Ciarra DuBois: Went in to the ER for stomach pain. Had to repeat my issue multiple times to the intake nurse, while she was on/off her phone. Got taken to an uncleaned room, where there was this large amount of blood sitting in this container. Did not feel any sense of cleanliness or safety, and decided to leave.

Racoonist: I love the employees but the reason I gave this clinic one star is because of the lady who makes appointments for the dentist she is rude and disrespectful if I were her boss she wouldn’t be working for me anymore.

Sof Payne: This was one of the worst experiences of my life!!! The only reason I gave this place one star is because the doctor was really nice. First, they asked me and my four year old daughter (who the appointment was for) to arrive fifteen minutes early to complete paperwork. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30PM, we arrived at 2:10PM. It took me less than five minutes to complete the paperwork. No biggie. So, my daughter and I sat in the waiting room waiting. For TWO FREAKING HOURS!!! Finally someone came and got us and took us to the back. We waited another thirty minutes to see the doctor! Finally, at about a quarter to five the doctor came in and did her thing. She was nice unlike the other staff who were being rude and nasty and acting like my daughter was frustrating them because she wouldn't do the vision test. Hello! She's four and you've had us sitting here over two hours! So, anyway, the worst part of this whole experience is when they gave my baby her shots and took blood. First of all, they gave her three shots in one room then told me to take her to another room to draw blood. When we got to the room, it was not prepped and they were not ready. They had my daughter and I sit there for about five minutes while they pulled out needles and set up the area. Needless to say, my daughter was freaking out!! Shouldn't this room be prepped before a child comes in, especially if you have already stuck them three times today? So, anyway, they finally finish prepping, since my daughter is freaking out they have three more people assist in holding her. I got her on my lap and I'm holding her legs, one lady has one arm, another lady has the other arm and then one lady sticks her. My daughter starts to scream saying she has to pee. Over and over again. I tell them that she has to pee. No one listens or acknowledges me or my daughter. They just keep going. She keeps screaming she has to pee while crying hysterically. They say we are almost finished and continues to draw 6 tubes of blood. My daughter pees on me and herself. Then she started really crying because now she is embarrassed. They did not realize she had peed on herself until after they were done and stepped back and saw the puddle.There is way more to this story but I've already written enough. You get the idea. This place is horrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!!! And oh, by the way, we didn't leave until almost six.

A special shout out to CHW Roxanne McDuffie for always having the latest information regarding free diapers giveaways to a free gym membership I didn’t know was attached to my health insurance. The providers and staff are exceptional !! From the moment I enter the doors to the clinic, I feel welcomed cared for and completely at ease. Bravo to advantage health care centers for bringing together such an exceptional team of caring individuals.

They take time with you . Not just them all the Staff. I Truly trust them. I've been through a lot and they have always been there for me. GOOD PEOPLE.

Sweet Dreams: Scheduling appointments by phone is the worst. Even if you call in and speak to someone to tell them that you will not make it, they label you as a no call no show. It is ridiculous. Make sure to gather the agents name and information because it seems like the appointment center needs lots of training.

James Bond: One of the dental assistants gave my wife the wrong address for a tooth extraction. Made the appointment a month ago. Hard to take a day off from work. Had to reschedule and take another day off from work. How hard is it to give out correct information? Need more trained professionals at this location. Manager and front desk staff were sincere.

Thea Baker: This a good clinic for underserved. I am currently seeing Dr C.Taylor the dentist. She and staff are the utmost professionals I have never waited other than a few minutes. But Dr. Taylor I love she is gentle and very skilled. She will be my dentist for many years to come

Joe Blake: Worst E.R. experience ever. Came in with cheat pains and dizziness. They ran a few tests and now I've been sitting here waiting with nobody even comung to check on me for 3 1/2 hours. Walked down the hallway to use the bathroom and no one even said anything to me even tho one of the reasons i I came in was dizziness. 0 out of 10 I would not recomend. Drive out of your way to go somewhere else if at all possible, I know next time I will.

Had to push for the treatment I knew would work ... Long story short got the treatment pushed for and now I'm healing ...

Wendy Rowley: I’m mainly irritated cause they call themselves emergency room but can’t treat everything. Do not go if you have any thing to do that requires gastrointestinal issues. Apparently they will just refer you to someone then not give you paper referral. My 20 year old is still suffering with a 9 level of pain. They all seemed great at first until we waited for 3 hrs for bloodwork to be ok.

Sarah Vickstrom: A good experience for my son except they didn't ask for health insurance. If we get a bill. We will be calling. Also didn't ask if he had a doctor. So I will be giving his doctor the paperwork work at our follow up appointment next week.

I was pregnant and by the time I found out my body had already started a miscarriage my hormone level was getting lower (I could tell by a pregnancy test) so I went in to basically have it tested by blood and they were so sweet to me. 10/10 recommend.

jennifer crays: when we first arrived, we weren't sure it was opened...the parking lot was dark, the entrance wasn't lit up, going forward, the place wasn't busy at all, they called us back right away, had about 4 different people come in the room, got xrays done....then NOTHING..we sat and we sat and just waiting. after about a half hr, we asked the nurse to see the dr. she had no idea where he was at, after another half hr of waiting, we asked for the discharge papers. they said the dr was Mia and they had no idea where he went. the rest of the staff was very nice.

Olivia Westlake: Dr. Manal W Ormar, DOI’m gonna go ahead and say I normally don’t do this. And this is not to the facility but to her personally. I have had no problems with the doctors that I’ve been here or this facility at all up until now. I sat in this hospital for three hours with pain in my side like a kidney pain for three weeks. Did urinary testing on me and a few came back abnormal. I have a slight fever and I’m not feeling good and the more and more I sat there I didn’t feel any better. No one came to check on me or anything. She told me I hurt myself and offered a pain shot. I was so upset that nothing was done no further investigations. She made me feel really stupid. And then try to throw her 10 year medical field in my face when I’ve been in the medical field for five years as well so I’m not brand new. Super argumentative watched me cry. Completely unprofessional and rude. Very insensitive.

Sara Weed: Went here for extreme pain in my neck and shoulder. They did an X-ray and said oh good news nothing is broken, she told me I just had inflammation. Didn’t ask any questions about it at all. Turns out it was a pinched nerve in my neck. After a week of work missed due to having such bad pain I went to a chiropractor in canton. I am feeling 90% better after 2 visits and went to work yesterday. This place is not trustworthy and I’ll be going to a different er when I need to in the future.

Linda Radford: My son came in here with a dog bite on his face. Dr. Avneet Avendano Had an attitude with him right from the beginning for no reason. She was so rude and downright mean. She wanted him to take an antibiotic that he is allergic to. She told him to get some Benadryl and if his throat swells call 911. Are you kidding me we will never come here again.

Rachael Ruohonen: Came here because a neighborhood page suggested it. I believe I have a torn rotator cuff and they said they couldn’t do anything for me after sitting for 2 hours. I got an X-ray and discharged while still in agony. That’s it. Now I have to waste more hours going some place that will figure out why I’m in pain and treat it.
