is clean and there's a lot of clothes to look through if you are one who loves a great deal. I've been here twice and have found some really good household items like lamps, shelves and clothing. Their clothing section is organized and if you have the patience, you can find something that you can take home. I am not from this area but do like to stop by when I'm in the area. Prices are reasonable!
Chris Hansen: This is by far one of the best thrift stores in big rapids, great prices , great items , great staff
Dani Weaver: The location off 12 Mile is wonderful. I was only disappointed when the store was reduce in size (Dollar Tree was added in). But in the MANY years I've been going there the cashiers have been WONDERFUL. I LOVE the oldies music they play there while shopping. Like any thrift store, it can be hit or miss; and they can only offer what is being donated. As with covid, evrything has gone up. Dollar Tree is not just a dollar anymore. And so are thrift store items. The cashier has no control of prcing. So it's ashame to hear how people get down on the cashier becuase they want something but not as listed price. If you want to haggle, those are done at garage sales and craigslist. This is still a business. Enjoy the the thrift stores while we have them. I heard of one closing 2 weeks ago becuase of the lack of donations.
K N: My favorite thrift store, and have found some amazing deals there. Also, their changing rooms are actually open for use.
Adrian Creavalle Sr.: The store is great a variety of things to buy. Clothes.. shoes.. appliances. Nice staff. A+ for a thrift store
Sheri Sarafian: Great place to donate your clothing, shoes & household goods! Great shopping finds too!
Matthew Buday: THE GOOD: Excellent employees. Andra, Bryan and Melina are exceptional. I am always greeted and the three of them have helped me time and time again at the jewelry counter. I would highly recommend these individuals for promotion interviews or higher management. The store is nice and well organized. I like shopping here but with the recent price hike (of approx 20-30+% on some products i normally shop for) i am more careful about what i purchase. Even in second hand thrift stores, "buyers remorse" is still a real thing, and it becomes more prevalent when the cost of items goes up at too fast a rate. The not so good:FOR CURRENT MANAGEMENT and SVDP CEOS:-The new tag system is horrible. It creates unnecessary steps that slow work flow from an employee standpoint causing fewer products to enter your sales floor every week. This issue in unison with the recent price hike: I purchase less items than i used to, and i have no doubt that as a result of this tag system, a majority of other shoppers would agree. Why replace the old system with a new system that "seems" smarter but causes a bottleneck in work flow/production? You are costing yourself and passing the expense onto your customer base.-It has been months, and you still haven't come to a solution for the old SVDP rewards system so here i am saving my receipts until when exactly? I am expecting you to come sing me a Christmas carol this year for my plethora of earned receipt points that are just floating in the nether of unredeemables.
Vicky Balser: Good selection and staff is friendly! Open Sunday is a plus.
Martin Mason: Great experience. Top quality and hard working staff. Good choices of all products and a vast array of clothes. Looking forward to another visit today.
Regina Banks: Great selection of clothes and reasonable prices.
Jayden Hertzberg: seriously love this place with my whole heart!!!! found so many hidden gems here; anti social club sweatshirt, brandy melville, paul frank, grateful dead blanket, prada and more!!! ‼️‼️ their loyalty program is ending within the next like week probably sooner the lady at checkout told me‼️‼️ hurry go to use your rewards! their prices are super adorable and every certain type of clothing regardless of the brand is the same price! my favorite thrift store ever and employees are super kind.
Michael Isbister: Always an awesome, amazing, over the top experience every time I go in there. If you love thrifting, then you'll love St.Vincent's.Peace I'm outty 5000 g!!

Forgotten Harvest: what do users think?
Jennifer Scott: great place to volunteer
Victor Cassell: In the state of Michigan Forgotten Harvest has got to be the worst run organization I've ever seen two times in one month one time they didn't show up at all the next month you have people waiting for 2 hours then they come right to you. They're not coming that is unexcusable God bless you because nobody else will you give a man a fish he can feed the world good for hunting Harvest a basket of fish and they can't even feed yourself this place should be put out of business and the seals the other people that really make the money working there should be fired
Brendan Cornelissen: Great experience for volunteering, clean and organized
Tamika “Mekia” Johnson: Volunteer with my co workers had a great time.
