Teresa Smith: I have been to almost every laundromat in the area and this is by far the least expensive and cleanest. The young lady that works here goes above and beyond her job description. I just read a review on here that was pretty negative and would like to say more than likely she is one of the few customers that does not pick up after herself and is rude to other customers. She is also probably a customer that wants a refund and raises her voice when she wants to be noticed.All of us should make sure we discard our garbage when we are finished and that includes the dryer sheets left all over the floor. This laundromat is neat and clean and has toilet paper because the young lady that works here checks on it in the morning and afternoon. She cleans everyones trash out of the parking lot after they toss the mess out of their car onto the pavement. If you read please notice the signs on the wall that give you the information you will need in case you need a refund. I have been at this laundromat in the early morning and late at night and have to say it really is a decent place to go if you need to use a laundromat. After a busy day here there are going to be issues because many of us expect someone else to clean up our mess but if we all do our part it will stay a nice place to do our laundry.

Asha Bradley: This WAS my laundromat of choice whenever I had to use one. It use to be very nice but now it’s always dirty and the attendant always has an attitude. She not approachable at all and rude. She doesn’t like to be interrupted while she’s running her mouth to the men that come in there. She started a full blown argument with me because I simply asked do they clean the machines everyday. This was 8 am and they open at 6 am and everything was nasty. This was not the first time she’s given unprofessional attitude to customers spending their money. I will never go to this location again. If I have to pay more somewhere else and be treated better, then that’s what I’ll do.

Lauren: Rude Employees! I've been coming here for years and today was my last visit. Before I could walk up to the door the older gentleman that works the desk hustled to the door like it was about to be robbed. I was immediate unsettled. However, I went to enter. Before I could even step through the door he sternly stated that if i was coming to wash and dry it was past the cut off. He then repeated himself and said the cut off was 8p. When I responded saying "that's okay I'm only here to wash a load". He said "not dry", I responded no just wash. Again, he rudely said the cut off was 8. I advised as to the difference in what he originally stated and what he's stating now, and that the location states they don't close until 9p. Also, I've been here to wash my one load after 8 before without issue. He was extremely rude and loudly said it was passed the cut off and went to close the door. I wasn't loud, or vulgar, and didn't deserve to be spoken to in that way. My issue isnt the cut off. Its the manner by which this unwritten policy was communicated. Im not a criminal, nor a child, nor was I asking for anything free. I merely came at the time the business stated they were open to do business, only to be rudely accosted. This is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning and will advise other residents of how you do business to safeguard them from the rudeness of those you employ. Never again! I'll gladly spend my money elsewhere.

Becky Mitchell: Went on a Tuesday, late afternoon. Nice place, machines seem pretty clean. Prices reasonable, lots of machines that are 3,6 and 8 loads at a time...only thing that brings it down is the bathroom, I know it's hard to keep up with messy people that don't care...but this needs scrubbing, mopping and toilet clean every so often. No hand towels at all...I hate washing my hands and using toilet paper on the door on my way out... Otherwise it would be 5 stars. Not real friendly, not even a smile from the lady employee, but I wasn't there to make friends anyways. 👍

Kiesha Patterson: I came in to wash my WHITE blanket on the normal/hot cycle... so.... why is the water coming out cold? I asked the attendant about it.. brushed me off and stated "I have nothing to do with the temperature of the water" with a grin on his face. That's true, you don't but you are supposed to monitor the machines. If the water is NOT at the temp it's supposed to be, you should investigate and see why it's not happening!! Customer satisfaction is gone out the window!!! Especially in this 9.75 machine, I expect the machine to work as it should and not wonder if I will get the result I need. I will be calling and speaking with Zee tomorrow morning.

Brad L: Came to wash a large futon cover. Very happy with the cleanliness. Machines all appear to be well maintained and clean. Machine sizes are 2 to 8 loads at once (huge) machines. Prices vary depending on machine size. Will be returning in the future to wash oversized items that my home washer can't handle

Lashawn Pierson: I love coming to this laundry mat, I found out about this laundry mat when I was living at the Sterling Lakes Townhouse. I since moved and everytime my washer or dryer would go out I still would go to this place. It's always very clean and has updated appliances. This is the only place I know that has the largest washers and dryers that it cuts your time so short, you be done before you know it. My last visit I didn't feel safe like I normally do. I thought the gentleman that was sitting in the corner was actually doing laundry. As I was waiting on my clothes to dry I found out he's just sitting there, not sure why but I was very uneased with his presence. I was alone with him for a little while. As he's sitting there he starts to shave his head. I don't know if he's sleeping there because this laundromat is open 24 hours but someone need to look into this. Whomever the owner is need to have someone come in at night to do a check because he may be dangerous and he my not but he wasn't there to do laundry so he shouldn't be allowed to hangout there.
