Amanda Bunnich: Was greeted and taken care of as soon as I entered the door. Staff was great! Doctor was professional and quick to examine my issues. I was seen right away after I finished my paperwork. They have called me twice to make sure I'm healing okay and to see if I need anything else. I will definitely make this my number one urgent care to go to in the future.

There was a small fiasco with our normal pharmacy closing and the staff was more than accommodating and were able to call it in to another pharmacy. Tori then called to make sure my daughter was able to get her medication tonight. This level of care ensures that my family will be coming back if and when we would need to.

They turned away us and my 3 year old son who needed stitches because the Dr. didn't feel comfortable giving them to him. Seems like doing that sort of thing would be in his job description, but I guess I am mistaken.2. The nurse there insulted my wife, asking if she was pregnant, which she is not and does not look like it. Everyone knows that presuming anyone is pregnant hardly ever goes ok. 0/5 stars for their bedside manner and common sense.Got sent off to the ER where my son was simply treated with saline cleaning and glue to treat his cut. Seemed like a simple yet very effective solution. Zero kudos given to the staff at this facility for their all around because they were incapable of providing any half decent service to us.
Amy Sufka: Don’t go there with your kids— called ahead to see if someone was available to do stitches on my 3 year-old son (he fell and split open his chin) and then told me they did. I took him in, they collected their co-pay, took one look at the wound and said “it does need some simple sutures but we can’t do it because of his age and he might fight us.” Complete waste of time and money.

Liz L: If i can rate less than one star, I would. This place is so horrible now. I used to love coming here. The staff here don’t seem to know what they are doing. Appointment time didn’t matter. I will wait 1 hour to 1 1/2 hour after my appointment and when I finally got up to go asked them, they look at each other, talking in their native language and say, I’m next. This is about the third time already.

Ahmed: If you are an immigrant looking to make your medical examinations it's better to go somewhere else, it took 10 days to give me the report and they increased their fees to almost $200 + x-ray ray which is $40 so you'll pay $240 in an unorganized place like this, and very slow employees.
maryana hermiz: Unorginazed, slow and rude workers. You'll be waiting at least an hour and 30 minutes just to be seen! Horrible horrible horrible. Also, don't even bother calling them, you'll be put on hold for at least 10-15 for a simple question.

Then they gave me a X-ray and was informed that I will get a result like next Wednesday. I tried to call them sevearl time and every time they lied to me...Sometimes they will say to check with the doctor and call me back after half an hour, but they didn't...then I called again and they said they will call back next morning but they still didn't...I am shocked at their service...They are the rudest people I have ever met in my life....

Danny Dunlap: I was treated for my pain.. the only drawback was I needed more powerful pain medication.. It was better then going to a ER and being stuck there for hours.. I was seen really quick and got some relief until I am seen by a pain clinic. The doctor was highly professional and explained the treatment plan.. I would return when necessary.. I did return 3-09-2023. Staff, nurse, doctor. Was understanding.. went back 5-5-23. I saw the doctor he listen. Was a good visit.
Zainab: I’m giving this place a 4 star because of the provider that saw my family. She was so amazing and got us in and out quick. On the other hand, the girl in the scarf that was working this past Saturday in the evening was so rude. She was on her phone the entire time and when I approached the desk for my paperwork, she got up from her seat and continued to ignore me and someone else had to ask if I had been helped. If it wasn’t for the provider and other staff, I would give this place a 1 star.

STOPTHEMADNESS PEOPLE: People complain about free free free and many are capable of working. They complain cz they don't answer the phone and other complaints too maybe you should apply here instead of complaining. In the late 70s I had 2 babies I took a bus to school And got a decent payin job it was a 9 month school program I eventually got a job for the government working at the IRS I took a bus to work eventually my coworker said I can give u a ride. People are plain pathetic these days

Vicki Mach: I took my Mom to get her first COVID vaccination yesterday at the Health Department. My 87 year old Mother is compromised due to COPD and retaining Carbon Dioxide. Wearing a mask for any long period of time is impossible. The staff there understood the problem and made special arrangements to accommodate her and move her through the process quickly. There are so many friendly people helping and the area is very organized. There are even road signs off Groesbeck telling visitors where to go.
