Teresa Smith: I have been to almost every laundromat in the area and this is by far the least expensive and cleanest. The young lady that works here goes above and beyond her job description. I just read a review on here that was pretty negative and would like to say more than likely she is one of the few customers that does not pick up after herself and is rude to other customers. She is also probably a customer that wants a refund and raises her voice when she wants to be noticed.All of us should make sure we discard our garbage when we are finished and that includes the dryer sheets left all over the floor. This laundromat is neat and clean and has toilet paper because the young lady that works here checks on it in the morning and afternoon. She cleans everyones trash out of the parking lot after they toss the mess out of their car onto the pavement. If you read please notice the signs on the wall that give you the information you will need in case you need a refund. I have been at this laundromat in the early morning and late at night and have to say it really is a decent place to go if you need to use a laundromat. After a busy day here there are going to be issues because many of us expect someone else to clean up our mess but if we all do our part it will stay a nice place to do our laundry.

Asha Bradley: This WAS my laundromat of choice whenever I had to use one. It use to be very nice but now it’s always dirty and the attendant always has an attitude. She not approachable at all and rude. She doesn’t like to be interrupted while she’s running her mouth to the men that come in there. She started a full blown argument with me because I simply asked do they clean the machines everyday. This was 8 am and they open at 6 am and everything was nasty. This was not the first time she’s given unprofessional attitude to customers spending their money. I will never go to this location again. If I have to pay more somewhere else and be treated better, then that’s what I’ll do.

Lauren: Rude Employees! I've been coming here for years and today was my last visit. Before I could walk up to the door the older gentleman that works the desk hustled to the door like it was about to be robbed. I was immediate unsettled. However, I went to enter. Before I could even step through the door he sternly stated that if i was coming to wash and dry it was past the cut off. He then repeated himself and said the cut off was 8p. When I responded saying "that's okay I'm only here to wash a load". He said "not dry", I responded no just wash. Again, he rudely said the cut off was 8. I advised as to the difference in what he originally stated and what he's stating now, and that the location states they don't close until 9p. Also, I've been here to wash my one load after 8 before without issue. He was extremely rude and loudly said it was passed the cut off and went to close the door. I wasn't loud, or vulgar, and didn't deserve to be spoken to in that way. My issue isnt the cut off. Its the manner by which this unwritten policy was communicated. Im not a criminal, nor a child, nor was I asking for anything free. I merely came at the time the business stated they were open to do business, only to be rudely accosted. This is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning and will advise other residents of how you do business to safeguard them from the rudeness of those you employ. Never again! I'll gladly spend my money elsewhere.
Becky Mitchell: Went on a Tuesday, late afternoon. Nice place, machines seem pretty clean. Prices reasonable, lots of machines that are 3,6 and 8 loads at a time...only thing that brings it down is the bathroom, I know it's hard to keep up with messy people that don't care...but this needs scrubbing, mopping and toilet clean every so often. No hand towels at all...I hate washing my hands and using toilet paper on the door on my way out... Otherwise it would be 5 stars. Not real friendly, not even a smile from the lady employee, but I wasn't there to make friends anyways. 👍
Kiesha Patterson: I came in to wash my WHITE blanket on the normal/hot cycle... so.... why is the water coming out cold? I asked the attendant about it.. brushed me off and stated "I have nothing to do with the temperature of the water" with a grin on his face. That's true, you don't but you are supposed to monitor the machines. If the water is NOT at the temp it's supposed to be, you should investigate and see why it's not happening!! Customer satisfaction is gone out the window!!! Especially in this 9.75 machine, I expect the machine to work as it should and not wonder if I will get the result I need. I will be calling and speaking with Zee tomorrow morning.
Brad L: Came to wash a large futon cover. Very happy with the cleanliness. Machines all appear to be well maintained and clean. Machine sizes are 2 to 8 loads at once (huge) machines. Prices vary depending on machine size. Will be returning in the future to wash oversized items that my home washer can't handle

Autumn Starshine: Not very clean and well kept. Soap dispenser machine doesn't work so make sure you bring your own. Machines work for most part.
Shonte Green: I was just there doing my laundry and my younger son was playing with my phone and put it in the coin machine and I called the one eight hundred number and they say it’s nothing they can do for me they can’t send nobody out or nothing so Iam out of a phone now what type of service help do they have I ask for someone to call me back or to come get my phone out the machine and the on call man tells me thre is no one to do so and there is no one that comes in for those machines you are supposed to help the customer not turn them away where is the management where is the owner where is the customer service

If I wanted to wash in a ghetto setting I would’ve went across 8 mile. Where I would’ve been granted with better serviceUpdate: 8/9/22 four months later. Big improvement from the last visit the laundromat was very clean and comfortable. To my beliefs all of the washers were working and 9/16 dryers were working. M.R. S: 80% of the dryers are either not operable at all or simply don't get hot. There's several broken washer machines and you waste extra time and waiting on the few ones that work and your money wasting it on machines that don't work. Since there are no clerks, your money is just gone. First and last time visiting this establishment.

