Amanda Surma: The hospital staff failed to clean my wound for a few hours from a dog bite. The on call hand surgeon did not evaluate me in person only based their treatment plan from a few photos. The rooms were not cleaned- blood on floor, etc. I had to wait in the hallway for awhile. The resident sutured my finger in place but the attending doctor never checked.

Claudia Weiss: I have been a patient several times throughout the years. Last Friday, I was in temergency room. At that time I was a difficult patient at best. It was scared and full of anxiety. I want to especially thank the nurses, and the doctor that took care of me. They were all very patient and understanding. The emergency room was packed with people, it took all day to get to see the doctor but everyone was so very kind and patient with me. I was there Friday from 2:45 p.m. until 1:00 a.m. Saturday. Jennifer fournier: As an employee of Ascension for over 8 years I was very disappointed with the care/lack of empathy that was shown during a really scary time for me at the ER. I tested positive a few days prior for COVID and had become extremely ill with symptoms. What brought me to the ER is I woke up and was having a hard time breathing, couldn’t stand due to numbness and tingling throughout all my extremities and face. My husband rushed me to the ER but had to leave because my kids were in car. The RN who initially took my vitals noticed my pulse ox was normal and even made a remark about it. From that point on I felt I wasn’t being taken serious. I know they had ran a few tests including, Covid, influenza, and a CT of my chest to check for clots. I was so weak I couldn’t walk and was super dizzy. The numbness and tingling had me very scared and so I asked my nurse about it and told him I was scared. He replied the doctor will have to come in and walked away. Some time had passed and I saw another nurse walk by, so I grabbed her attention and told her the same thing. Her response was to lay down and shut the door to my room. I felt very unheard and alone. After some time of being there the nurse came in to tell me he’s getting my discharge papers. There was no explanation on what they found on these tests. I even asked the nurse what my results were on these tests and he just said, “I don’t know, this is all I have.”-(Discharge papers stating that I’m positive for Covid). I knew at this point there was no point in trying to get more answers from people who didn’t want to help, nor did I honestly have the energy to advocate for myself like I usually would. Luckily by this time, the extreme weakness, pins and needles, and the excessive rate I was breathing calmed down. This is just one small complaint about this visit. From the beginning I was never given a call light. I had to muster all my energy to get it from where it was hanging on wall, in fear that something might go wrong and they wouldn’t know. Also, when I had been disconnected from the heart monitor/vital machine to get CT, upon returning I wasn’t hooked back up for quite some time. Again, I mustered my energy to get the call light and pulse ox that was hanging on the wall and reconnected myself. Mind you, I was a fall risk and even had been given a bedside commode because they didn’t think it was safe for me to walk. All in all, I would not want to be treated or have anyone I loved treated the way I was and felt that night/day.

Lyn Young: I came into the Emergency Room due to pain all over my body. I sat in the waiting room for almost 5 hours due to my paperwork being lost. I went up to the window to ask how much longer it would be, they asked my name and how long I had been there. They then looked around for my paperwork and found it on the bottom of the pile in Triage, they apologized and said that I would definitely be next. And I was.

There was a small fiasco with our normal pharmacy closing and the staff was more than accommodating and were able to call it in to another pharmacy. Tori then called to make sure my daughter was able to get her medication tonight. This level of care ensures that my family will be coming back if and when we would need to.

Tiffany Jackson: This was my second visit; the first visit was exceptional. However, my second visit with my daughter was not good. The doctor on staff did not do a good job. It seemed as if it was his first day and he didn’t know what to do. He asked me, what type of medication should he prescribe for her. He didn’t explain anything thoroughly, therefore I will be taking her to see her primary care doctor to get her checked.

Holli Taylor: As a nurse I know what an assessment should look a feel like. I went in after leaving the minute clinic where the NP told me my lung sound were diminished every where and she was concerned that after completing the prescribed antibiotics to treat diagnosed pneumonia I wasn’t improving. She recommended that I go to urgent care for X-ray and Likely steroids. The Dr who saw me had made up his mind before even entering the room that I was fine (at least that’s how it felt). He asked me no questions to expand upon the minimal information I had given to his medical assistant. The dr did a 2 second assessment of my lungs (and nothing else) not listening for even a complete inhale/exhale for a single lung field. He then proceeded to tell me I likely have a viral Infection but they will do an X-ray anyway. 30 minutes after X-ray was completed he comes in, talks to me from the door (with his mask on which he removed after he left my room) says there’s no sign of a disease process take Tylenol and Motrin as needed, and I can go. This was the outcome I expected within seconds of our first interaction. I will never return if I need medical care.

Brandi Scott: I came in with cold symptoms expressing wheezing, and SOB. I do not have history of asthma or bronchitis. Because the staff thought I had Covid, the doctors would not touch me at all. There was not a stethoscope to use to hear all of the fluid that’s currently in my lungs causing SOB and wheezing. I was not prescribed anything to help with the fluid in my lungs or the wheezing. I normally come here for other services but to see them not treat me effectively out of fear of me having Covid was unacceptable for health care professional whom takes a oath to treat all patients no matter the condition, race, gender, religion or ethnically background. I received a negative Covid test which makes it worse that I received inadequate treatment based on something I do not have. Now I have to spend more money and take more time out of my schedule to see a REAL health care professional to inform me of I have developed asthma or bronchitis. It is not normal to wheeze for a week and you do it have any pre-existing conditions to cause it. I could also hear them violating HIPPA by loudly discussing my form of payments, personal details of my reason for the visit and what they could and could not do for me before entering my room. Highly unprofessional I do not recommend this place to anyone especially if you’re Black.

