Judson Center - Warren: what do users think?
Kristin Marling: So disorganized, spoke to 2 case workers for over 2 hours, then arrived to appointment to be told they have no info…a complete waste of time for my disabled adult brother. I was shocked at the way Dr. Harris treated us…definitely not the type of provider I’m looking for. My standards of care are way too high. Would give 0 stars if possible to Dr. Harris. Terrible!!!
David K: This place is terrific, my doctor's great and even cracked my back when it needed it, and he's an older dude too. And than I received a hot bath with lavender and one of those bath bombs, and I can't even tell ya how amazing it was. He went above and beyond, he still comes over every Sunday for the family bbqs, and always brings his magical sauce I just can't get enough of. I would definitely recommend
Urkle: Please don’t bring your child here ♥️
Marty: They’ll call CPS on you for disagreeing with them
Tracie Dejausserand: Personally I think this place is a joke they don’t listen to their patients or just me. I feel they don’t care and don’t take my mental illness seriously I’m keeping my last few appointments since I need my medicine from my meds doctor even my primary wouldn’t even help me I experience seizures and have been off one of them and my sleep meds couldn’t even help didn’t even care according to the CDC insomnia is the most health threat I’m America sleep Deprivation also has to do with my seizures and these doctors don’t care. This is my experience I hope everyone else has a better one than I have
Ashley Diaz: I wouldn’t go here ever they closed my case and didn’t tell me then I said can you at least give me 1 month of my meds until I find a new place and the supervisor said no we can’t help you and this all started over Dan my therapist because he closed my case with NO LETTER , so basically he didn’t care that I would be with out meds all he cared about was his boring visits that didn’t help me and he didn’t even remember my name
Roxi Dlite: Absolutely a pleasure from the start. The staff here are so kind and my visit today with Dr. Joucys was really great. It was my first time seeing him and the first time in my life that I didn’t feel rushed in the exam room. He took time to get to know me and shared a bit about himself too. He listened to me and took time to answer questions I had and explained in detail. He was extremely friendly, charming and funny. I also love that they are integrating behavioral heath with physical health and I think more places should do this because I believe the mind and body are connected! Thank you Judson Center I will return. Top notch experience!
Antoine Williams (Lucky): It's OK just take to long to get a call back !
Rach Matheney: If I could give zero stars, I would. My child is a pt here, when you call and leave a message for the psychiatrist, they don’t seem to get them. Not even an “emergency message”. I called bk 24 hrs AFTER leaving an emergency message, to be told the dr wouldn’t call me bk til Monday (SIX DAYS AFTER LEAVING AN EMERGENCY MESSAGE) This is the 2nd psychiatrist my child has seen here - the failed to tell me the 1st one left their office. This place is legitimately a joke. They want to pump the kids full of meds - like their a lab rat. I will be looking for a new psychiatrist Friday.
Lonnie Bell (lonnie bell): Best place ever
Tommy Post: A wonderful person saved my spot and I will be updating this asap but Judson now compared to when I first went has progressed ALOT. would recommend (9/21/21)Lost my ability to be seen due to lack of communication, on a waiting list as of right now, Will start off saying, if you have the ability to be seen somehow... I have really loved being at Judson, they have wonderful staff especially their front desk, and in the past their other directors and things, but recently had to deal with ALOT of confusion, losing a therapist again, then never hearing back when I was told I would be called when mine was replaced asked to wait 2 months between visits because it was easier (which is fine once, or as needed), then only finding out a few months after working with my assigned medical professionals to begin going without panic attacks everyday for the first time in over 5 years, that my case was closed without contact, and a very bad explanation (was told that I never returned calls, but that is impossible, also have a family friend who had the same therapist and nurse practitioner, and was replaced, but I never got the call that they did, which is the reason I finally stopped waiting and called, I even went in office to fill out paperwork in between, was, told I was still waiting) I was hoping that I could have this issue solved, but there seems to be no chance, as I have no expected time to return let alone in a timely safe fashion, or way of continuing actually LIVING my new improved life without crippling panic attacks at least once a day. So I have been forced to go on a mad scramble to find a replacement. Wish me luck.If not for this horrible action (some people are less stable than myself and this could end their lives, or ruin them in such profoundly irresponsible and just wrong, I will survive, some I pray for them as I cant be the only one.) I would have written a glowing review with 5/5 stars, only noting the lack of consistent therapists which is out of their control mostly.(New updated review, will edit if anything changes AGAIN @5/13/2021)update is coming
Amy Landry: In hindsight I deeply regret entrusting with the wellbeing/ care of my son.