Stacey: Great experience volunteering. We volunteer at Forgotten Harvest several times a year
Julie Misztura: Clean facility and great group of people to volunteer your time with.
Latesha: Absolutely wonderful the lady in receiving is so nice and helpful
Speedy Turtle: Appointment: 08:00Arrival: 08:00Departure: 08:40
Edwina S: Greatly new facility. Amazing contributions to the community. Well organized volunteer opportunities. Great thing to do solo, with family/friends, or as a work group.
Maurice Brown: Nice experience would do this at least once a month.
Ravi Singh: Facility is very well organized for volunteering as an individual or group. The food packing area was clean and hygienic. We as a team along with other volunteers packed about 3,900 pounds of meat in bags for distribution during holidays. We wound up by cleaning/disinfecting the whole area. The staff makes it a memorable activity, it is an excellent way to give back to the community.
MG Line, LLC: A very nice place to deliver with a semi. The people are very friendly. Easy to get in and out.
Jacob Renquist (Jake): A great non profit organization that helps distribute food that would be otherwise thrown out.
Sherry M: Awesome staff. Great place to volunteer. Upbeat atmosphere. Thanks for all you do for the community
Strawberry: They help so much with me keeping my children feed Thank You !!!😘👍
Reginald Yarbrough: Great way to give back, FH always needs volunteers, it's really a worthwhile cause...
AMEN CORNER COMMUNITY OUTREACH: A few months ago I start coming to the Oakpark Recreation Center location. They use to start on time but now most of the time they are at least 1 hour late. Like now... website says they 8:30 am... it is now 9:30 am... line has not moved yet.
Anthony Filice: Great staff, great facility.
Deborah Evans: This service received high marks ("Give with Confidence") from Charity Navigator. Forgotten Harvest provides fresh and shelf stable food for those who need it and also offers several volunteer opportunities. This service is a good donor option for those wanting to assist their neighbors in SE Michigan. Clients can locate food distribution locations (with dates and times) on Forgotten Harvest's site.
Michael Song: Great place to volunteer. The work is organized and safe, and the environment was clean and modern. This is a fun and easy way to donate your time to give back to the community!
Haymaker: Unloaded in less than 2hrs, good people, turn down narrow street beside bldg.

The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center: what do users think?
Alex L: This place thinks they are selling new housewares. At a minimum someone is looking up what stuff is selling for on ebay.
Jeremy Keown: The guy that does the donations is very rude. He complains when you bring things to be donated. Used alot of foul language when unloading the donations to be taken in the store.
Dallace-Nikhol Degregorio: The workers are extremely nice and I always find something unique here.I did however, buy an expensive chair and had to come back the next day to grab it and they sold it again. They refunded me and gave me in store credit but my heart was set on that chair. So that sucked.Otherwise if they didn't happen I would of given this store 5 stars.
James Toth: This used to be one of the best locations.. Today we went in, and I am concerned as to why the gentleman at the register complained about everything, the few items we picked out.. He complained that the pricing was to low and should be higher on every item, then complained about tendering cash? Not to mention the bag I picked up had a sticker price on it and he complained it didn't have a price at all, I looked directly at the price, but it ended up missing. Then he quadrupled the price and stated this is a fancy bag, we have to charge way more. Very strange and unprofessional of a non profit organization.?
Carol Hannon: Ridiculously high prices for used stuff. I couldn't believe it...
Teri E: Overpriced for items that were donated and used lol. What a joke. And it's always super dusty in this store. Yall could stand to wash the clothes before re selling. I do not support any salvation army companies anymore
Pierce Roberts Music: Drop off workers are always rude.
Jessica Honig: It’s a fairly big Salvation Army. I found a pair of nearly new Banana Republic Pants (retail $80) for $5. Each section is a good size. It seems like the changing rooms are never open though which I don’t want to have to go home and try on and bring back if it doesn’t work.
samantha kay: This location has closed.
