She also answered another question today that I hated to bother her with - again regarding voting and our address change stickers. She replied so fast, she is so knowledgeable and friendly - I am wildly impressed and grateful - thank you Sonja and the City Clerk’s Office!!

Jennifer Getz: Went to pay water bill and went up elevator and at clerk was approuched by a very rude gentleman that asked how I got in, he said I had to have an appointment and let me through a train of people who were not social distances at all!!!!

Michelle: This is a beautiful and modern City Hall. Too bad it's set so far back from the main road. They have a bunch of splash pads out in front during the summer and convert to an ice rink in the winter.

Stephen Martinez: I was having problems getting through to the VA hospital in Detroit Michigan. The pharmacy there I called mr. Levin's office and they switch me over to the guy that handles the VA situations. And he called down there and 10 minutes later miss Ann Lamb called me back. And and the problem was taking care of. Thank you very much they were a great help at mr. Levin's office.

ratz 607: I'd give ZERO if I could. Went in to get my girlfriend a SSC and the woman that saw us was VERY rude. Talked over us each time we spoke so she wasn't even hearing us and she didn't even look at my girlfriends paperwork. It was around 11:15AM on cubicle 13, she had orange-ish blonde hair and a sour look on her face. Just because your staff has a bad day doesn't give them the right to mistreat a customer. Someone like that shouldn't work with people. We'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Kacety: The lady at window 9 I just dealt with was VERY rude. I wasnt even going to complain about the wait. Which was ridiculous given that I filled out everything online and this was supposed to be a short sweet visit. Totally misleading.I was attempting to ask specific questions to get the right info because the generalizations led me to being here without the right stuff in the first place. But instead of listening to anything I said, she talked over me and yelled consistently at me. Got frustrated and told me to leave and that she can't help me. This was a very frightening experience given that I was misinformed and simply wanted the right information and wanted to know if there is something I can do to help get the right information out there so that if someone else is trying to do the same thing, they dont have to waste the hours not having the right info. Ive been in offices before with the wrong info and I fail to understand why they cant seem to put specific information out there. And i got talked over and told that what I have a screenshot of is not whats on the website. As someone with disabilities, I am terrified of having to potentially face her again.The entire experience she was very rude. Talked over me.At this point im scared to return and would prefer to use a different location.Please recosnider who you hire for this job. This woman is not meant for this line of work.

Don Puchalski: Need a replacement card which cannot be completed online. Call to make an appointment and no one ever answers the phone. Online is not clear whether appointments are required, just says expect to wait longer if you walk in. Just running in circles and wasting time with no answers or results.

To get a replacement card you need to provide an original birth certificate and they wont accept a copy of your drivers license. So now you drive up there and drop it in the box. You're driving illegally on the way home. They're just gonna make a copy of it anyway. Makes no sense at all

There were unbelievably rude.Sarah was so sweet, emailed me my forms, apologized on another SSO behalf, and gave me correct information. Literally tearing up. Kindness, professionalism, and helping me understand the new pandemic process made me give this facility and Sarah a 5 star. Thank you so very much!
