Decided that I would request a consultation only to find out that they DO NOT service the WAYNE COUNTY AREA! What a huge disappointment! Was told that the installers don't travel that far! Frank Billardello: We had cabinet refacing done by Creative. Wanted to say how pleased we are with the job Scott Nottingham and his wife Mandy did. Scotts attention to detail is second to none. Anything you asked Scott for he delivered. I'm extremely picky when it comes to jobs like this and I cant say enough great things about the job they did. They were very courteous and respectful. I'm also pleased how clean they kept the area as they went along. Mandy was constantly vacuuming and sweeping every time I came out to look at their progress. Cabinets look brand new in white Shaker style that we went with vs the old golden oak we had from the 90's. Looks like a totally different kitchen. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. Patrick Hayden: Mike's Construction installed our new roof and gutters and we could not be more happy! We highly recommend them for anything! We had such a great experience getting a new roof. Mike came to our house and discussed all our options and was there the day of removal/install of our new roof. They did an amazing job cleaning up! We've heard so many stories about how much garbage was left everywhere after getting a roof from friends that used other contractors. Luckily we did not have that happen to us, our yard was cleaned so thoroughly by Mike's team. The roof looks great and has done well through the first few storms and all indication is that will do well for years to come. Mike and his team lived up to the high standard you should expect. He did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it and for how much he said it would cost. Mike owns his own dumpster so you don't have to worry about it sitting in your driveway for days before or after the job is done; he brings it with him the day of and takes it with him when they are done.His team is huge and full of guys that have been doing roofs for a long time. He does not you teams of random guys, you get the guys that have been with him for many years. This really ensures that you get a quality job.Overall I would highly recommend Mike and his team to friends and family.

Darren Gray: I had put off getting my siding replaced and a new roof for a number of years. When it was finally time, I called around and got quotes from three different companies in the area. All three were recommended. First off, Mike's Construction was, by far, the most professional with the quoting process. He wasn't high pressure. Explained all of the different options. I went a little higher end because I wanted the extra warranty that came with it. The roofing was done first and I could not believe how this crew worked. Complete tear-off and re-decking. These guys were done by 3pm. And I didn't see a nail in sight afterwards. The siding was a few weeks later. House and garage done in two days. And, frankly, it looks great. I highly recommend this company.

Cheri Simpson: we had a leak in our roof going into the bedroom. We called late in the afternoon, left a message on his VM. He called back within a half hour. I told him about the situation. Mike got ahold of one of his guys, Ryan, and had him come out in about an hours time and tarp it up for us to stop the leaking. Mike and Ryan were very professional. I would recommend this company for their roofing needs.

A racoon got into my roof and caused extensive damage plus it was time to replace the roof anyway.Jacob has excellent customer service skills and was very thorough with his inspection. The guys at Ross & Barr just rebuilt the covered parking at my condo and I have to say that, to my real viewing pleasure, they Really Worked ! None of this Mi Road Commission stuff where you see three guys leaning on their shovels as they watch one guy work. The three man crew DID NOT stop moving for the ten days that I observed them, in fact the one younger guy actually ran instead of walked ! Gad, one of the best sidewalk superintendent experiences I have had in many a-year !

I had my entire kitchen and bathroom gutted to the studs and literally custom rebuilt. There were specific teams that performed their expertise on any given day. Once, my neighborhood had a power outage, they showed up on time as usual with a generator and continued the work!! Christopher Loewe: I hired Lunar Construction to add a 15x24 foot addition to my house. Overall they did a mostly satisfactory job but there were definitely some issues in the process. They tried to sell me some non necessary topography study on my yard. Also, The yard was left in a very poor state and the patio I had was nearly all destroyed with chunks of concrete left everywhere and tire tracts as well as a garden destroyed by the brick layers...but the room does look good overallService:Remodeling

Spoke to his tradesman that did work for me and they all said he pays everyone in time and completed by home project efficiently and by the projected completion date. I would greatly recommend Lunar Construction and would consider hiring them to do another project in my second home.

They’re very attentive, responsive, profession, and detail oriented. All of the subcontractors that they work with do excellent work as well.I had Lunar do a full bathroom remodel on the one bathroom in my house. They made sure I wasn’t without a toilet for more than 3 days of a 6 week project and Sean who I worked with communicated with me nearly everyday with project updates, questions, and was extremely empathetic about any anxieties I had throughout the project.I had nearly every last inch of my bathroom redone and I’ve already gotten so many compliments on the workmanship put into the project. Jennifer Wray: I contracted Lunar 25 years ago for a major addition project that added over 1000 sq. ft to my Royal Oak property, so this is not a fly by night company that will rip you off. They did a fantastic job and I always remembered the quality and professionalism from that time.In the fall of 2020 I needed to add an addition to my small house in Hazel Park. I called several places to get estimates and the only one to show up was Lunar... They listened to every question, adjusted my blue prints several times (which they drew up from my sketches), helping me with financing and getting this all done in a pandemic...BEFORE winter. I highly recommend working with this company.My addition is 14 x 23 Ft cement slab foundation. It includes a laundry area, sitting area, bedroom with a bathroom with a full size walk in shower. They replaced (all) my plumbing which was rotting away, upgraded my electric from screw in fuses to circuit breakers, new windows, roof, siding , gutters, and driveway. It was a huge amount of work to get done in 4 months, but they did it. They are Very reputable and trustworthy and know what they need to do to get the job done to make sure you are happy. Paul Lipsitz: Lunar just completed refurbishing my older garage. They didn't totally rebuild it but did repair and rebuild a substantial amount of it. My wife and I were exceptionally pleased with Lunar. The work they did was excellent. Dealing with Bob, Sean, and Gary was a pleasure. Bob and Sean did a terrific job of communicating and they both, as well as Gary, visited the job frequently to make sure all was going well.
