The moment I walked in the door she greeted me with a kind hello and welcome, same with everyone after me. I looked around for a second and found one thing I was looking for and couldn't find the other so I asked her and she immediately knew where I needed to go and pointed me in the direction. At checkout she was again so nice and got me in and out pretty quickly. We need people like her in management positions to help train new employees in customer service! She embodies the customer service experience♡ Dunhams should instill a customer survey so their employees can get recognition directly to them!

Michigan MLG bedey: Worst store i have ever been to will never shop here again cashier was rude from the second I walked up to cash out called before I came to the store to ask if I could exchange a pair or pants that were a gift without a receipt was told I could get there and was told rudely I can't even do an even exchange with the pants and was cussed at so will never shop here again will take my hard earn money else where somewhere I am not told one thing on the phone drive all the way there and told a different thing and treated so rudely!! Can't believe employees talk to customers so rude and customers are treated so wrong and like I am a bother if u don't want to be a cashier and do the job then find a different job if all ur gonna do is be rude

The belt is just now coming loose so it's time for another one. Be sure to ask for Dean! He's awesome! Dean will help you find what you're looking for and he is very professional and knowledgeable. You will not be disappointed.

Andrew Smail: We have purchased a few pieces of exercise equipment from this store. The items we have purchased are high quality and should last a long time. The sales person, Dean is awesome!! He encourages you to try things out, takes the time to explain the differences between similar pieces of equipment, will give you tips and tricks for equipment assembly and beyond that is just friendly, helpful and kind. The other guy with the beard, not so much. LOL. I am sure he is good, but one day after calling several times with no answer I went to the store. I was the only one in the store (looking around) and he didn't look to be very busy so I called the store, heard the phone ring, and......he didn't even bother to pick up. Dude really?? Still 5 stars!! Still a great place! Just talk to Dean.

Dean took the time to show me several models and explain each one, but didn't try to upsell me, which I was very thankful for. The treadmill was delivered less than a week later and the team was very quick to set it up and show me how it worked.

Don’t go to any lousy big store this is all you need right here, they don’t sell to people that just buy to resell products they are really the best! I went to many stores and was not able to find any weight plates or a barbell and i went in here with low expectations and came out with a preorder of exactly what i wanted for only 2 weeks out! The staff are extremely nice and we’ll get you whatever you want please go here and support! Do not go here to just try to buy and resell please you will be denied service.

Saint barts: I bought a treadmill from Eric at this location in 2004. I never once had a problem with it over the years. It was the best treadmill I ever had. 15 years and thousands of miles later I found myself in the market for another one. I run at home 6 days a week so I didn’t really have any time to lose. I stopped into the store and spoke with Matthew. I was looking for another treadmill that was similar to the one I had. He introduced me to some really solid equipment, showed me my options and answered all of my questions. I didn’t feel pressured at all into buying anything. I appreciated that. 2 days later I went back to the store to buy one. I worked with Dean on the sale. All of these guys are sharp and knowledgeable. I bought the True Performance 300. Less than 24 hours from the time of the sale it was delivered to my home and set up perfectly. I have 20 miles on it already and I’m totally satisfied. Greg Callis: I highly recommend Exercise Warehouse in Utica, Michigan. I purchased a Horizon AT 7.0 on December 18 2021. Jim Kramer was my salesperson. He was very friendly and I felt comfortable with my purchase. When I got the treadmill home and opened the box to begin assembly, I noticed some broken plastic pieces in the box. After sorting through the rest of box, I realized that several parts, including the control panel were damaged severely. I was really disappointed. I went to see Jim first thing on Monday morning and showed him all the pictures I took of the damaged parts. He asked me to email him the pictures and said he would contact me that day. Two hours later, he called and said they would be replacing the treadmill with a new one and delivering it on January 3rd. He believed the damage was caused prior to shipping to the store. The treadmill was delivered on time and I am very satisfied with the service I received. Thank you Jim and Exercise Warehouse delivery crew.

Systems Guy MI: Jim and Matt were very helpful. Purchased an ICG IC5 to use with apps like Peloton and Zwift - you need ANT+ dongle for Zwift. Purchase the IC6 for full Bluetooth integration, important if you plan to use Apple TV for Zwift. Do your research and you will realize the quality of this bike. The little things like the shroud that covers the flywheel. This will help key you, any kids or pets from getting injured. The bike is extremely quiet and smooth. You can workout in the morning or late at night without fear of disturbing anyone. The air assist handlebars are a huge plus. Recommend that you order the iPad holder. It integrates right into the handlebar. Coach by color is great for working in your different zones. I'd argue much better than a Peloton and you can do way more with it than a Peloton or Nordic Track.We plan to buy the Horizon 7.8 AT from them in the next few weeks.I also wanted to mention that my wife purchased a bunch of equipment from Matt for her Ornish Cardiac Rehab program in Rochester Hills. She couldn't be happier with the service Matt provided. The number one reason I decided to go with them and buy local.

candace shue: I originally purchased the Bodycraft SCT400g through Amazon, but the purchase fell through because of an Amazon system error. I was unaware of the order being cancelled until I received a call from the Bodycraft vendor explaining the situation. This was extremely disheartening because the elliptical was/is for my father who is doing rehab therapy and it was/is a critical piece needed and we had been saving up for two months. Upon learning of the time sensitive nature of our situation the Bodycraft representative put me in touch with a local vendor to try to rectify matters instead of going through Amazon and run the risk of further complications. He luckily and thankfully put me in touch with Matthew Miller at The Exercise Wearhouse and Matthew made a really bad and heartbreaking situation better in every way he could as quickly as he could. His customer service will not be forgotten by me nor will his kindness and compassion as a human being. We are very satisfied with the Bodycraft SCT400g. It is a wonderful piece of equipment, thus far, at a reasonable price when compared to other models with a swivel seat and furthermore the customer service was top notch. Having been in the store when it first opened, I knew a future purchase would take place at some point down the road. While on the mend from a recent surgical procedure, I was able to get a hold of Matt to make the purchase for my recovery.
