Blake Smith: Sarah Koerber has been an absolute pleasure to work with in the process of finding myself a new job. She has been exceptionally communicative throughout the entire process, helpful with any questions or concerns that I've had, and reasonable in the negotiation with the employer I've started for. Other recruitment firms might be looking just to fill a spot to meet a certain quota or incentive, but I truly believe that I was selected because I am a great fit for the company that hired me and that those at Venteon had faith in me to do an excellent job. Highly recommend checking these guys out if you're looking for something in the field of technology!
Nick Poulos: VENTEON got me an interview in mid-May. 5 weeks later I got an email saying "they're interested, but not until after 4th-of-July". Then, NOTHING !! 100 days after the interview and NOTHING !!! My recruiter was "Jamie Hosler" and is a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME !! If this is indicative of VENTEON abiliities, I'd look for a more professional search firm.
