Lumengo McGhee: I ve been going to the beauty supply store for a while never had a problem until recently I brought a wig I opened up the box and it was short I never put it on my head everything was intact. Someone else must have tried it on and left. Make up on the comb and I got blamed for something I did not do I wanted to return my wig to get a longer unit, but she blamed me for putting make up on it. Just be careful you guys. We spend our hard earned money, and we would like to get what we ask for at least I will order on line it’s is ridiculous

Step Wilson: Unprofessional I got there at 6:01 April 6, 2023I walk in I was the only person in line at the time It was a mother and Daughter in front of me there was one register open by then 6 mins then went by they conversating about a bowling party and where the cashier live now and it was her cousin and aunt I understand you'll talk to family members at your job by then its 8 people behind me the other sales gils just walking around behind the register twirling her hair other customers complaining about can they open up another register because the sales girl still talking to her family members then finally she rung me up after they left and after 5 customers complained they open up a register smh

I tried to purchase some hair behind the counter and instead of being charged $21.99 I was charged $24.99 plus tax when clearly the price on the sale chart was lesser. Once I realized the price difference, I decided to give them a call. I gave the flamboyant guy the brand name to check and he told me, “they don’t carry that brand of hair” but I JUST PURCHASED THE SAME HAIR A FEW HOURS AGO!If you ever go to that store, double check your prices. Also, avoid getting any service from that guy, cause he’s unpleasant every time I go there and his a** is lazy. Been staying dtown for 5yrs. but this is one of the reasons why I go West for any beauty supply needs. Never again 🤦🏾♀️

Denaa David: Everyone please ignore any negative comments about this place. Literally the owner was the sweetest person ever and made sure I got the best quality extensions that matched my hair perfectly!! I got indian remy clip ons they held curls all day and night during my brothers wedding. Shop here because the customer service was unmatched. My hair is a light brown ash usually hard to find but found them there.

Ricia Jamillah: I've been shopping at this location and at the store in the Oakland Mall for years spent a lot of money in there. Tuesday morning I rather Tuesday afternoon. I go in to buy a ponytail and other supplies to surprise a young lady. I never buy hair first time no one ever said you can't exchange the ponytail, never even was open. Came back less than three and a half hours later to try to get it exchange and was lied to, (it's on your receipt), no it's not on the receipt! There is a small cardboard piece of paper hanging close to the register that says no hair return exchanges written in magic marker. I think they should either put it on the receipt or when you buy something just come out and say it's non-refundable or returnable but don't lie about being on the receipt.
Mia Parker: The store was well stocked an clean. The isles were not cluttered and spaced sufficiently. Lisa was nice, polite and provided honesty when telling my friend how the hair looked on her when she tried them on. Even though I am a Westsider, I will return.

The selection is huge and the prices are actually the same or less than online if you equate shipping so it’s totally worth it to purchase your items here. Reached out multiple times for an appointment and once I got one and arrived, no one was there. I waited, called and texted for over 30 minutes. She later told my friend I didn't have an appt. Very unprofessional. Sad to say, if you value your time, this isn't the place for you.