Lisa Kuhn: Well organized very friendly staff and very helpful.
Natasha Adams: I used to love this store. But it's not as great as it used to be. If you donate clothes, the men that take the donations are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I went there today to just grab a few pair of sweat pants and one pair that I grabbed apparently didn't have a price tag on it. The lady that was cashing me out was like there wasn't a price tag on this? I said I guess not. Just the way she asked was like it was my responsibility to pick something that had a tag. Then she was like, I think these are 6.99. I'm like no thanks. We're talking non brand name very used sweatpants. They want 7 bucks for? Stuff is definitely overpriced there.Thrift stores have become less of a charity/non profit type of place. I won't be returning here.
Jerry Young: The service was extremely good.
Ana Bar: I am eating this store as four, not because the story or staff are unsatisfactory - the clothes are great and the staff was friendly and cheery. The reason for the minus-one-star is the dust. Some of the clothing had more than the usual amount of thrift-store-dust, and had many people sneezing. The selection are great, lots to find. If dust doesn't bother you and you like recycled clothing, there is good stuff to be found here.
Betty Boop: I won't donate here again. The reason is because I donated all my mothers dishes and the guy just tossed them. I know he broke them. RIP mom
Gary Pedersen: Nice
reina Parr: Overpriced items and dressing rooms STILL not open. What's really irritating is the prices. Damaged items are still priced over $15. Used towels $5! Shoes $10+. Insane. Don't go here unless you have to
A'Net8260: I love this store. It’s neat and organized. I always find something I need or want in that store.
Reese Reese: Awesome finds!
Al Art: I like the thrift store, WILDLY variable whether you find a bunch of great stuff or nothing.THEY NEED TO OPEN THE FITTING ROOMS AGAIN. No one has money to be purchasing clothes that MIGHT fit in this day and age--especially those shopping for clothes in thrift stores. Those rooms have been closed far too long, and now they have ONE open; the line for that one fitting room is generally ridiculous. If one room is safe to have open and not sanitize after each use, ALL of them are safe to have open. I feel like at this point, it's a matter of laziness. I hate to say that but that is entirely how it appears
Saul Goodman: Went to make a donation of housewares today, and was met be the most ignorant lazy unfriendly workers in my 30years of doing dropouts. The 3 gentleman in back proceeded to unload then after deciding is was too much work they actually put the donations back into the truck, I asked them if they didn't feel like working today and he just walked away.. Totally unacceptable! There other places around that will gladly take your donations.
Hannah Arndt: Will not be returning as a cashier up and walked away from customers while standing in line for longer than 10 minutes and never said a single thing. Then normally it’s the customer is always right and an item was marked at $29.99 and she stated this is the wrong price and tried to charge me $50 for it not happening. Very rude and unprofessional!

The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center: what do users think?
Ice Refuarge: Clean and organized but older guy who checked me out was rude! Just asked a question, and he made a smart comment and then asked if I had change? After giving me my money back he yelled next when there was not even a line???
Misty Day: I used to love coming to this store, but today I had the worst interaction with a manager. Not sure of her name but she is black with dreadlocks- I came in to do a return for in store credit- for items that were just purchased on 4/15. I’ve done returns in the past but she tells me that I only have 3 days to make returns- never heard this before. She was very rude- would not work with me at all- people work! 3 days is ridiculous- I asked if I could just donate the items back- she said yes- but I needed to drive around the back of the store to do so- so I did and I was sure to let them know they’ve just lost a customer. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this store. NEVER AGAIN.
Linda Cortez: I never find anything im not paying almost top dollar for. The corporation is robbing people. Only 10% goes to help the needy. Top $ for given items ridiculous. Rip off.
R K: Are these prices serious? So many Dollar Tree items there over priced! I seen a candle holder from Dollar Tree for $4.50, one of those small kid activitie packs with mini-markers and a mini book for $2.99. Small Danity necklaces for $15.99, that you can find d at Wal-mart or Amazon for $8. You might as well go to Burlington, Wal-mart, Target, etc. There are no special finds here anymore. SO disappointing.
