David Bossio: Amazing staff and service. Ordered food for delivery today, when my order arrived the sweet and sour sauce for my dinner was missing. I called the restaurant to tell them and they came and delivered the sauce with some extra items for the inconvenience. I really appreciated the extra mile they went to make a right. Chris Dempsey: I have gotten food trays here for my parties. Food has been great. Even my guests at the party were asking where I got the food from because they were delicious. Crab rangoon was excellent. Almond chicken and fried rice were just as good. Unfortunately, it's a bit of a drive from my house but definitely recommend if you're in the area.

Darren Lee: The person answering the telephone was quite possibly the most rude person I've had conversation with this year. All by itself that's enough to never return here! I was very specific about my order. Now that I think about it ordering house special lomein medium spicy and an order of chicken soup isn't that hard is it? I want you all to know that this is NOT THE CHINESE PLACE TO GET FOOD FROM! If you can stomach the person taking the order, try to " stomach " the food. Luckily there's a Rite Aid close by for the immodium. When I arrived the nasty plastic, I mean NASTY!, should have been a strong indicator to turn around and leave. They should add additional "caution tape" so you know this is not the Older class of Asian Chinese food that once was. This is the snotty, rude, " why are you bothering me" class of INFERIOR CHI- KNEE FOOD.How many times does a person have to repeat the order to make sure it's correct?3, 4 times? In my job people expect perfection and I actually try to deliver this. Not everytime do I succeed, but I do thank the customer and attempt to LISTEN SO I CAN AT LEAST GET CLOSE TO THEIR EXPECTATIONS! I never act as though my poo doesn't stink because I'm doing my client a favor! This has been lost at this restaurant! A snotty a**ed person taking my order and not getting it right and acting like a princess, she is the first person people speak to and quite possibly making sure we'll NEVER call again. If that was her motive, give that snotty a**ed person THE REWARD. She must be working for the competition because that's where people will go.In closing, with this attitude and food quality, THIS PLACE IS CLOSING!

The beef in garlic sauce was like jerky so im thinking old beef? The fried dumplings were very slimy and rubbery. All the rice was crunchy. I dont know if its from not cooked rice or just old rice. But it was all bad. A complete waste of $60. It didnt taste good or smell good. I honestly dont know how they are in business if what they serve is being passed put as edible food. Honestly I wouldnt feed it to a pig let alone a human. It honestly shows a complete lack of caring and professionalism on the business. Its more than a bad cook.

Best general chicken yet-purely on tenderness. A lot of places overcook theirs, this one was perfect, meat was juicy. I'd consider myself a Chinese take out enthusiast and have tried differently places all over the area.I used to work in a Chinese restaurant as well for a few years, where I considered their takeout the best. But the brocoli beef and general chicken I had at Takee Outee, dare I say, surpassed it. If you're looking for authentic, go elsewhere. This is the tender, saucy americanized chinese takeout you want on a night in.

Today was our last time ordering from them. We ordered 4 combos and the rice was so dry, only my husband ate it after adding soy sauce. Both my (teenage) kids ordered the sweet and sour chicken and complained that it was dry too. I tried it and it was definitely dry. So disappointing. I would really like to call and let them know. Don't want a refund, just won't go back. 😢

Laura: They used to feel the rice the whole way up on that side now they only give you a corner of rice and try to make it look like that the egg roll takes up another side. The charge you the same price if not more for what you used to get only to give you less of what you should get. I personally don't like to eat here because there are sesame chicken does not taste right to me but my husband likes The almond chicken. I just feel like every time we go we're being ripped off now for one quart of Szechuan vegetables it's $13 and some change. I don't think it's ever cost that much!!!

Quick service.Be sure to ask for chrysanthemum tea with lumps of rock candy sugar. It’s a part of what makes dim sum an authentic special treat.I prefer dim sum brunch on the weekends. You’ll find their biggest selection. And they use serving carts, which I like, because I can look and choose the things I prefer.The waitresses were all very nice. If you’re uncertain, ask. Had more bread than a prison meat loaf! so I got heavily battered chicken breast, with last week's rice with some soy sauce on it, and a mediocre egg roll. Sharon Winne: Went there to celebrate our twin brothers birthday. Restaurant was preparing for a HUGE party starting in 2 hrs which took up 90% of restaurant. Because of this going on, we felt rushed thru our meal. Egg rolls were room temperature. Food tasted decent. I accidently spilled my glass of water all over myself when I turned the lazy Susan center table and something on it caught my glass. I asked 2 waitresses for a towel or napkins and I was told to ask someone else, they were too busy setting a table for the party. As soon as we finished our last bite all the dishes were whisked away to empty the table so they could set it up for the party. I understand circumstances were unusual but maybe they should have closed to the public because of the party.

The general tso chicken was beyond delicious spicy upon requested, the pepper steak was also just amazing! The prices weren’t bad at all!! . I love Chinese food. I can’t see us going anywhere else going forward. This place has convinced me! I can’t wait to try my other favorites.

Billie-Jean Wilkins: So disappointed. They didn't have rice noodles to make the Singapore noodles, so I bought some chicken lo mein that was very overcooked. My kids wouldn't even eat it. The bourbon chicken was breaded.....not grilled. Not tasty. The spring roll was hot and fresh and delicious, that's all. Most things were disappointing. Sad to give a bad review. I was anxious to try because it said new owners, but sadly I was not pleased. I won't try them again unless it's for that spring roll.
Nahin Sultana: Called them to place an order and they were very rude over the phone. I simply asked for sauce and the person on the phone was very rude on why they didn’t have it. Went to go pay for it and the guy behind cash register was very rude again. Not sure if it was a bad day for him but the service was terrible.

This Is Business: Honestly, the hostess was delightful! A sweet little lady with a very bubbly disposition. With that being said, this was my first time ordering here. The Mongolian Beef was pretty good. The sweet and sour chicken was very bland, definitely the most bland I have ever had in the city. I'm pretty sure the chicken fried rice comes from the Costco frozen food isle (not even joking)....and the eggrolls....Idk if they used old ingredients or resold old eggrolls or what, but they definitely tasted tainted or something...like it was cooked in a super dirty pot or something. It looked all dirty grayish (nothing like I've ever seen before in an eggroll) on the inside and tasted like a dirty rag. Maybe that's just how they do it. Idk. I was overall not satisfied.

Blackheart Lives: We had varied opinions on our food. My chicken pad thai was awesome. My wife thought her beef noodle soup was good but ahe is chasing a flavor from Portland. That's not a rip on this restaurant because she did enjoy her food. My son however found out that he does not like the flavor of peppercorns in a broth. He was for sure told that medium spicy included whole peppercorns so there is no fault in the restaurant. In fact we were impressed that he was told ahead of time how they achieved their spicy broth flavor. He likes spicy and opted to try. That's how you find out what you do and don't like. His dish (spicy flank noodles?) was flavorful but the peppercorns do leave their own signature flavor. I gave them a five because they have very authentic dishes that seemed to be spot on good. They are very friendly and honest. All number 1 characteristics in my book.

Jesse S: Great authentic place to get Sichuan styled noodles.Compared to other close by Chinese Noodle places, this place has more options that are spicier. Most of their dishes feature the "MaLa" or numbing spice. Beware, the dishes with double chili pepper are spicy! If you're in the mood for spicy soup noodles, this is the place.For the Sichuan dishes, they were decent. If you don't want noodles but just want Sichuan, it may be better to look at one of the other more specialized restaurants.
