John Kusmierz: I received an email from them that a X-mas present I ordered on line was canceled. I received the email on 12/22. They gave me two $10 coupons for customer service/satisfaction reasons. I felt that was thoughtful and drove to the store to purchase a replacement present. When I tried to use the coupons I was told they could only be used when purchasing something on line. The coupons did not have the statement of the on line restriction printed on them but the cashier would not let me use them. I was very disappointed with the organization.

Austin Kautzer: Walked in about 2PM on a weekday and no one was anywhere to be found in golf area. Finally found someone who referred me to someone else, who then told me that the regripping I was interested in couldn't be done for at least a day (maybe 2) because no one in the store knew how to do it. How ridiculous is that?! That takes less than 5 minutes per club, and I could do it with my eyes closed, I just don't have the vise. They told me to go to the Sterling Heights location (will post my similarly negative review there).

She stated her cash register wasn't working properly. She called a manager up front to help her. Even though I was in a rush, I started to get frustrated but Jordan was very professional, pleasant, kind, and friendly. She did apologize for my inconvenience. Because of her awesome customer service, I left one happy customer.

Eric Riddle: Has the latest trendy Nike, under armor, adidas, yeti, whatever.Most expensive place to shop for clothes.Dunhams is much better.I only come here if I absolutely have to for a random item I know they might have...Not even to mention,they stopped selling guns and hunting stuff altogether and are anti 2nd amendment, which used to be the main basis of their buisness.

Austin Kautzer: Referred to this location because the Roseville employees didn't know how to regrip a golf club. What do you know--the employees here said it would be at least 2-3 days before anyone would be in who could do the regripping. Why even have anyone working in the golf area if they aren't trained to do *basic* tasks in the golf field?? Drove all the way around the city to multiple locations to just have them tell me to go to Golf Galaxy. I should have just gone to a small business after this boondoggle.

Everything has been moved around and it’s impossible to find anything you are looking for. Sale signs and prices are outdated. Manager is rude, and you can tell he really doesn’t care. It’s a store like this that explains why people don’t go out to shop anymore and retail businesses are going away as the experience here was terrible.

I am handicapped w arthritis and my walking is limited.The snippy response I got from the girl who answered the phone was “ we are not opening our mall door until 11. Well, that’s not what I asked.People were in there shopping. All the clerk had to do was tell me to go outside and the entrance is to the right of J.C. Penney’s. Instead she didn’t offer this but again said “ we are not opening our mall doors until 11. Very poor customer service and frustrating.Find out who was cashiering around 1045 and u will know which girl who answered. I think she was wearing glasses too. I found my way on myOwn with no help from your staff. They need better training. This is not how you treat people .

The cashier took a very long time in cashing out the person at the counter. Other workers just walking by as the line got longer behind me. Finally just left. There was a nice young lady working on the floor though. Kudos to her.
Lauren Haight: This store is an embarrassment. Volleyball is one of the most popular sports and it never has decent shoes. Mizuno is a top tier brand, yet this tore never has any shoes in stock in sizes for women. It’s definitely catered to men. I also spent 20 minutes looking for a size/color. Couldn’t find anyone to help. I ended up settling for Nike (terrible vball shows) a few sizes up. Every time I come to this store, I can never find anyone in the show department to help and everything volleyball is out if stock.
William Osinski: Great selection of all your outdoor and sporting needs. Also has an amazing selection of boots, all types from hiking to work boots. Vast selection of sports footwear and equipment.

I looked around for a second and found one thing I was looking for and couldn't find the other so I asked her and she immediately knew where I needed to go and pointed me in the direction. At checkout she was again so nice and got me in and out pretty quickly. We need people like her in management positions to help train new employees in customer service! She embodies the customer service experience♡ Dunhams should instill a customer survey so their employees can get recognition directly to them!

Jay Will: Located In same complex as at home. This store is huge and even has a golf simulator in it with all kinds of golf options. They have a huge shoe section and things for every sport even camping supplies are available. Staff was very friendly and parking lot has a lot of available spots.

I was looking for swimwear for my son and she went above and beyond to help us She removed 2 swimsuits off mannequins and made my son extremely happy as we were leaving town in the morning. She was patient and very helpful. Wish there were more employees like her in retail today .

After a couple calls back to the manager, they STILL honored my warranty, and gave me a brand new pair. So very happy with the staff, and manager, and them holding up a warranty, that I didn't properly handle. WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK. THANK YOU!!!!!

Was nasty and short with us, only bagged half our items, putting the two light weights in a bag, and snapped at my husband to take our reciept. She left me to bag the two heavier weights and just turned her back on us after the transaction had gone through. Worst service ever. We dont go there often, but lately, the few times a year we do the cashiers always seem like we're putting them out by having them ring our products up. This last time was by far the worst. From now on we're going to make the hike to REI or Dunhams.

Unfortunately my scorecard number didn’t go through even though he took my phone number (didn’t notice until afterwards)Came here, they had my size just as he said. Cashier had zero soft skills.. (no hello) I asked if there was any way to apply my last transactions points to my card and this cashier looked at me as if I had just insulted her and said no. I even asked if I could do it myself online/contact customer service and she said ..no. **Went home and did it online no problem by the way.

MastaKush427: I took my GT Avalanche mountain bike up here to have some work done cause I bought it there 8 months ago. I told them it was making a creaking or cracking noise and I thought the back brakes needed to be changed. The lady said a basic tune up will fix the creaking noise, so I had that done. I get a call a week later that my bike is ready and was told in a voice-mail that my brakes were fine. I get the bike back and $65 bucks later my bike is no different, I tired asking the guy about it but he just seemed annoyed I was asking him questions. It wasn't Jeff. Jeff sold me the bike and is a great guy. Wish I was able to talk to him about it but now I get to take it somewhere eles and spend more money. Update- Rode it about 5 miles and the derailleur that was just "adjusted" is now not shifting right and when it does it is not clicking in some gears.

M R: Don’t let Steve sharpen your ice skates. He is either completely incompetent or purposely tried to ruin the blades. Had to take my skates to a local hockey shop and get then corrected. My blades had a 45deg angle. Hockey shop was laughing at how ridiculously bad they were.

pokemon catcher: High quality and high support here I was looking for shoes and someone named Sydney was helping me out and was really nice and helpful just wanted to say thanks to the manager and the staff!!
Velda Garcia: They only carry one brand of shoestrings-- all short and thin. You'd think that for a store that sells basketball and athletic shoes that they'd carry the traditional flat , wide shoe strings for Nikes and other brands. No one seemed to know if they even sold them.

Michael Cuevas: Extremely poor bike service. The bike was not shifting gears correctly, so we brought it back in for service. Days later it literally came back worse. The manager seemed disgruntled when helping us both times. He asked if we took off the tire like that was the issue... The bike has quick release wheels for a reason. He has absolutely no bike knowledge. We ended up taking the bike to our local bike shop and they fixed it for nothing.

KELLY KASPER: I found what I was looking for without any problem, however, when I went to checkout and use a debit card to pay, the card reader machine was grossly dirty, covered in fingerprints and so smeared that I could barely read the screen. I mentioned to the employee that it needed to be cleaned and disinfected (COVID!!) and he ignored me completely. I doubt I will be shopping in the store anytime in the near future because the health risk isn't worth it. It would take the employee 15 seconds to run a clorox bleach wipe over it.