Montakim Shadab: It's alright, not a high end laundromat but is quite busy. Don't drop anything on the floor, I would recommend. The less optimal washers are a dollar for about half hour washing, did not do a thorough job on normal for my bedding so maybe I should've used a heavy duty drum or one of the more expensive washers in the back. Dryers are a quarter for maybe 10-15 minutes of drying, would take about a dollar's worth for a full set of laundry or a full load (of washed clothes, not filling the dryer to the brim).

Dawn Hargis: This is only my 2nd time here. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and orderly it was.cant beat the cost of the washers, I had been spending a fortune at Skylars. There were only a couple of machines out of order. A very nice woman arrived while I was here this time and straightend up despite it was already clean except for dryer sheets left on the floor from users. I really like that its 24 hrs. The employee was friendly and helpful. I will be back.

Lashawn Pierson: I love coming to this laundry mat, I found out about this laundry mat when I was living at the Sterling Lakes Townhouse. I since moved and everytime my washer or dryer would go out I still would go to this place. It's always very clean and has updated appliances. This is the only place I know that has the largest washers and dryers that it cuts your time so short, you be done before you know it. My last visit I didn't feel safe like I normally do. I thought the gentleman that was sitting in the corner was actually doing laundry. As I was waiting on my clothes to dry I found out he's just sitting there, not sure why but I was very uneased with his presence. I was alone with him for a little while. As he's sitting there he starts to shave his head. I don't know if he's sleeping there because this laundromat is open 24 hours but someone need to look into this. Whomever the owner is need to have someone come in at night to do a check because he may be dangerous and he my not but he wasn't there to do laundry so he shouldn't be allowed to hangout there.

Brittany Coulter: If I could give ZERO stars I would! I’ve been here three times THIS week and was refused service because the time I showed up wasn’t convenient for the individuals working! I came on Monday at 6:30 and was told I was unable to wash and dry because the person working wanted to leave at 8 😒although the door CLEARLY STATES THEY ARE OPEN UNTIL 9! Saturday - same issue! What is the purpose of having late hours if you pick and choose different times for an individual to actually wash their clothes. If you don’t want to work late hours, FIND ANOTHER JOB!! Not to mention, I called the store MULTIPLE TIMES and no one answered! Never again. Unless you come first thing in the morning for before 5pm - good luck! Maybe you should change the hours on your door since your employees don’t abide by it!

N/A: Please help me get my blanket back!!1/1/2021Last night, new year's, right before I could return to get my blanket, a lady supposedly insisted to the owner that it was hers when her brother told the owner that he didn't think it was theirs, and she continued to insist to the owner it was hers so he gave it to her.My blanket was snagged last night around 8pm. I really hope and pray that it was an honest mistake but this is a very distinct blanket and highly unlikely to be confused with another blanket.It's a giant king comforter, very heavy, double-sided, grey and velvety on one side, white faux fur on the other that's worn and slightly pilled from regular washings. There was one matching zip pillowcase with it.This blanket is extremely sentimental to me.If anyone finds this, or knows who took it, please return this blanket back to the laundromat.If my blanket is returned to me and in good condition, I will reward the person who returns it.

Rachel Swoveland: Bathroom was "out of order" though I felt as though the attendant just didnt want to be bothered with people using it. She also kept the door locked which is crazy because it was only like 2 pm when I went there. Customer service could've been better.

Edward C. Duncan: In my opinion, this is a very well put together place of business for those that need the service. The attendant that works the afternoon shift is always very helpful with ones needs, and very polite. The machines are ok however, the smaller white washers are not so great and do not rinse the clothes as they should be leaving your clothes soaking wet after the final spin. This isn't what customers are prepared to deal with. What are we supposed to do with clothes that are soaking wet ? They take forever to dry which means the customer has to spend more money. Not good for business at all. When will these machines be repaired? Other than that, all is good here just do not use the smaller white washers, you will regret it.
