Ashley Rumschlag: I had to take my 3yo in today and the staff was more than wonderful with her. Tori made her feel so comfortable and I was appreciative of the care she received. There was a small fiasco with our normal pharmacy closing and the staff was more than accommodating and were able to call it in to another pharmacy. Tori then called to make sure my daughter was able to get her medication tonight. This level of care ensures that my family will be coming back if and when we would need to.

They turned away us and my 3 year old son who needed stitches because the Dr. didn't feel comfortable giving them to him. Seems like doing that sort of thing would be in his job description, but I guess I am mistaken.2. The nurse there insulted my wife, asking if she was pregnant, which she is not and does not look like it. Everyone knows that presuming anyone is pregnant hardly ever goes ok. 0/5 stars for their bedside manner and common sense.Got sent off to the ER where my son was simply treated with saline cleaning and glue to treat his cut. Seemed like a simple yet very effective solution. Zero kudos given to the staff at this facility for their all around because they were incapable of providing any half decent service to us.

Amy Sufka: Don’t go there with your kids— called ahead to see if someone was available to do stitches on my 3 year-old son (he fell and split open his chin) and then told me they did. I took him in, they collected their co-pay, took one look at the wound and said “it does need some simple sutures but we can’t do it because of his age and he might fight us.” Complete waste of time and money.

Amanda Surma: The hospital staff failed to clean my wound for a few hours from a dog bite. The on call hand surgeon did not evaluate me in person only based their treatment plan from a few photos. The rooms were not cleaned- blood on floor, etc. I had to wait in the hallway for awhile. The resident sutured my finger in place but the attending doctor never checked.

Claudia Weiss: I have been a patient several times throughout the years. Last Friday, I was in temergency room. At that time I was a difficult patient at best. It was scared and full of anxiety. I want to especially thank the nurses, and the doctor that took care of me. They were all very patient and understanding. The emergency room was packed with people, it took all day to get to see the doctor but everyone was so very kind and patient with me. I was there Friday from 2:45 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. Saturday. Jennifer fournier: As an employee of Ascension for over 8 years I was very disappointed with the care/lack of empathy that was shown during a really scary time for me at the ER. I tested positive a few days prior for COVID and had become extremely ill with symptoms. What brought me to the ER is I woke up and was having a hard time breathing, couldn’t stand due to numbness and tingling throughout all my extremities and face. My husband rushed me to the ER but had to leave because my kids were in car. The RN who initially took my vitals noticed my pulse ox was normal and even made a remark about it. From that point on I felt I wasn’t being taken serious. I know they had ran a few tests including, Covid, influenza, and a CT of my chest to check for clots. I was so weak I couldn’t walk and was super dizzy. The numbness and tingling had me very scared and so I asked my nurse about it and told him I was scared. He replied the doctor will have to come in and walked away. Some time had passed and I saw another nurse walk by, so I grabbed her attention and told her the same thing. Her response was to lay down and shut the door to my room. I felt very unheard and alone. After some time of being there the nurse came in to tell me he’s getting my discharge papers. There was no explanation on what they found on these tests. I even asked the nurse what my results were on these tests and he just said, “I don’t know, this is all I have.”-(Discharge papers stating that I’m positive for Covid). I knew at this point there was no point in trying to get more answers from people who didn’t want to help, nor did I honestly have the energy to advocate for myself like I usually would. Luckily by this time, the extreme weakness, pins and needles, and the excessive rate I was breathing calmed down. This is just one small complaint about this visit. From the beginning I was never given a call light. I had to muster all my energy to get it from where it was hanging on wall, in fear that something might go wrong and they wouldn’t know. Also, when I had been disconnected from the heart monitor/vital machine to get CT, upon returning I wasn’t hooked back up for quite some time. Again, I mustered my energy to get the call light and pulse ox that was hanging on the wall and reconnected myself. Mind you, I was a fall risk and even had been given a bedside commode because they didn’t think it was safe for me to walk. All in all, I would not want to be treated or have anyone I loved treated the way I was and felt that night/day.

Lyn Young: I came into the Emergency Room due to pain all over my body. I sat in the waiting room for almost 5 hours due to my paperwork being lost. I went up to the window to ask how much longer it would be, they asked my name and how long I had been there. They then looked around for my paperwork and found it on the bottom of the pile in Triage, they apologized and said that I would definitely be next. And I was.

За цей час зробіть медичні страхівки. Потім підіть до свого лікаря, взагальному страхівка вам дає змогу вибрати лікара. Попросіть в лікара направлення на здачу тесту по туберкульозу в клініку Ascension Providence Hospital, 16001 West Nine Mile road, Southfield,MI 48075.В цій лікарні не потрібно назначати апоінтмент, результати від 10 до 15 днів. І саме головне ця лікарня не забирає гроші в страхівки на тести які не потрібні.Слава Україні!

Dan Pickelmann: I visited this urgent care last December and they saw me without a negative covid test ended up being sinuous infection.But when I called today they said I needed a negative test, so I asked if I could get one there she said 60 dollars up front I'm like I have insurance and it's cover...she said not for office visits. It mandates that we cover and waive cost-sharing for test-related items and services during provider, urgent care and ER visits when they result in an order, or administration of, a COVID-19 lab test. As we continue to assess the requirements, more information may be coming.

OG Harami: Forced $60 rapid covid test or else refused to be seen. Got a regular cold or infection but these days covid complicates even regular urgent care. Don't call yourself urgent care if people can't come in for urgent care without losing and arm and a leg.

Ed A: This is truly one of the best urgent care facilities. The place is extremely clean. The front desk ladies are so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The doctor is a gem. He is so caring and detail oriented. He listens attentively and provides amazing care. I refer so many people to this place since the providers deserve the utmost trust.