Amber Craven: Most over priced salvation army I've ever been in.
Randy B: Clean, very helpful staff, but the prices are getting ridiculous for secondhand merchandise.
Tom Drobny: All the employees are very nice and courteous there. They are nice and helpful. The store is clean.
Maelca Duncan (MAELCA): Big one , always giving 25% for Military everyday, they have lots stuff if u have patience to dig 🤔
Emily Trojanowski: Who in their right mind think they should be rude to a random toddler. Then passive aggressively speak about how you would punish the child if you were their parents. These kind of employees shouldn’t be allowed to work if they can’t act like a decent human being.
Alicia Otero: The prices are way too high. I could not believe what I was seeing. Target is cheaper.
helen brostek: Is there a city ordinance requiring that one enters the donation area of this Salvation Army at a specific direction. That’s what I was told. Hmmmmm…
Sara Jay: What is going on with your prices????? Your store gets all this stuff for free so why are you making the prices so ridiculously high that nobody wants to buy anything. I don’t care what it might be going for on eBay, you are not eBay you are a thrift store. Please start marking prices accordingly so people can afford it.
kay marie: We took a ton of amazing merchandise to the drop off at this location, and we were treated like an annoyance rather than shown any gratitude for our donations. A middle-aged aged, blonde-ish, chubby woman with glasses was very rude and snapped at us. Unacceptable 😡
Amanda Rose: Nice staff but clothing and house decor is sparce and outdated
jan giles: I love this store been going for years! Never had a problem 5 for 5 is my day lately no shoe in my size …. By this is my favorite store… Southfield is great to and the fitting rooms are open but limited at both stores the cashier was extremely nice and friendly Southfield has lots of shoes… all jewelry, shirt, handbag, and scarf belt from Southfield store
elana: There’s this old lady that works here that is so rude and disrespectful that whatever experience I have is always ruined. Every time my mother and I do the 5 for 5 sale on a Friday, she always claims one of the tags are switched on a piece of a clothing. It’s not our fault your fellow employees don’t know how to put or replace a tag on correctly. I mean isn’t that illegal to claim something like that?? Of course it’s a white old woman, maybe she’s just racist. She probably liked the clothes I took forever picking out and finding since whenever I see her not working she’s looking around for clothes with her coworkers.
Deborah Koss: Great day to find clothes for us! Kept looking at some furniture pieces...may be back?!
Mazhar Khan: I love this place. You can always find something worth buying.
Kalpana Krishnaswami: I just called this place and the women was really rude
E S: Since these rude employees refuse to wear their name badges, preventing customers from filing complaints against them, I will put them on blast here for future customers to see the scumbags they will be subjected to dealing with at this location. Unless these employees are criminals or convicts who were recently released from prison and are struggling to integrate back into society, there is no justifiable reason to employ such disrespectful employees who lack basic customer service skills. The claim of being short-staffed is equally inexcusable. The male cashier told me to control my crying child. Really? If you don’t like to hear a baby cry, consider playing music over the speaker to drown out his cries. The female cashier was so condescending towards the bilingual customers in front of me. And the prices at this location are absurdly high.
Robin Latshaw: Good deals on some items but I think The Salvation Army has gone corporate. The prices on some things are a joke!! You could go to Walmart and get the same but brand new!!

The Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center: what do users think?
Scott Alan Blanchard: A very LARGE and nice Salvation Army store. Possibly the best store around locally.
Lexidahbest: My girlfriend bought 2 bears from here and found bugs in those bears. The bugs invested her room. She finally found out where the bugs were coming from. It was Atleast 2 months since she has had those bears. Wash your stuff animals and clothes. It’s disgusting. I loved this Salvation Army but now I don’t. (Edit: While trying to file a complaint, the staff was extremely rude, and kept interrupting me while i was trying to explain. She complained to me about how I was JUST filling a complaint even though the bugs weren’t super noticeable and there weren’t that many during the first week or so of having the stuffed animals)
Tyler Dzikowski: I bought comforters I was in there shopping for clothes. My experience was longer then I expected I had to wait in line. All of the registers were not being worked at. I used my patience though. I'll be giving you (whoever you are/a worker) a call later. Thanks for the last items and probably future.
