John Rodriguez: I needed a funeral arrangement for a Saturday morning funeral service deliverd .I called on a Friday late in the day I got the exact kind of person you want to deal with in a time like that.regretfully didn't get the mans name.He told me they don't deliver as early as my service,but that he would make the arrangement right then and deliver it on his way home...best experience I could have had most professional and curtious person I could have asked for.arrangment was beautiful also.

They delivered it as expected and the recipient and I loved the arrangement! I will definitely order from them in the future again.

Kristen Cross: I called this florist to schedule a consultation for my upcoming wedding. I was immediately interrupted and told they may not be able to accommodate what I want for my wedding before I could even explain what I wanted. When it came time to schedule the consultation the man I spoke with was not flexible at all and although the business says it closes at 5 refused to schedule an appointment any time later than 3:30 on any day of the week. Afterwards I contacted two other small florist shops, both of which were able to work me into their schedule to accommodate my availability. Based on my brief experience with their customer service I would recommend exploring other options.

I wanted to cheer and send encouragement to a friend that was mourning the loss of a mutual friend. My friend's taste is punky, gothic and old school new wave.Patricia is so amazing. After talking we were both emotional and she was so geeked to put something together. I'm floored with what she did. It's beyond perfect. The most beautiful gothy arrangement ever. She nailed it. Sarah Sykes: I had the WORST experience with this shop. Patricia was very rude over the phone. My MIL had called awhile ago and talked about getting cut flowers for my upcoming wedding. She was told that I needed to go in 2 weeks before my wedding to look around and get an idea of what I would want for flowers and order them. Mind you my MIL always takes notes and wrote down when I needed to go in, so if that wasn't the case then she shouldn't of told her that. Patricia preceded to tell me that she's not a warehouse and I needed to do online research. I'm sure there are books of examples of their work or something in the shop to look at. I was looking for simple and she was no help at all and acted like she didn't want to help. She then was questioning my MIL's skill level of putting flowers together which was also rude, we just wanted cut flowers so she didn't have to worry about that. She only wanted to deal with my MIL who lives out of state by the way and that's why I needed to go in. I was just calling to get information and if I needed to make an appointment....but we didn't even get that far. I was going off what someone told me to do and Patricia had NO right to be that rude. Patricia really needs to work on her customer service skills because they are terrible.I would definitely NOT recommend Jim's florist. I would rate zero stars if I could.Brides do yourself a favor, if you want a stress free floral experience go elsewhere!

Rose: Sandy made three beautiful arrangements for my grandfathers funeral. Although some flowers from the spread I picked were not available, Sandy was able to arrange replacements that looked just as nice. Reasonable price for a short notice job (I reached out 5 days in advance). She was easy to work with and even called the day before to ask if there were any last minute changes I’d like to make. Thank you Sandy for helping me and my family during this rough week, I’ll be returning to purchase flowers for my Papa’s resting place as well.

I ordered my mom's mother day flowers and didn't tell her. She is elderly and missed the deliver. When I called the florist and told her what happened she gave me the driver Lauren, number. Lauren, told me that she waited ten mins and mom didn't answer. She said she would come back in 15 mins. When I tell you the customer service at the place us excellent. Thank you Lauren for making my mom's mother day special. Only Florist I will ever use!

Tim Colegrove: Owner was stressed out, which made me feel the same. But the flowers I received were absolutely beautiful
Gail Vagts: Paint $60 a wreath plus $20 per wreath to have it set at the cemetery, In total for 3 wreaths $240. The wreaths were 12", comparable to the home depot wreaths for $18.00. I asked for pine cones only, and they had plastic berries, jingle Bells and other decorate you would find at a dollar store, nothing that I ordered. The cemetery wasn't providing Decorations and they recommended Lee's florist..never again would I order .I ordered rice from another florist closer to a cemetery in Clinton township $48 a month for 24" wreaths with beautiful bows and pine cones.For half the money I got twice the produc that looked classic not like junk.By the way I will inform Mount Olivet and hopefully they won't refer you in the future.

Jasmine Folmar: First the corsage we ordered was a lot longer in the picture we viewed than what we received, then he gave it to us in a Ziploc bag instead of the box or container it normally comes in. The corsage was 47 dollars! With extra long velcro straps at the least he could've put it in a container! Will not be going back!!!Such a disappointment for the price!!!

Go Fast Man: I ordered the "BEST" level Rose arrangement, I don't feel that's what was delivered. It may have been the "Better" than standard level, but can't believe that adding a bunch of babies breath brings it up to "BEST" level. Don't believe the pictures on the website. I'm a little disappointed. I ordered the "Best" level to celebrate an important Anniversary, and I just don't believe this is what was delivered. See pictures and judge for yourself.

Wish they would have lasted longer, we gave fresh water every day as recommended, most sources say roses should last at least a week.

ASTRO LOX: There are about 5 cars parked in the parking lot of the building and when I came inside, no one came to assist me. The door is wide open and there is nobody coming to the front counter. I rang the bell several times and even called out to see if anyone would respond. Lack of supervision and customer service. Would not recommend.

Julie Fathbruckner: Another hidden gem in Warren. In the 2nd generation of ownership Palco's Florist offers creativity and individual service with that small mom and pop feel. I had them make my mothers 80th birthday floral arrangement. I had a price point and what my Mums favorite flowers were. They did the rest! My mother was so happy with the flowers, and there will never be another arrangement like it.
