Rei: I got an IUD here by Sophie, she is really the best. She answered my questions through the app and was super nice about the process and post-care.
Reese Jones: I had my Nexplanon implant removed here and have nothing but good things to say!! All of the staff was friendly and easy to talk to. I had a lot of anxiety going into this appointment but my nerves were calmed very quickly and the entire procedure was completely painless:)

I had to stop going to this location because their resources are not easily accessible.They canceled my appointment right before I arrived and they wanted me to wait a month for another appointment.

K Radz: Everyone here was so kind! I had an exam and an iud removal and I couldn’t have had a better experience. Yes, you may have to wait 15 min past your appointment time and you may see someone get called back before you that arrived after you, but that happens at every medical office I’ve ever been in and it’s literally no big deal. Service and bedside manner was exceptional and made my iud removal a breeze. Low to no cost women’s health clinics like this are a NECESSITY in every community.

Sydney Mott: I went to Planned Parenthood to get my copper IUD. I had to wait an hour in the waiting room. The clinician who inserted my IUD, Sophie, was so nice and helpful. She talked me through the whole process and made it an easy experience.
Celestia Hurt: everyone i spoke to was incredibly sweet and helpful, they made sure i was comfortable and answered any questions i had, and they also got me on the specific medication i need !!! we didnt have to wait long at all, and when talking to the clinicians, they were very straightforward and efficient. i genuinely have zero complaints, they were wonderful!
Kandace Owens: Staff is always friendly but the wait here is absolutely unacceptable. Appointment was at 3 and wasn’t called back until 3:45, didn’t end up getting birth control shot until 5. Definetly not okay, you are better off driving to a farther PP because this one is not worth it and your time will be wasted.
Blurry Moonchild: i was refused treatment of an std from this clinic. lady behind the desk discriminated against me and i walked out of this place that’s supposed to help people untreated. expect a lawsuit this location needs to be shut down immediately.

That’s why i pick morning appointments and still end up being there for 2-4 hours. Like planned parenthood just not this location

I have also been to other clinics as well but here I come the most to it’s my favorite place to receive my health services. Staff has always treated me with respect and professionalism. Special shout-out to Sophie the clinician she is simply amazing! She was polite, warm and welcoming. Not to mention whilst being professional she made me very comfortable and feel like a person not just a patient. Answered any questions I had and didn’t rush me. I’m very happy here, keep up the great work everyone! It’s not easy to work in the health field

Abbey: I definitely support planned parenthood but I waited over a hour for a prescription pickup. I don’t think that’s remotely acceptable.

Alpaca: I had a HORRIBLE pap exam here. She used three different speculums and also insulted my genitals appearance. They were extremely unprofessional and I can't recommend this office, use a different one or gyno altogether.

Julieanne: I’ve been to the Livonia, Warren, and Ferndale locations and they’ve all been good but this one is definitely my favorite. I had an IUD put in today & it went so much better than I anticipated. The clinician was so kind & gentle. The staff is always so nice! I think wait times can sometimes extend because they actually take the time to talk with each patient and answer questions rather than shooing you out the door.
Corrie Pry: While the wait was a bit long- it’s like that at any dr office. Aside from that, every staff member treated me with respect, and they were extremely thorough. They set my mind at ease and answered my questions without blowing me off like every other GYN I’ve been to. The sliding scale is so helpful. I am not insured so a 27 dollar appointment is much more manageable than stressing over a 300 dollar bill. Thank you!

Amanda Bunnich: Was greeted and taken care of as soon as I entered the door. Staff was great! Doctor was professional and quick to examine my issues. Maria Mazzone: I went on a Sunday morning due to a burn on my arm that I knew was getting infected. I walked in and they greeted me right away. It was clean and they were very nice. I was seen right away after I finished my paperwork. They have called me twice to make sure I'm healing okay and to see if I need anything else. I will definitely make this my number one urgent care to go to in the future.

