JJ Escue: Awesome job!!! Shoutout to Joe/Marcus (service advisors) and Tim/Bob (service techs)!!! Annual completed on '06 F430 (all fluids) and the car runs better than ever. F1 shifting sooo smooth. Joe/Marcus excellent follow-up and Tim/Bob nailed the service in a day. Could not be happier. These guys are wonderful.
Tico Thepsourinthone: In early December 2022 (a few days after taking delivery of my first-ever Tesla) someone had accidentally backed into my 2019 Tesla Model 3 AWD Long Range Performance while it was parked in our Church parking lot, cracking the front bumper right above the fog light on the driver's side. Since my vehicle was parked and I was not operating it when the accident occurred, the offender's insurance was required to pay for repairs.When I searched Tesla's website for Tesla-approved collision & repair shops in Michigan, Cauley Ferrari of Detroit was listed as the closest one at 89 miles away. And now, after the fact, I am so grateful that I chose Larry Canovas and his team at Cauley Ferrari of Detroit to repair my cracked front bumper! Not only was their workmanship on the front bumper *FLAWLESS* (I'm also happy they offered to not reattach the front license plate mount to the new front bumper), but they even detailed the entire vehicle---inside and out! Aside from how beautiful the repaired vehicle looks, it operates just as well as it did before with the ultrasonic sensors in the front bumper all functioning as expected.Not only did I enjoy the outcome of their work, but I also enjoyed the accommodations and the mindfulness of Larry in the time leading up to my service appointment. Since I live 2 hours away from Cauley Ferrari of Detroit, it took quite a bit of planning. Larry suggested I use the Hertz in Auburn Hills that they have a partnership with so that I could have a Tesla Model 3 to rent while my vehicle was being repaired. He even made sure that the rental was on-site for me when I arrived to drop-off my vehicle so that I could be quickly on my way back home after drop-off! Now, THAT is service!I would highly recommend anyone in Michigan looking to get their Tesla vehicle serviced by a Tesla-approved collision & repair shop to look no further than Cauley Ferrari of Detroit because Larry Canovas and his team will take *extremely* good care of your vehicle, but more importantly, they'll take really good care of you!

Ahmad Odeh: Got an Estimate on my tesla collision repair November 2022 because they are tesla certified and was told it will take 6-8 weeks to get the door and I would be contacted after parts arrival to set up an appointment to get my tesla fixed. I have called and talked to multiple people multiple times and its always 2 more weeks OR SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU BACK!!! and most of the time no answer so I would leave messages with no call back. Going on 15 weeks HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Engineered Essentials: Had collision work done through insurance on my Tesla.Insurance wrote for a wheel alignment and 4 tire balances.THEY DID NONE OF IT. 1 week later the car still had shakes. Car was out of alignment, and all 4 tires were off balance 2-3 oz.Yet will happily lie about it on invoices.
Peter Hotaling: Do not take your Tesla to the body shop here. They did fine work but the manager is rude and they are very lazy and stubborn. They refused to do anything electronic with my insurance company ie video chat, use their portal. It’s 2023 give me a break.I should send them an invoice for my time because I had to be the one to contact my insurance company and try and fix the many issues they had. It took them a month for a simple bumper replacement. I know options are very limited but take your Tesla elsewhere!

Way better than any BMW dealership I've been to and I own one.They never once had a problem with the fact I couldn't buy a car and that all I wanted to do was look. They even let me sit in one. And gave me a free Ferrari pencil and poster. (Hope no one gets in trouble for that)They even invited me back for the regular exotic car show they host.In conclusion, if I ever buy a Ferrari, it will be from here. No doubt about that.

Tom C: Buyers beware!!I purchased my car from Prime motorz in late September, sight unseen. The sales guy Gordon assured me there were no issues with the car other than a couple minor aesthetic issues. The car gets shipped enclosed to me and I take it to the dealership to get routine maintenance and oil change only to find there’s a lot of problems. The air suspension need to be replaced, the brakes are less than 1mm to the point I even had to replace the rotors. Supercharger knocks. Tires soon and the list goes on. I took the car to 3 different car shops and dealership and all came back the same, hence why I waited to post a negative review. I call up prime motors and they put the blame on shipping..Didn’t know my brakes can be worn during transportation. Not only does Prime Motorz lie about the condition of the car, they don’t even check it. I even had the previous owners paper work with their information in the glove compartment . It was CARVANA TITLE..DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE REVIEWS ON HERE.I have all service paper quotes and text messages from Gordon to back my review.

Everything you want from a business that you are working with.( easy to reach, reliable info, they did what they said every time, prompt response time ). I feel that we came as guests and left as friends. I am exited to have an exotic vehicle for years to come because of my experience at Suburban Exotics with Harold and Laura.
Derek Bell: I have never had a better customer experience than what I had at Suburban Exotics. Harold is exceptionally knowledgeable, hard working, and very direct. Harold answered all of my questions and those of my wife (ie we are car and motorcycle enthusiasts and we enjoyed talking with someone who was equally passionate about vehicles). He and Laura did all the heavy lifting (eg I was not filling out forms - the forms were completed for me to sign). Harold was very clear on what document he needed from us to make our trade-in and purchase happen.If they have the car you want, buy from them. They met and exceeded all of our expectations.

