R X: Was transferred over to a guy name Hal Howlet to get an estimate. Apparently he's the vp and his workers are busy. He actually said "nope, my guys are busy enough and I don't want to help you". I understand we all have bad days and but I expect better from a professional company, and just because you're a vp doesn't entitle you to be rude to customers.

Brett Felton: Norbert was a God-fearing honest man. He never tried to take advantage and was very friendly He responded immediately when I called him, he was here the next morning. He climbed up my roof, found the issue and fixed everything within 30 minutes. His price was unbelievably fair and reasonable, much better than the quotes from the other companies i spoke to. I will certainly be using Norbert Construction again. Thank you Norbert Construction. - FYI: I highly recommend Norbert Construction to anyone who needs some work done.

kimbre15: Very professional, friendly and easy to talk to. I sent Norbert Construction an email a week ago describing my problem - kitchen ceiling leaking when it rained, but not every time. (I had previously called a roofing company who came out and couldn't find the problem.) Norbert set up an appointment, after checking the forecast for a day it was supposed to rain, he reconfirmed the appointment the day before also. The morning Norbert showed up on time, he first checked in my attic for any signs of leaking. He took pictures, which he showed me, and then went up on the roof to pinpoint where the bad area was. He took more pictures on the roof, to explain what he saw and explained what he was going to do. He fixed the spot and told me to call him if the problem ever showed back up. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who is in need of a roofer or any construction work done.
