Leann Neslund: I hadn’t been to QQ forever.. First time back there today and nothing seemed changed. Still good bakery and good people there.Besides cash, they accept Zelle(R) as well. So no need to worry about forgetting to bring cash anymore!

Prices are super cheap and affordable and the milk bread dough is like nothing else - not too sweet, elastic, and super flavorful! Love the crispy egg tart, hot dog bun, pineapple bun, and coconut red bean mochi from here! Also - if you buy 11 items, you get your 12th for free!

Showing some respect to others time would be great id rather fly to Abu 3arab in Lebanon then ever come back very disrespectful during Ramadan. We took dozens of plain ones to freeze and eat later. We drove an hour for this place and it’s so worth it!

One time I was told they wouldn't make a fresh dozen of cupcakes for my sons class. I was told to take the ones in the cabinet. Obviously I didn't buy anything. My birthday cake slid right apart. The worst time I ordered a birthday cake for my son . And on that day and time it wasn't ready. Mind you he wanted a cartoon cake and I was told that they don't do that either. . Last time I went for bread and they had none .... I'm done with this place.

The new men who took over trying to act like it’s a partnership and the original owner is on vacation has completely sunk the ship the cakes are terrible creative edge is completely gone taste isn’t the same absolutely nothings the same. Run it’s sad this place isn’t what it use to be. We’ve gotten all our cakes from there for years after sisters cakery closed up to our very last cake we got today. Won’t be returning and I’d advise anybody else not to waist their time and money.

B Langston: Follow up: I just got in touch today 3/8/2023 with the owner after trying to contact her for 3 days and she told me I did not try to contact her. The frosting is buttercream and that all there cakes are made with yellow batter. I told her no vanilla cake is yellow or is buttercream frosting tasteless and all she offered was two slices of cake after ruining a 6 year old birthday cake! Terrible customer service!Ordered a cake from here, keep calling and can’t get a reply. I asked for vanilla and there was no flavor to the icing. The cake was yellow when I asked for vanilla. The cake is still sitting on the stove because no one wanted it. Just a waste of $60.00 and after reading the other reviews I will be calling the health department! Never will I take someone’s recommendations! Kroger or Meijers it is!

I didn't care about the money but it was about the principal of ruining a little girls birthday.. I made it so clear that I wanted the cake with the horn.. I ended up taking the cake because it was on the day of her birthday but they could've at least made a kind gesture for messing up.
