I never opened the new one and they still wouldn't take it back. Ridiculous. I understand no return on hair pieces but an unopened bottle of shampoo? (My mistake. I thought this was the one in Oakland Mall. So sorry) Disregard this review please.

Ricia Jamillah: I've been shopping at this location and at the store in the Oakland Mall for years spent a lot of money in there. Tuesday morning I rather Tuesday afternoon. I go in to buy a ponytail and other supplies to surprise a young lady. I never buy hair first time no one ever said you can't exchange the ponytail, never even was open. Came back less than three and a half hours later to try to get it exchange and was lied to, (it's on your receipt), no it's not on the receipt! There is a small cardboard piece of paper hanging close to the register that says no hair return exchanges written in magic marker. I think they should either put it on the receipt or when you buy something just come out and say it's non-refundable or returnable but don't lie about being on the receipt.

Mia Parker: The store was well stocked an clean. The isles were not cluttered and spaced sufficiently. Lisa was nice, polite and provided honesty when telling my friend how the hair looked on her when she tried them on. Even though I am a Westsider, I will return.

The selection is huge and the prices are actually the same or less than online if you equate shipping so it’s totally worth it to purchase your items here. I’ve attached images of wigs I purchased so you guys can see how real they look.

But it does have my scalp oils and different colored beads for little girls braids. I also bought my synthetic hair doll and real hair dolls that I let my kids play with to practice styles from here

Lumengo McGhee: I ve been going to the beauty supply store for a while never had a problem until recently I brought a wig I opened up the box and it was short I never put it on my head everything was intact. Someone else must have tried it on and left. Make up on the comb and I got blamed for something I did not do I wanted to return my wig to get a longer unit, but she blamed me for putting make up on it. Just be careful you guys. We spend our hard earned money, and we would like to get what we ask for at least I will order on line it’s is ridiculous
