Bird Enthusiast G: Absolutely love this place. We lucked out on finding it about two years ago! First of all, the staff has never been anything but super kind and attentive, but never over bearing like some places can be. It's been the same older lady serving us most times we've been in, and I secretly adore her, lol. The food itself is also great, I've never been disappointed. The breakfast always hits the spot and you won't find better prices, either! It's a very small place but somehow that just makes it even more comfy. Will always be my and my boyfriend's favorite breakfast place! ♥️Edited to add 03/04/23: Still going strong! I swear it gets better every time we visit!

Mark Norris: This is a nice little Mom and Pop type Local Coney Island. They have a full menu including Breakfast, lunch, and dinners. Breakfast Specials are very reasonable and you get more than enough food. They also have a great little desert display under the counter that includes cakes, pies, ect. Staff is very friendly and attentative to your needs while you are there. Would definately recommend stopping in for a bite to eat

Tony Brown: The waitress with the glasses is the best and most genuine of the 3-4 waiters. Such a lovely calming personality that you'll want to befriend her. The other waitress typically just work the crowd with a little sassy. But the one with the glasses is perfection and doesn't need/use sass. Just genuine conversation and interactions. I need to learn their names 😆Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs /steps to entrance or to be seated. Can almost certainly roll from parking lot to a diner table with minimal effort.

Steve Paridee: We stopped in here for the first time. It's been a neighborhood staple and dad decided he wanted to go there after not going there in years. It was the first time for me. When we first arrived the place had only a few clean tables and a few tables with dinners at them. Since this was my first time here it appeared to a ran by a husband and wife team. Husband doing the cooking and help clean the tables and the wife was the server, busser, take out person, etc. She was hopping that was for sure. When the husband wasn't cooking he tried to bus the dirty tables as many as he could. She took our order in a timely manner and it arrived in no time and we just waited a little bit on a refill on coffee. I wasn't really concerned as I have been in the business and knew she had her hands full. It was also kind of a restaurant where everyone knew each other. More like a hometown feel to it. I would recommend coming here for some good food just be prepared you might wait a little for a table or refills. It's the nature of the beast...short on help

Bill Weise: Little hidden GEM I overlooked for years even though it's closish to me. Finally stopped in a couple months ago and I've been hooked since. Don't judge the place until you taste the food. The biscuits and gravy are fantastic and the rubin is the best I've had anywhere. Totally unexpected that a place with that many options delivers on all of them. Not a bad thing on the menu.

Sherry Day: Went a few weeks ago and the country fried chicken was amazing. Went for it again last week and both orders were so overcooked it was stringy. The waitress said they were out of grits like "oh well". Never came to ask how everything was. She seemed like in a hurry to get to her own meal. Not fair to spend money on food that's not consistent

The corned beef was actually pretty damn gross and there was some nasty meat pieces in there I'm not even sure what it was but there's a photo. The corned beef has no flavor I am used to It tasted smoked I guess you could say, I only had a taste though and the person I was with did not like it either. The wing dings were good and service was ok.

I have waitressed 30 years of my life, and every time someone orders breakfast, every waitress except here goes through the motions and asks the questions accordingly. Including letting one know about they "home made burnt corned beef hash" and that they do not have canned.. Fine, i can over look one. But ALL of the hashbrows ordered lightly cooked were burned. The most minimum amount of gravy on the Biscuits, not enough to even cover them. Then once I tipped the waitress who took my order, was asked for extra condiments (because were moving and everything is 3 hours north) and after I tipped her 10.00 for 4 breakfasts carry out, she copped the biggest attitude as if making sure we had ketchup was a hassle to her. Let me tell you this.... I spent 60.00 on 4 breakfasts and a fruit cup and even the fruit had some matted wet bread like texture on it as if it was saved off someone elses plate or pue and added to my fruit box. Now, I worked at LIZ'S HE CAFE FOR YEARS and never in a million would they make mistakes like this and if they made one, theyd fix it in a hurry. Pat Em: Cozy Grill is just that: Cozy. It's not very big, it's not fancy, but you go in and it somehow feels like home. The restaurant is very clean and and comfortable. Service is friendly, quick, and welcoming. The menu is breakfast/lunch with some great choices. A friend and I went there for breakfast. Being a french toast junkie, anytime I visit someplace new to me, I always order the french toast. My friend ordered a skillet breakfast that had hash browns, onions, green pepper, sausage, cheese, sausage gravy and 2 perfect over easy eggs on top with a side of whole wheat toast. The serving size was beyond generous! I tasted the skillet, and it was delicious. I was especially impressed by the sausage gravy. Just the right consistancy and so flavorful, no hint of greasiness at all. My friend could not finish her breakfast and said her leftovers were just as good the next day. My French toast breakfast came with 6 half slices of french toast, and a side of bacon. The french toast was excellent, just the way I like it. So often at restaurants the bread is given just a quick dunk in the egg custard and thrown on the grill which results in an egg coating on the outside and dry bread in the middle. Here, they allow the bread to soak in the custard so the inside is nice and moist. The outside was grilled to perfection and the inside was hot and fluffy, the way French toast should be. Outstanding! The bacon was lean, tasty and cooked crisp, but not overcooked. The coffee was hot and strong and my cup was kept filled. The prices were very reasonable and the portions generous. Our food arrived right off the grill, hot and fresh, due to our waitress being mindful and not allowing it to sit around under warming lights. I truthfully cannot wait to return to the Cozy Grill Cafe. I can't wait to try more of their food. I look forward to seeing our waitress again. It will feel like coming home.

The food is great and the atmosphere is fantastic for this gathering.The Coney dogs are good but the crispy chicken bacon salad is THE BEST. Alyssa Rudd: I’ve never had a problem with this location until now. Placed a carry out becuase I am sick, soup and fries. My soup was so watered down it didn’t have any flavor. The rice in the soup was mush. They spilled my soup all over the inside of my bag. As for the fries, they’re severely undercooked. Like still cold. I could understand if they were busy, but there was no customers whatsoever inside. Not to mention the carry out staff was ruder than all hell, especially when I asked for some extra crackers.