Raymond Mclay: One of the best urgent cares I have ever visited. The were patient and listened what my daughter was feeling did not just rush us in and out. We were in and out in less than an hour even with running tests and cleaning out her ears for ear ache and they were short staffed that day. The nurse and head doctor on staff were amazing even front desk was nice. Will be the only urgent care I visit from now on.

The doctor, my wife saw, unfortunately I forgot his name, (Clay I think), showed great care and understanding. My wife had seen him before in 2021 and he showed the same great care, interest, concern, and understanding. In fact, he shared information that suggests he followed up on my wife case in 2021 through the Beaumont MyChart after we left the clinic. He and the Beaumont Urgent Care, deserve great praise!

Dan Pickelmann: I visited this urgent care last December and they saw me without a negative covid test ended up being sinuous infection.But when I called today they said I needed a negative test, so I asked if I could get one there she said 60 dollars up front I'm like I have insurance and it's cover...she said not for office visits. It mandates that we cover and waive cost-sharing for test-related items and services during provider, urgent care and ER visits when they result in an order, or administration of, a COVID-19 lab test. As we continue to assess the requirements, more information may be coming.

OG Harami: Forced $60 rapid covid test or else refused to be seen. Got a regular cold or infection but these days covid complicates even regular urgent care. Don't call yourself urgent care if people can't come in for urgent care without losing and arm and a leg.

Ed A: This is truly one of the best urgent care facilities. The place is extremely clean. The front desk ladies are so friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The doctor is a gem. He is so caring and detail oriented. He listens attentively and provides amazing care. I refer so many people to this place since the providers deserve the utmost trust.

The fever went down a little bit and they sent her home I basically take her to the emergency room because of an ongoing infection strep throat since last month none of the antibiotics are working they didn't try to call aemt specialist to the hospital or nothing to try to figure out what's going on with her here's some more antibiotic even though his your fourth bottle take that and go home

Nyssa: Pulled up alone with my child. The fat lazy security guard did nothing to help anybody as I had to leave my truck parked in the emergency lane and run in to get him a wheel chair. They don't have anybody to help you do anything here. My child has been sitting bleeding for over 30 minutes and no one has even so much as looked at him. If you can avoid this hospital please do it. They were quick to make sure I gave them my money but don't give any service. All the nurses are rude and just sitting around doing nothing. Room is dirty and has old blood spots around the floors. Didn't even have sheets on the bed when we first were brought back.

I am currently waiting in ER waiting room with my boyfriend who is throwing up and shaking. After we hit the two hour mark of waiting to be seen I went back up to the front desk to check on when we can be taken back. The hospital staff was very snotty and told me that we could be waiting up to six hours. They clearly do not seem concerned with the fact that they have a full waiting room. There is even a pregnant woman who came in shortly after us who is still waiting to be seen. Mean while, we can hear the hospital staff laughing and carrying on with not a care in the world. I’m flabbergasted on how bad this situation is. Like something out of a movie. The floor in here is even dirty. I’m honestly appalled.

Courtney Butts: My mom arrived here at 216pm via ambulance , it is currently 946pm. She has not medication, food, water or been allowed to go to the bathroom. This is almost as bad a Sinai Grace in Detroit. I listening to them offer other people food and drink and they keep passing by her room. And also the room has no light. The nurse had my mom hold her cell phone to get light for the IV. There is also no call button in the room.What a disgrace .

joe fairlamb: yesterday i was in your facility still suffering from my heart as usual i was put on your cdc to wait for my doctor she in the mean time i finally got a floor doctor who seemed to care he was great and treated me with respect but the light that shines for me was hanna a nurse asst who could not wait to help me any way she could and my nurse was vey nice im hard person to make happy but on that floor they did i am very nervous over this covid tho and they put somebody in the next room with it could not stay its to bad im still having the same problems but thaks to my nurse and hanna it was tolerable

Carla is great too and so was Holly who treated me on my last visit. The whole staff there is excellent. I always feel like I get good care and its a positive friendly experience! Thank you for making such a nice facility and having this great team! It's well needed and appreciated at least by me and my family!

John Durocher: I took my mother Anne to the 12/Schoenherr walk in clinic, I had some reservations on their ability, but after seeing and diagnosed by Holly (NP) my mom and I were very impressed with the care we received! We would definitely recommend this clinic and for surely return again.

Hefni Family: I pre-scheduled an appointment online and walked in at that time. Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. I had started completing registration online and finished when I arrived. Within minutes I was called to be seen. Provider was efficient and informative. I was finished in less than 30 minutes. Very pleased with experience.

Chandler Leachman: I thought the nurse and the front desk was nice. The doctor I feel in my opinion might need to work on bedside manner. Unfortunately I felt I was rushed out and to many assumptions were made on why I was there. I can clearly see I had low blood sugar and my discharge said I was not confused which I said numerous times I was confused and could not think straight. Yes she ran tests but I believe from the start she really was t listening and rushing. I understand there could have been others in way worse condition but I should not have been made to feel like an inconvenience if I was worried about my health.
