Made excuses all day.Update: After his response I need to add that I ordered the bounce house at 3 pm. He messaged me and wanted to come earlier. I told him that we wouldn’t be there until 2 pm. He said he would come at that time and was still at home. My coach was there at 2. He messaged at 2:44 saying he was on his way. We were super busy at that time getting kids ready for the recital. I missed his call but called him back shortly after. We had a bunch of people there at that time. I am sure he could have found someone to get one of us.

He showed up on time and set up the bounce house quickly and efficiently, very fair price compared to competition. We had so much fun together as a family and got a great work out. Bob Chaska: Everything was fantastic! Ally was always there by phone, text or email to answer our questions right up to the start of the party. My granddaughter chose Jasmine (Magic Lamp Princess). The Princess showed up on time and was in full character from the moment she came to the front door. The girls were fascinated by her. Part of the time she was teaching the girls how to be a princess which included reinforcing many things parents try to teach children like honesty and patience. This made the moms very happy. We also ordered a lighted rose for each girl which they loved. After Jasmine left the girls were practicing how to curtsey. It was all absolutely adorable.

We had The Long Hair Princess (Rapunzel) come for my two daughters' combined 3/6 yr old party, and I know that this birthday is going to be one they both remember forever!Allison was very kind, prompt, and professional in all of the planning leading up to the event. The day before we even adjusted our package by adding more time and she was super helpful in accommodating our last minute change. The entire process was very simple and transparent, and Allison was amazing at helping us understand the agenda and expectations for the day.The day of the party the princess arrived right on time and was dressed in an absolutely gorgeous costume. she had a beautiful voice, and was great at engaging the entire group (3 yr olds and 6 yr olds, boys and girls). What put it over the top was the questionnaire Allison sent out ahead of time. We were able to describe a previous time our daughters had met this princess at Disney. When the princess arrived and started talking to our girls about the last time she had seen them, their minds were blown!Dreams really did come true! Thank you Allison and Rapunzel for giving our family a night we will never forget!