Amber Casali: i recommend only for adults even then its been a work in progress with meds for over 3 years. for children i would absolutely not take my child there again and its been 2 years wasted with mary murray!
Madison Coleman: My mom works there and the people are so nice.
Christine Sciotti: Great place helps alot of people
Corina Reibel: I love this place very nice staff been with this place for years
Carlotta: Great family therapy services
Dawn Speer: Wonderful caring people.
Michele Dunski: I love this place everyone is great there
Clara Kammann: Smells funny, cold not help. Waited two months
Patricia Pelkey: Great place for therapy and family to go to

Pathways 2 Counseling Center: what do users think?
Rose Shamoon: As a former patient at Pathways for multiple years a few years ago, I can say that this place leaves its mark on you, through nothing less than the amazing care and compassion its owners run the facility. The center is owned by Deb and Tony, who are some of the nicest human beings I have ever met. When I first started out, I had some issues with other staff that were very upsetting (and would have been very harmful had I not been in a better state of mind). Tony did not hesitate to reach out to me, and he insisted on mending the situation no matter what. No matter what disagreements happened between us and how angrily I approached the situation, he made sure to understand me and apologize for any mistakes him or his staff might have made. I understand that many people hesitate to go to therapy or counseling because they will feel like just another number or way of profit. I can also guarantee you, 100%, that this is not the case here at Pathways. The owners make sure that all of their patients are loved, respected, and taken care of no matter what they can give in return. Tony and Deb are genuine and sincere about healing the pain in this world through actions of kindness and LOVE. Amazing owners and staff!
Serge Yurkewych: Therapist lie to you and manipulate you and are not really truthful nobody in that building I would trust place needs to get shut down
Ara Sage: I see Rhonda and she is fantastic. I always feel welcomed whenever I walk in. I love this place a lot
Beast Master: Very kind and supportive staff. Flexible scheduling.
Darby Smith: My daughter’s therapist Rhonda McRae is amazing and connects with my child on a level that my child can understand and respect. She goes above and beyond to make sure my daughter has the tools she needs to succeed and has became a true advocate for my daughter and her needs.
Judi Arndt: My teenage daughter has been seeing Ms Rhonda for a couple of months now. Right from the start you can tell the Ms Rhonda cares about her clients, and makes them feel that they matter and that they are important to her. Ms Rhonda not only has helped my daughter (and myself/family) but she has also encouraged my daughter to grow and face life head on with tools for when life get rough. We truly are thankful for Ms Rhonda!
Chassidy Walker: I would give them 10 stars if I could. During the height of the pandemic Pathways took care of my child and with open arms when most facilities turned new patients away. The staff is amazing and they treat my son so lovingly. Since being under the care of Pathways my son has made amazing strides. Another bonus is they work with your insurance and your budget. If you need a safe space I would recommend Pathways!
Penny Rodriguez: The staff is great so is Mr. Dan he is awesome. My therapist Mrs Tracy is the great.
Anthony D'Agnillo: I've been seeing Ms. Rhonda for about six months now and I must say, my life has come a long way in a relatively short amount of time thanks to Rhonda's guidance and expertise in helping me get out of my own head. Her non-confrontational assertive approach to therapy has allowed me to reframe my perspective and opened me up to a greater capacity for self-love and overall stability in my life. I don't know where I would be were it not for our weekly sessions. I look forward to continuing therapy with Ms. Rhonda and highly recommend her if you are looking for a way to better yourself. She gives you the tools you need to set boundaries for yourself and create an environment conducive to living the lifestyle that YOU want to live.