Tori Ervin: My husband and I stumbled across this motor mall as I’m looking to purchase a Bentley Continental GT , located one here; however, I’m quite disturbed/disgusted following a video my husband and I just viewed involving a young man (maybe 18 y.o) and McLaren Sales rep. The woman is seen pushing the vlogger out of showroom… twice! He was compliant and highly respectful during his encounter with her; despite her aggression! This saddens me of the type of people we are faced to deal with.I’m so happy we do live in a world where situations are caught on camera because otherwise we would have traveled here; completed a huge transaction unaware of that repulsive behavior of the sales rep towards another customer!

Dr. David C. Mady: I have been servicing my vehicles for years at this dealership. No one can touch these guys. I was in yesterday for service and everything went smooth as always and prompt as promised. They told me ahead that the service would take 1 1/2 hours and that’s exactly how long it took. During that time they drove me to Somerset Mall nearby to do some shopping and later picked me up. I went into the dealership awhile back the older man named Mark D . was unpleasant and it came across like it was a real bother for him too answer my questions for me . I caught him rolling his eyes at me when I asked him some questions about the motor and what kind of gas mileage Rolls Royce gets out on the open road . I found that Mark was abrasive and not pleasent as a salesman . Only reason I am giving two star's is because one of the service guys was going somewhere in the dealership with something and was very pleasant and talked to me for a minute . I decided to drive the extra miles and the time in the car and go to Rolls Royce of Cleveland . I tell you what it was a Great experience at Rolls Royce of Cleveland with the salesman and staff. I didn't expect it but they asked me if I would like to have something to drink while I was looking around . The salesman gave me a brochure without asking for one and answered all of my questions for me and gave me his business card and told me when I am ready give them a call. I think Rolls Royce of Troy as a whole needs to get rid of people like Mark and get people like I experienced in Cleveland ( Good People that cares about their potential customers etc.) I am sorry that I had to write a review like this but it really bothered me as a customer and I will not be back or be in contact with anyone at this dealership/ buy for anything now or in the future .

The entire rear suspension had to be redesigned. Parts did not fit or were used. Do not do business with them. Read the forums before buying. The wheels were out of round. Never received parts as contracted.

Sigga Sigga: One of the most unique places I've ever been to with cars. It's refreshing to see a company that sells cars out of this warehouse with a more casual style building. They have all kinds of cars but especially cool and retro classics. Management is super friendly, I spoke to Keith and Brendan and they were super nice and welcoming. They're knowledge of everything there is also unlike any other place I've been to.

Tracy Kirtley: So if are in need of a used car let me share our recent experience with a used car dealer that we thought had great looking cars. We had been looking for a while so we went to Fab Auto in Roseville and found a nice looking 2016 Equinox with 134,000 miles for $7500 and it drove great 😌 on the test drive.  so after we pay for it, John was driving me to work, and the check engine light came on and it needed a fuel pump that we were supposed to pay for and we didn’t even on the car 24 hours yet. They fixed it and had it for one day and the transmission began to slip so he won’t take it back doesn’t stand by anything. It’s our car now sold as is even though he gave us a warranty but that we have to pay for so do yourself a favor never go to that dealership again ever it’s fab auto in Roseville. They seem like they have great cars but it’s all a scam.

The car we bought, a Ford Escape 2016 did need some fixing. We brought it back and it was taken care of with kindness. No hassles. Nice people. Especially the kind woman at the front desk and the owner. I recommend them to everyone.

Erica Davis: BUYERS BEWARE!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a 2013 GMC Terrain from this company in Sept. 2021, and within days the check engine light came on. I should have known then that I had made a mistake. Since this purchase, I have taken this truck to the shop every month with a new problem and the check engine light has yet to go off. From O2 sensors to now receiving news that the catalytic converter has been tampered with, I've basically been sold a lemon. Not only am I out of my money, I now have to consider whether to get another car, or try to fix this one.Sorely disappointed.

Megan Neal: **Buyer Beware**We purchased a brand new Land Rover Discovery from Jaguar Land Rover of Annapolis in late December 2019 which is owned by Penske. The entire experience has been awful. The car was purchased and all the documents were prepared incorrectly, we had to send multiple emails to obtain our tags and registration, which were still not processed within the standard time allotted by the State, the delivery of the vehicle was delayed and we were told that it was due to Apple Car Play but now with less than 10k miles and less than 6 months of ownership the car has been continuously in the service center for almost 30 days with no clear resolution.The quality of the car has been compromised due to a significant leak caused by the dealerships installation of a roof rack prior to our purchase. The leak has generated issues with the HVAC system, Apple Car Play, Tailgate Lift, a second HVAC issue which has surfaced during time at the dealership and most impactful is the transmission/acceleration of the vehicle which caused the vehicle to lurch violently when pressing the gas - the vehicle had to be towed to the dealership.I have asked to speak to the General Manager of the dealership and I am consistently pushed back to Steve Miller, Director of Service, who encouraged me to file a complaint with Land Rover Corporate. They will not even provide the service records associated with my vehicle. The dealership has not offered a loaner car for the 25+ days that I have been without a vehicle and now after doing as encouraged they don’t want to provide any information either.
