Richard J Commyn: I needed replacement handles and cables for my machine that I bought from Rich in 2011. Rich took care of ordering everything and when the product arrived Inspire was out in less than a week to replace the cables and at a reasonable price. Being in the HVAC Distribution business I deal with product shortages and the broken supply chain issues daily. Didn’t slow Rick or Inspire down. Great service.

Russell Baltimore: I ordered a functional trainer from Rich here back on August 2nd, 2020 and was told that it would arrive in 4 weeks. I waited patiently for 8 weeks and still nothing was delivered. It has now been over 12 weeks and every time I call, he tells me that I should expect it in another 2 weeks. If you shop here, do not expect to receive it in a timely manner... Do not expect them to update you on the status of your order either. What a waste of time.

He took his time to explain what I was looking at what would fit me best for my needs and how the machine I was getting compared to a few others I was considering. He didn't steer me to the most expensive machine. Rich took his time going over the warranty and how service calls would go if I needed them. He made this large purchase easy and painless and I would happily recommend him to anyone!!

Tom Page: Fantasized about getting a low priced elliptical at a sporting goods store. Checked out a couple. Junk equipment , weak warranties, and a poorly informed staff.Knew I had to get real and consult with a pro. First stop Rich at American. I got immediate attention. All question answered. Walked me thru various options. No pressure; just allowed me to make the proper pick. I spent maybe 50% more, but got 3 x the value. Now I'm set for years to come !

jen emery: I came to American Home Fitness on a whim searching for an elliptical. From the moment I called them I was impressed with the customer service. Austin was the guy who helped me. He was very patient with me and took time to answer all of my questions and was very informative. He helped point me in the right direction for what I needed. I called him a week or so later to check the status of the shipment of my elliptical and he remembered me, which says a lot. I highly recommend this place!

Eric Riddle: If you're not from Ypsilanti going to the Throw Shop,This is the ONLY place to be going for disc golf.Just bought 2 zuca carts here last week.They stock every major brand (innova, discraft, mvp, discmania) and even the minor ones (streamline, kastaplast, westside).They have all the accessories your looking for, and they consistently get in new shipments of whatever disc is being released.They also buy and sell used discs! You can sell them unwanted, and they have tons of CHEAP used plastic.Obviously they sell all the other sports stuff a play it again would like weights, baseball, hockey, basketball, skating, etc)But I see this as metro Detroit's disc golf store.
Melanie Cochrill: We drove all the way from northeast Macomb County to go to this store. We are SO happy we did. Dennis helped us out. We needed little league machine pitch mitts and a bat. We weren't really sure what size mitts or bat to get. Dennis was beyond amazing, patient, helpful, and informational. He even heard us use our children's names and he used their madness when taking to them. That is not very common. It was really great to see them being treated that well and their wants and needs being considered. We can't recommend this location or person enough. The selection was good considering that the season has started for many places. The prices were fantastic. Seriously... if your children need sports equipment this place is THE place to go!

We went there and purchased a new snow board, boots, ski mask & helmet from them and the customer service was exceptional. The owner of the store helped us in making this purchase easy and happy. We would definitely keep them in mind for the future for other things we may need.

The coupons did not have the statement of the on line restriction printed on them but the cashier would not let me use them. I was very disappointed with the organization.

Finally found someone who referred me to someone else, who then told me that the regripping I was interested in couldn't be done for at least a day (maybe 2) because no one in the store knew how to do it. How ridiculous is that?! That takes less than 5 minutes per club, and I could do it with my eyes closed, I just don't have the vise. They told me to go to the Sterling Heights location (will post my similarly negative review there).

ultramega 1976: I ordered the bike for my wife. I got red flagged at the store which means i had to take a picture of my license and send it into peloton. I still got red flagged they said fraud. I went back and ordered it again no problems. My wife did not like the bike so i returned it. It took 2 months to get my refund back after talking to a call center 8 times in india. Only when i threatened legal action was my money refunded. If i could give zero stars i would. The worst customer service ever.

Maja Jovanovska: After having the peloton for 2 years it started to freeze. Calibration is off. The bolts gave out! Made of cheap material but charge the customer an arm and a leg!I wish people would stop buying and let this company burn. Technical support is 0 to none!
Jason Burke: Buyer beware - Bike was delivered non functioning LAST YEAR -finally got ahold of someone 11 months later and was sent a part that didn't fix it and a second part that a service tech has to install - 3 more weeks later and 6 phone calls we still have a unless device - no offer to replace or even credit 6 months of the app which we could not use. I challenge you peloton to actually do something finally

Brad Harrison: Bought our peloton bike in June 2020. My wife and I have stayed dedicated to working out with peloton 4-5 days/week if not more since then! We are in great shape compared to pre peloton! It is expensive, but isn’t it worth spending some money to add quality and years to your life by becoming healthy?! The many different types of classes both on and off the bike keep things fresh and new. And the instructors make the classes fun and motivating!
Kanina Brinkey: **BUYER BEWARE** Nice bike and fun classes. They say your 1st year comes with a subscription, it does not. You pay $39 per month for the classes on top of the cost of the bike. Very misleading, just wanted to let people know so they aren't caught off guard the same way I was. Disappointed in how it's presented to clients. But if it works for you, great. The bike is great and the instructors make classes fun.
Nathan V: If I could give zero I would. Treadmill recall, appointment was confirmed for today to pick it up, then at the time of our appointment they cancelled. The earliest they said we could get an apt was in 25 days from now. The problem is we are moving across the country in 4 days. When we called to reschedule they refused to help us, hung up on us, and when we called back their solution was to leave us on hold.