Margaret Venditti: Debra Loving is an incredible therapist with tremendous skill who has helped me gain critical insight. She truly cares and consistently demonstrates her commitment to my well being and to helping me achieve my goals that will allow me to embrace and celebrate next stages of life.I have always found the office staff to be very friendly and efficient. I really appreciate the warm, welcoming and supportive environment Deb and her staff have created.
J H 1: I have been going to this office for about 3 years. The moment I walked into the office. I felt so welcome. The staff have gone over and above what other officers. I had in the past.
Kellie Stevens: Debra and Tony are amazing and genuinely care about helping others! Pathways 2 Counseling Center is the right place for you if you're looking for individuals that truly care about you and want you to succeed. You will love the staff and its overall welcoming atmosphere.❤️
Kaisheia Powell: I absolutely love it here. I feel just like family. Ms Tracy is the BOMB!!!!!!!!!!!!! Mr. Tony and his wife and I definitely cannot forget the ladies at the desk simply amazing.
jonathan rose: My daughter has had the pleasure of seeing Ms. Rhonda for the past few years. She has gone out of her way to provide quality care for and of my child, above and beyond what one would expect. She heavily invests herself in the welfare of not just her patients, but their parents as well. I cannot speak highly enough about her. We are very grateful for her wisdom and perseverance in working towards balance for her patients.
Jessi Lara: My child and I have been coming here for almost 2 years, first I would love to talk about how amazing my childs therapist is... Rhonda Mcrae is absolutely the best, she is very carying and kind but straight forward which I love. The progress my child made has been great and she really helped guide my child to cope and make it through a rough time, if you are looking for a great therapist I recommend Rhonda.I see CJ or Carmita Jefferson, this woman has helped me through the hardest time of my life. Cj is kind, caring, and funny. When I am in therapy I feel like I get to vent to a friend but also learn and leave with great advice. She has went out of her way to accommodate my schedule at times and has been nothing short of amazing as well.If you are looking to going to pathways either of these woman would be great to see.
Joann Renée Dietz: Employee working the front desk was not wearing a mask. Pens were not clearly marked "clean" which makes me question if they were sanitized before/after use. I clearly marked that I was a new patient, but had to wait for paperwork because they thought I was previously seen via televisit. I am concerned they are not enforcing the executive order that requires everyone to wear a face covering; there was a client waiting to check out without a mask on. I did not see anything being wiped down or sterilized in the ninety minutes I was in the building.
Lexi Lex: been to a few other counseling offices & by far have never been treated better than here! tony at the front desk is always so kind & helpful & tracy is the best person to have as a counselor. i am always greeted w smiling faces & a hello, the employees here really go out of their way to make u feel more like family & not just a “customer.” would recommend to anyone searching for a welcoming psychiatry office! :-)
Lanessa Hicks: Karen is the best and my daughter absolutely loves her. She's very kind and caring. I'd highly recommend her. Can't wait for the COVID-19 pandemic to be over so my daughter can resume her appointments.
Michael Dettloff: The staff here has been very kind and helpful to me
Jessica Jarvis: Ann is great with my elderly mom. You can tell the entire staff really cares about their patience well being.
Madison Kenyon: Saw Karen while I was here; such a great person to talk to! She really makes you feel comfortable about any situation you have and always gives you the advice you needed. I’d definitely recommend going here, and from what I saw the other counselors are super nice and really well respected. Always felt better when I left from my appointments!

New Oakland Family Centers: what do users think?
