John Rodriguez: I needed a funeral arrangement for a Saturday morning funeral service deliverd .I called on a Friday late in the day I got the exact kind of person you want to deal with in a time like that.regretfully didn't get the mans name.He told me they don't deliver as early as my service,but that he would make the arrangement right then and deliver it on his way home...best experience I could have had most professional and curtious person I could have asked for.arrangment was beautiful also.
Emily Pham: I ordered a Chinese new year arrangement over the phone for a family member. They did a wonderful job making an arrangement based on the colors and price range I requested. They delivered it as expected and the recipient and I loved the arrangement! I will definitely order from them in the future again.

Kristen Cross: I called this florist to schedule a consultation for my upcoming wedding. I was immediately interrupted and told they may not be able to accommodate what I want for my wedding before I could even explain what I wanted. When it came time to schedule the consultation the man I spoke with was not flexible at all and although the business says it closes at 5 refused to schedule an appointment any time later than 3:30 on any day of the week. Afterwards I contacted two other small florist shops, both of which were able to work me into their schedule to accommodate my availability. Based on my brief experience with their customer service I would recommend exploring other options.

I wanted to cheer and send encouragement to a friend that was mourning the loss of a mutual friend. My friend's taste is punky, gothic and old school new wave.Patricia is so amazing. After talking we were both emotional and she was so geeked to put something together. I'm floored with what she did. It's beyond perfect. The most beautiful gothy arrangement ever. She nailed it. Sarah Sykes: I had the WORST experience with this shop. Patricia was very rude over the phone. My MIL had called awhile ago and talked about getting cut flowers for my upcoming wedding. She was told that I needed to go in 2 weeks before my wedding to look around and get an idea of what I would want for flowers and order them. Mind you my MIL always takes notes and wrote down when I needed to go in, so if that wasn't the case then she shouldn't of told her that. Patricia preceded to tell me that she's not a warehouse and I needed to do online research. I'm sure there are books of examples of their work or something in the shop to look at. I was looking for simple and she was no help at all and acted like she didn't want to help. She then was questioning my MIL's skill level of putting flowers together which was also rude, we just wanted cut flowers so she didn't have to worry about that. She only wanted to deal with my MIL who lives out of state by the way and that's why I needed to go in. I was just calling to get information and if I needed to make an appointment....but we didn't even get that far. I was going off what someone told me to do and Patricia had NO right to be that rude. Patricia really needs to work on her customer service skills because they are terrible.I would definitely NOT recommend Jim's florist. I would rate zero stars if I could.Brides do yourself a favor, if you want a stress free floral experience go elsewhere!

Rose: Sandy made three beautiful arrangements for my grandfathers funeral. Although some flowers from the spread I picked were not available, Sandy was able to arrange replacements that looked just as nice. Reasonable price for a short notice job (I reached out 5 days in advance). She was easy to work with and even called the day before to ask if there were any last minute changes I’d like to make. Thank you Sandy for helping me and my family during this rough week, I’ll be returning to purchase flowers for my Papa’s resting place as well.

I ordered my mom's mother day flowers and didn't tell her. She is elderly and missed the deliver. When I called the florist and told her what happened she gave me the driver Lauren, number. Lauren, told me that she waited ten mins and mom didn't answer. She said she would come back in 15 mins. When I tell you the customer service at the place us excellent. Thank you Lauren for making my mom's mother day special. Only Florist I will ever use!

Sabrina Broach: I order a casket slay for my Mom's funeral on Tuesday March 28th 2023 they were supposed to be delivered Mon in time for the viewing never arrived. Tuesday the family hour 12 noon no flowers. I had to call during my Moms service and they delivered them as the grandsons was closing her casket smh. I will never ever buy flowers from this place again NEVER....I will make sure I let my friends and family know not to use this place.. Not a phone call saying we gonna be late or we apologize or nothing just terrible. I could have spent my money somewhere else with someone that cares because if I didnt call they would have came after we left the funeral home on our way to the cemetary so disappointed.

Becky M: I have driven by this place for years and never had occasion to stop in, but today while running errands, I remembered I had intended to bring my mom some flowers for Easter and since I was in the area, figured I'd drop in and see what kind of arrangements they had. There was a sign on the door saying they were only doing curbside service, so I called the number and my call was promptly answered. I told the lady who answered what I was looking for and she advised that while she didn't have any pre-made arrangements, if I wanted to wait about 10 minutes, she could put something together. She asked what my budget was, and in less than 10 minutes, I was driving away with a gorgeous, reasonably priced Easter floral arrangement. This was a very positive experience and I will definitely keep this store in mind the next time i need to purchase flowers.

The owner was so nice and very polite over the phone. My daughter & I arrived to pick up the flowers and he apologized to her for the loss of her friend and refused to let us pay for the arrangement. We cried at how nice that was and appreciate what he did for her. This was her first funeral and the act of kindness he provided right before is a memory that we won't forget. 🌹💜💚

Gary Misczak: Stopped in to get an anniversary flower arrangement for my wife. Miranda asked a few questions and within minutes had a beautiful arrangement put together. I was blown away by the creativity and helpfulness. One of the best experiences of customer service I’ve encountered in a long time.Need flowers???? This should be your go to place!!! Julie Fathbruckner: Another hidden gem in Warren. In the 2nd generation of ownership Palco's Florist offers creativity and individual service with that small mom and pop feel. I had them make my mothers 80th birthday floral arrangement. I had a price point and what my Mums favorite flowers were. They did the rest! My mother was so happy with the flowers, and there will never be another arrangement like it.

As anyone that has tried having flowers delivered to a military base knows, it's not an easy task to do.