Marie Q: This is a nice thrift store, large and spacious, clean and organized. I didn't see any items that seemed particularly overpriced. I wish I was in this area more often.
Lana Brohl: I love this place if you know how to look for deals you can find incredible ones here. Always a good experience I’ve found some crazy good deals like a 150-500$ snowboarding jacket for 17$!
Sarah Clare: All The Salvation Army charge too much for the free stuff they get. I really hate this store anymore. The attitude they have every time I'm in this store. This store has changed as well. Take newer pictures.
Courtney Salamon: If I wasn’t here asking you questions you wouldn’t have a job to pay your mortgage. I don’t appreciate being shushed off like a dog when I ask a question in line ready to give you my money. It’s even more disappointing being a retail manager at a busier larger store and watching two employees laugh and snicker that they can’t stop with cash. I didn’t ask you to stop, I asked a question and got shooed away. I asked for decent behavior to your customers. Two people move cash for security. That doesn’t have anything to do with saying “one second mam I’ll be right with you.” I’m a third of both those workers age and I would be appalled if anyone at my store did that. Tons of cute stuff! It’s a shame that it’s a zoo in there because work ethics is out and not cool. These workers were well over 60 years of age and they should ashamed. Great faces for charity. That’s why you’re there.
Avo Cado: They've started pricing things unreasonably high. For example, Walmart brand jeans from 2005? $15. For real?I've only ever seen one cashier and a line that goes all the way to the back of the store. Be prepared to wait an hour to buy anything and to see other workers who won't help with the line.Their hours changed and they're never open past 7pm now, even on the weekend.
A & B: They had a clean store with friendly staff.
Lon McClure: We decided to go into the store after dropping off a box of items we were done with. We found a nice metal vase for some lighted twigs that is perfect for the mantle. Disappointed that there were no current monitors as I could have used another HDMI monitor. All of the monitors (and there were lots of them) were VGA and/or DVI. On the other hand, I'll bet the newr monitors don't last a day before they are gone. Also noted that they don't accept exercise and handicap items any longer. Probably because of legal exposure.
Nicole Koss: Love this salvation army! Large selection and lots to choose from!
Ed Schneider: Nice selection, RUDE employees. And very very shifty.
Tedd Martin: I use thrift stores for book buying, it has a not so great collection, but on the other side their clothing is super big.
Paulette Simpson: Clean store workers no to friendly, cashier nice. Wow I can go to target ,Burlington or others for prices. Plain black no name sweatshirt $12.99. Looks like they have gotten greedy like several other businesses.
Hayden Jacob: This was a very frustrating experience. I went today to get some stuff for a spirit week costume at work. I picked out what I needed and went to the counter. At the counter I was told I couldn’t buy a vest because it was a 3piece set. I explained that there was no other pieces on the rack. I couldn’t even finish the sentence before being rudely cut off by the cashier. I explained again I would be happy to buy all 3 pieces but there wasn’t any other pieces. She went to speak to the manager and came back to tell me again I needed all 3 pieces. I asked if there was any employees who could help me either find the other pieces or verify that they were not there and was told no one could help me. I asked if the manager could come and help and was told she doesn’t leave her office. I left with no items and a huge disappointment. What kind of manager refuses to help a customer willing to buy. Ridiculous.
phyllis Spencer: I have not been to this store in a while it's not the same less stuff price is to high
C Wilton: I love their selection on CDs and books, the staff is wonderful, the lines are quick and I never leave empty-handed. 😊
B Charles: This location is very clean and the staff if friendly. I have found plenty of nice items while thrifting here!
Nancy Ogle: Great store to find treasures.
H K: This particular Salvation is way over-priced. Shame on them. All this stuff is given to them. You might as well go out and buy brand new.
Robin Latshaw: Great deals at this store!!! ❤❤❤