Rochelle S: Get a better receptionist. As I called this location on accident rather than the location my daughter goes to. I asked to cancel her apt and she told me I'm not calling the right location. When I told her to give me a second so I can look to see if I had the right location she hung up on me. When people are seeking therapy the last thing you should ever do is have an unfriendly and unwelcoming receptionist
Alyssa O'Brien: If I could give this place a zero I would. Started with high hopes in their PHP program, opened up about some really deep trauma, only to be told a day later that they had fired their ONLY therapist on staff the Friday prior (so they had been aware for 6 days, and told no one) and did not have a replacement and did not know when they were getting one. Needless to say, I wasted time and money and was traumatized all over again for nothing. Came out feeling worse and am now trying to find another program. So unprofessional and was very discouraged. Hope they can get it together for the other patients there.
Trippy Kitty: Helpful and patient staff members. Grateful for their services.
Michigan MLG bedey: Worst therapy place ever called months ago to make an appointment for my daughter who really needs therapy (her dad is dying) had the intake appointment here it is 4 months later and still haven't heard a word so I called to reach out to see when my daughter would be able to see a therapist and to update my number and I was hung up on all 3 times I called will never bother with this place again will be looking for a new therapy place this place is a joke they all are a joke!!!
Sarah Hammond: Terrible communication.
Ashley Diaz: This place is a joke as well and all the new Oakland places should have their license taking away because of these facilities I have health issues
Katy rose: Worst place ever. Been dealing with them for 5 years and they’ve made me worse. Don’t ever come here.
Day Day: Had one appointment with a therapist in 8 in months, two with the doctor who refused to give me the medication I KNOW works for me. Instead got stuck with a combo that left me depressed for weeks and unable to get out of bed. Then they cut me off because everytime I scheduled an appointment with the therapist she never answered her phone or called me back. And the one time I did speak with her all she could talk about were her grandkids.
M Joseph: They really don’t know how to work with ppl who face mental illnesses. They are a cash grab type run place.
Jennifer Shackley: I have 3 teenagers in my home. Last night 2 of them woke me up sick ( flu like sickness) my daughter had an appointment with Teri first thing this morning. I called to cancel/reschedule her appointment at 7:30am. Teri called to inform me that I will be charged a $50 fee for not giving a 24 hour notice. I guess I should of took her and risk spreading this sickness. Unacceptable, needless to say my daughter will no longer be a patient there..
Ashley Hartley: Desk people at the center line office are not very nice or helpful what so ever... wish I didn’t have to still come here but my daughter needs her medication:/
Matthew Poniewierski II: Had a few therapists for my children and I. No bad reviews. I
Flora Fauna: I’ve been attempting to go to New Oakland for a few years now. I scheduled my first intake appointment in 2015 and we’re now in 2019, I’ve been there five times now, repeating the intake appointment over and over... each experience being worse than the last.Let’s talk about my most recent experience, which has been my experience every other time as well...I schedule with them only cause my insurance company refers me to New Oakland, and only New Oakland. 😠I schedule my intake appointment again, because if you go a certain amount of time w/o seeing a counselor, then they have to start you over as a new patient doing intakes again. The intake appointment always works out great. The appointment goes as scheduled, you are treated with respect; they act like they care and they’re here to help. Then they schedule you with your counselor appointment and your psychiatrist appointment. Everything goes so smoothly and you ponder why the internet gave this place such bad reviews. Then comes your counselors appointment, and they always have to cancel. I’ve actually had previous appointments not even cancel until I’m there, for them to tell in person. And they’ll actually put me down as “no call, no show”, so I had to start my “intake” over again because of that. But this time, I wanted to give them one more chance. So they cancel the counselor appointment, then we reschedule only to cancel again and reschedule. As for the psychiatrist, it always takes a few months to schedule with him/her, and my counselors kept canceling and I’d get rescheduled with someone completely different, then that person would cancel/quit and etc..my counselor appt kept canceling so much that my most recent rescheduled counselors appt is scheduled only 2 days before my psychiatrist appt. Two days ago, I called New Oakland to confirm my appointments were still intact. I had a counselor appt on July 20 and the psychiatrist appt was on July 23, but when I called, I was told my psychiatrist appt was on the 18th (today) and my counselor appt is on the 25th. That can’t be accurate, and I don’t want to see the psychiatrist before the counselor, I thought it was their policy against seeing the psychiatrist first. I can’t keep waiting for them..!So apparently someone changed my dates w/o talking to me about it.Today, I’m “scheduled” for an appt with a psychiatrist at 2pm, according to the receptionist I spoke with two days ago. I didn’t receive a phone confirmation so I became cautious about potential problems, and called them once again.