Not to mention she called me to confirm my allergies and possible side affects before calling my prescription in.I hope I didn’t get this A1 treatment because I went when they weren’t busy. Ashley Rumschlag: I had to take my 3yo in today and the staff was more than wonderful with her. Tori made her feel so comfortable and I was appreciative of the care she received. There was a small fiasco with our normal pharmacy closing and the staff was more than accommodating and were able to call it in to another pharmacy. Tori then called to make sure my daughter was able to get her medication tonight. This level of care ensures that my family will be coming back if and when we would need to.

John Ray: After reading all the reviews about rude and unprofessional staff, I expected to experience that but every staff member I interacted with was kind and professional.The wait is long! I came in around 10:45a and was told to come back in the afternoon around 12 to be seen at 1p. I did that and was seen by 1:30p. So if you are in a rush be mindful that you will need to wait a while. Other than that, I was in and out. The staff was very knowledgeable and supportive.I just wish they had a digital system because I found myself filling out the same info on pretty much every form.

Nolimit Bookie: Do not come here unless you absolutely you absolutely have to. If you do have to be prepared for an awful experience. Don’t desk workers are unprofessional, & don’t conduct business with service excellence. No matter your situation, they don’t respect your time. I was told I had to come in order to get a refill on a prescription even after expressing transportation issues. Needless to say, I found a ride & made my way down there by 8:30 AM (30 mins after opening), for them to tell me, they were full & I could not be seen, and I could try again at 12 noon (3+ hrs later)or tomorrow. Hearing that was an inconvenience, and absolutely frustrating because I’m suffering from symptoms which they already know, and supposedly need to be seen for a refill for medication I’ve been taking for 2 years! No vacancy for the day, or suggestions on how to get seen could’ve been expressed when I called over the phone. As I headed home, I called the office back 3 times to schedule an appointment! 2 times no answer! And I was just there in person! They will also send you to a voicemail system that’s full 24/7! I had to choose a different selection on the phone that didn’t even apply to me, to try to speak to someone regarding scheduling an appointment for them to tell me, “ you haven’t been here in a while, you have to come in as a walk in.” I’m so over this place. If you’re uninsured just apply for some Medicaid and go anywhere else but here. They don’t respect people.

Everyone was very professional and the visit went well, however the issue I have is it’s been two weeks and I haven’t received my results!! I was told it would take 7 days to receive the results!! I’ve tried calling numerous times and I’m still waiting for results!! I recommend going to another clinic for std testing! This is ridiculous!!

Jennifer Beitzel: I know there are bad reviews, but luckily that was not my experience here and honestly this place was really great. I’m uninsured and was pretty desperate to get an STI panel and consult. I walked in around 2 pm on a Wednesday and waited maybe 15-20min to be seen (pretty standard in my experience). I was quickly seen by the doctor and the staff was super kind and understanding. I was able to be treated right there and administered antibiotics same day from the clinic, took less than an hour and a half. I would recommend this place for anyone in a similar position!
The Light: Call the day before she told me to come in the next day before 1pm. I got there at 10am the lady at the desk to me they stop seeing people and that I had to wait 2 and a half hours to be seen. I'm like WHAT? I just talk to somebody the day before. This place need to be look into. The people that work there make the company look bad. And I got full coverage smh

Don’t advertise that you are a walk in clinic! Change your voice mail too! To the public: do not give them your business because they are untrustworthy and unreliable! Really sad!!!

Sarah Merrifield: Terrible. Their website allowed me to make an appointment for a Tuesday at 11:50, when Google says they don't even open until 12. I thought it was a little weird, but I got there early to see if they were open. They were not, so I waited a half hour until 12 to go in, when they were STILL not open. I tried calling multiple times and waited 10 minutes to see if they would be open. No answer. This is very concerning. People rely on services like these for their health, not just physical, but a reassurance for their mental health. When you say you are going to be open and you allow someone to make an appointment for a certain time, even EMAILING THEM to remind them of their appointment, and yet are NOT open, this is very upsetting to your potential clients. I don't understand why any business would operate like this. I will keep going to Planned Parenthood that upholds business courtesy and treats me like I matter.
