Honest Review: I had to call Golden Dental regarding dental service. The woman who answered was rude for no reason. I stated the reason for the call and she immediately acted as if she was irritated when I asked her about different service providers in my area. She acted as if she did not want to help and kept asking me if I looked on the website. The website clearly reads to call Golden Dental for questions or concerns. When I called I was faced with an abrasive customer service rep who continued being passive aggressive throughout the call. Why work in customer service if you are going to exhibit this type of unprofessionalism. I see by the reviews she is this way with most callers. Beyond unprofessional service.

They seriously need to figure out how to hire people for customer service as this job basically is to HELP PEOPLE and not be as rude as possible. robert kendzior: Max out at $1,250 per year which is peanuts in dental care money. Have to pay out of pocket for the rest of the year for major work done.
Mike Toler: Worse place ever. In extreme pain and went to dentist was scheduled a root canal but I have to wait. Found a dentist that could get it done today called golden dental and they said wait. Pain so extreme cant breath the agent give 0 about my well being. Worse customer care service ever. See what the emergency room as to say.

My only concern is the insurance acceptance change for Blue Cross which will lead to me and my husband locating an alternative office. I'm not happy about this but cost is very important.

Becky M: I'll miss you! The office is clean and modern and everyone I've interacted with has been nothing but friendly and welcoming. Dr. Kavanaugh did my very first filling and even though I was nervous, she was very gentle and compassionate and thoroughly explained everything she was doing and it was nowhere near as bad as I feared. And Jada... what can I say? Most amazing hygienist ever! I go in and feel like I'm just catching up with an old friend, but somehow walk out with sparkling clean teeth! She's warm, caring, and absolutely incredible at her job. I was positive that my husband and I had found our dental office for life. Unfortunately, they've opted to stop accepting our insurance, so it looks like we'll have to move on. Zero stars to whoever made that decision, but 10+ stars for everyone else there!

Anjum Khanom: I won’t say how it felt getting my tooth removed it was uncomfortable and scary. However, the hygienist was super nice. The doctor was nice as well but what really made me leave the 5 star review was his passion. He was excited to show a tooth scanner and how it worked and a 3 D rendition of the teeth. That’s what makes me want to come back ( hopefully for not a while ) the passion I saw. And he also called me after a few hours to check up on me. Dr. M is passionate about this job and it shows and he does his job effectively and exceptionally. This is a good place to come back to.

Julia Bradley: I went for my 6 months cleaning. The technician was courteous and friendly. She was very professional. She asked questions to see if there was any changes to your health. I told her my blood pressure being high and having to take a second prescription for it. She took my blood pressure before she started. She made suggestions to help me take better care of my teeth. Everyone in the office is very friendly and helpful. I feel very satisfied going here for my dental care.