“Hi. I’m calling to confirm my appointment today at 2pm”.Apparently, I don’t have an appointment today OR on the 25th — like I was told two days ago. I also don’t have an appointment scheduled for the 20th or 23rd, as I scheduled. I have nothing lined up at all, and they just routed me over to Sarah to schedule an appointment with them, AGAIN. And Sarah never answers her phone, she calls back a minute before they close and if you miss her call but call back immediately, they’re closed by this time, so you get caught up with their after hours machine and can’t talk to anyone.Anyway, this happens every time there! Scheduling your intake appt is always super easy though. After that, good luck.! This is all at the centerline location though. My husband has been going to the Warren location with no problems. The centerline location used to do the same to him but the Warren location is better. A lot cleaner too and I feel safer there. I’ve tried going to Warren multiple times but I was told they would rather I go to centerline because it’s closer to my house and I’d get in a lot quicker. If I try scheduling on the phone at the Warren location, they always reroute me to Sarah’s answering machine and she keeps scheduling me for centerline. My husband started going there a few months after I did, he’s been going for months now, no problem. Seen counselor multiple times already and I’m still trying to schedule my first appointment; he goes to Warren location and had no problem transferring.
ghostfacecyclist: Listen up people, this place has low stars for a reason. Think 3rd world service. The receptionists are rude and the supervisor (Sara) is no better. I was told that I have to use their therapists or go somewhere else for my meds! Without warning, they discharged me with 20 days of meds! Try coming off psych meds with no notice and 20 days worth of meds.I have found that this is an illegal practice to make you see their therapists and I plan on taking legal action after the way I was treated!
Anthony Bhatt: Horrible receptionists
Royal4775 LOVE: First visit was my last!
Airelle Flanagan: Every time I call to make appointment I get hung up on literally they pick up and hang up. I have been waiting months to see a therapist. Why do you think you can treat people like this who really just want some help? I'm outraged!!!!!!!
Ann Jones: You can wait hours past your appointment time. Girls at front desk act like your disturbing them. No one talks to you. Waste of time here. Try a different location. And it's not just one time. Every.single.time! Stay far far away!
Suzy Nonya: Friends do not let friends go to New Oakland!! All these reviews are true. I've just spent the last five years dealing with this company and unless their over drugging you or your children, their completely useless.Unorganized, constantly understaffed, rude. Every office I've been too has been dirty and stunk. Staff could care less and it shows. Lazy or inexperienced counselors and if you do have a good one, they won't be there long.Psychiatrist that barely know who you are, let alone your diagnosis, but have no problem pumping you or your kids full of drugs, not to mention the 3 month wait for the appointment. We need to boycott New Oakland. Shut their system down. We deserve better!!10-20-2017. Strong rumors are curculating that New Oakland is being bought out or closing, possibly a bankruptcy. There are also talks of pending lawsuits for child abuse, corrution and other unethical practices. Believe me, nothing is better then this company. Get far, far away and don't look back. You'll thank me for it...
Shelby Oliver: Horrible, they don't care about their patients. My therapist Jessica was amazing and I'm very disappointed I won't be able to see her anymore. Dr. Davis wouldn't see me or refill my meds because I was 30 seconds late. Don't waste your time with the doctor, she shouldn't be working with people with mental health issues.
gymnystic girls Anime: Intake appointment scheduled, but when I showed up they claim it was for a different time that day. Um no. They even called to confirm the day before. I don't know why I didn't learn my lesson from the last time I brought my kids there, they did the same thing then too. Such a shame the receptionists can't get it together! The counselors were excellent!

Dr. Hany Y. Mekhael, MD: what do users think?
D.E. R.: Horrible, will hold your refills hostage with for the smallest copay or missed appointment with no consideration to the side effects or stress or fear. Even with a valid reason. Will not prescribe medicines that work because "we don't prescribe those to people" likely because of the ongoing nationwide issues;however, what about us that could benefit. I highly recommend you find a different office.
Matt: They are the best in their field. I never had an issue here. Not a one size fits all it's trial and error with medicine. What may work for one, may not for another and so forth. If you want help they will help you find the right medication or a treatment plan.
Ashley Burkholder: Ms Allor has been a blessing to my son’s health and our family as a whole. She is quick to respond to concerns, listens patiently and without judgement, and did not give up on my son when things felt hopeless. Her knowledge in mental health, specifically pediatrics, is vast and I have felt very comfortable having her care for my son. Obtaining refills is a seamless process and usually issues only occur at the pharmacy or insurance level. She is also personable and easy to get along with, which makes seeing your provider enjoyable. We are so grateful for Ms. Allor. The office is easy to find and the staff is welcoming.
Zorica Babic-Wagner: They used to be decent, now they are horrible. I writing this review while I'm trying to find provider that can actually help me.
Alyssa Nardin: I had a therapist who did not help me one bit, she knew I forgot things easily and still didn’t help me keep track of appointments. They also charged me 75 everytime I missed an appointment, they also knew money was a big stressor for me! DONT GO HERE
Michael Slomka: I wish that I could give them zero stars.I recently found out that I was taken to collections by this office. Apparently my child was seen by the doctor while he was in the hospital a year ago. They have been sending bills to the wrong address though. I got a notice that my credit went down and that this bill was the cause of it. So I called the office and tried to pay the bill. The woman that worked there was rude and kept accusing me of yelling at her ( I never raised my voice) and being unreasonable (I was asking that they remove the mark from my credit score as an error). I finally gave up when she told me that she wasn't going to help me and just paid the bill. When I called to talk to the office manager, the woman who answered the phone didn't even bother to mute the phone before telling the office that I was rude and was going to be rude to her. The office manager just kept telling me that it wasn't their fault and that billing didn't answer to her, and that since my child was seen in the hospital, it had nothing to do with their office, even though the billing address was THEIR office. I have no idea if the doctor is any good, but the staff sure isn't.
Karim: Very good listener. Made me work on myself. I trust him with my most private and intimate information.
Samantha Foran: My daughter trusts him and so do we. Great with teenagers.
Daniel Rakowski: Our children have been seeing Dr Mekhael for several years after bouncing through several local psychiatry practices. He's friendly, kind, thorough, patient and never rushes us through our appointments. Highly recommended!
Mx Hlw: He didn't really listen to me when I saw him, he was focused more on what my aunt thoughs about my Medical situation rather than listening to me explaining my symptoms .
M M: I was referred to Dr. Mekhael and when I called to make an appointment, they told me I’d first see the nurse practitioner, Jean and then 3-4 weeks later I’d meet Dr. Mekhael. This is a little backwards from what I’ve previously experienced but I thought I would at least try it because I heard good things about him. I didn’t even end up meeting with Dr. Mekhael because Jean was so awful. It was my first time on antidepressants and everyone knows it takes a while to find the one best for you. Jean acted like I should automatically just accept all of the horrible side effects that come with each and acted annoyed when I called to ask to switch to another. She also acted like I was making it up when I told her Lexapro gave me a panic attack (even though it is a very common side effect with this med!) and just prescribed me benzos. At this point I just gave up with this office and have been searching for a new psychiatrist. Someone so uncaring shouldn’t be working in the mental health field.
BlackRock: Thanks.
Youssef Farag: The best psychiatrist. He has wide knowledge of different cultures. He's a good listener and a perfect advisor
David Browning: Warm, kind, compassionate and caring. He is a pleasure to work with.
dan mezzapelle: I’ve seen Dr. Mekhael for a number of years and have been completely satisfied. I’ve seen other psychologists in the past, however, nobody has been able to get me on a level playing field. I have never felt so well balance. He is rigid with following proper legal and ethical guildlines. I know I tried short cuts, it doesn’t work with him. He’s earned my respect and recommend him highly. -Dan M
Erica Toutant: This is by far, the WORST psychiatrist I've ever been to. I would give them negative stars, if possible. They refused to refill my prescription for over 10 days. Withdrawing from that medication, especially cold turkey, can kill someone. I told her "I can't go over 10 days without my pills...I could die." and she says "Well I suggest you go to the ER and detox there because we're not comfortable writing you the prescription"They could get into serious legal trouble. This is my first time in this office, I haven't even seen Dr. Mekhael yet.So they make you pay $50 to "hold" your first appointment. After the appointment, they're supposed to give you the $50 back... which I still haven't received, 2 weeks later.I had an appointment on the 10th of August, they called me to reschedule for September 14th. I'm sorry, but if you cancel the appointment, you get the person in as soon as you can, not over a month later. I will NEVER come back to this place. If you care about your mental health, avoid this place like the plague. They don't care about their patients.
Ruth V.: My son was a patient of Dr. Mekhael for several years...Dr. Mekhael brought him the farthest in treatment that he has ever been! He figured out things that no other Doctor understood about my son such as a medication that he should not take. Thank you so much Doctor!!!!

JC Center for Psychiatric Services: what do users think?
Emma Synnestvedt: I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this office to anyone. My NP did not seem to listen to me or care to call me back quickly, sometimes I was waiting days for a response while I was in crisis. I was not properly educated about the side effects and risks of the medications I was being put on. My NP prescribed me Lamictal without telling me that it makes oral birth control less effective, putting me at risk for pregnancy against my will. I ended up needing to attend further treatment at an outpatient facility, where the doctors took one look at the list of meds I had taken in the last two years and told me never to go back to my psych again. Cannot believe the way I was treated and neglected as a patient. Stay away if you know what is good for you.EDIT: to clarify, I was recommended outpatient facility by both my therapist and my psych, and when it came time to get the name of a facility, it took DAYS for my psych to call me back. My life was at risk and thanks to my therapist at the Rochester center for behavioral medicine, I was ok. The response they gave me for this review takes no accountability and I am baffled that the JC center stays in business.
Ashley Burkholder: I am thankful to have found the JC center! Ms Allor has been a blessing to my son’s health and our family as a whole.
Lumi Grey: Emma Rinck is one of the worst mental health “professionals” i’ve ever encountered. She is a prime example of why you shouldn’t have a nurse practitioner doing a doctor’s job. Avoid this place if possible.
Fastin Bulbus: Ableist, stigmatizing place that strips patients rights as if it was an involuntary mental hospital.
Mary West: I'm sorry that I can not experience the help you offer because you like twenty other offices are not accepting new patients. Wow that should open some eyes there are more of us then them. Still need help still gonna keep trying . Wish there were meetings for us challenge with mental illneses cuz boy could I use a meeting if I can't get a Dr. To take me on . 😑😞😟
Anonymous Person: Dr. Mekhael is very professional and exceptionally good at what he does with a deep understanding to each individuals needs. I’ve been a patient of his for probably 10 years or more now so I can tell you through personal experiences he’s a very friendly happy Doctor who cares about helping his patients. His office staff is also awesome and understanding and if you ever have a problem they are always willing to help resolve. Debra I feel is the life line to the operation, and my go to if I ever need anything or have any problems with bill or making payments. I regrettably recommend him to anyone in need of psychological help. I only say regrettably because the more new patients he gets the hard it is to see him with his busy schedule these days. For those who might wonder, I have never had any issues with the staff protecting my privacy.
