Elise, was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I’m pretty easy going and was in and out in 30 minutes even with her signing returns in. This company made the terrors of planning the mens attire for my wedding seem like a distant memory. I will never go anywhere else. I can’t believe I forgot this store was here. They would have been my fist choice and would have saved me so much unwanted stress. I’m very excited to go back with my fiancé for his fitting and to continue doing buisness with such a fine establishment.

I called this store 3 days before the Prom and they said no problem! They even had the blazer my son wanted. They fit him for the tuxedo on Thursday night and had it ready the next morning! Jennifer Horn: From my husband: “ Due to COVID, finding a tuxedo shop for my wedding might have been the most difficult search in history. Many companies were not answering their phones in 2020 or were forced to close permanently during the shut downs. After a few weeks of frustration, I came across President Tuxedo of Warren… They were the only shop that were allowing folks to come in (by appointment) to see and try-on tuxes. My wife and I felt very comfortable during the appointment as we socially distanced and were shown different tux options with the help of the patient and kind staff. We left the appointment with the perfect outfit picked out for myself and my groomsmen at a very reasonable price. After we (like many others) were forced to postpone our wedding, the President Tuxedo team were great about adjusting all of our orders and providing us with new deadlines/ship dates to match our new wedding date. Once it was time to get ready for the big day, all of our tuxes came in on time and looked great. The staff were fantastic about making slight alterations/re-ordering pieces to make sure everything fit perfectly. All pickups went off without a hitch and we looked amazing in all of our photos. In an industry rocked hard by COVID, President Tuxedo of Warren showed why they are still thriving. Professional, considerate and well-Priced. I would recommend every groom get their butts over to PT of Warren ASAP!”

Billy P.: Do not use this company. It is filled with an office full of liars. I went into this company to rent a suit for my son. I was told that they stopped renting suits the day before. I said I will go somewhere else and they told me specifically that Men’s Wearhouse had stopped renting suits the week prior. They then tried to sell me a suit. I found it odd that they could sell me a suit but not rent me one. Why couldn’t they rent me one of the ones they were going to sell me? We found some suits that we liked but were then told that they were not available. Then why would you tell me that there’s suits to buy? I left and went to Men’s Wearhouse and spoke to the sales associate. I told her that I knew they weren’t renting suits but needed to buy one. The sales associate looked puzzled and said “we always rent suits”. I told them that I was told by President tuxedo that they were no longer renting suits. As you can see presidents tuxedo gave me false information so I wouldn’t go over there. That’s pretty unethical and I’m surprised that they would do stuff like that. Now I will never go to presidents tuxedo and will continue to tell everybody I know to stay away from that company. If you need something go to Men’s Wearhouse in Roseville. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Now I know why all the presidents tuxedos are going out of business!

Robin DeHayes: I was doing some very serious shopping. Was purchasing 2 bedding sets, 1 purse, 1 tote bag, earrings, 1 dress, 1 mirror 5 ceramic candle sticks, kitchen towels and some rugs. I made my way to the restroom and did my business. Unfortunately there was NO toilet paper in any of the stalls. I ended up using a kleenex from my purse. I found 2 employees and asked them for toilet paper and they gave me bacterial furniture wipes. Then i talked to the manager who was very condescending and when i questioned him he acted like it was bo big deal. How is this man a manager? Hopefully he found some or went to the store to purchase some!!So basically he threw away a 300.00 sale!!!I doubt i will ever return to your store! Your loss!Robin DeHayes

Mark Jackson: When the fitting room had no attendant for ten minutes I went looking with six items I wanted to try on. Approached two female employees asking for the fitting room attendant who couldn’t help. Finally one pointed to a large male at front of store. I went to him and asked to try on my selections. His attitude was that I was clearly putting him out but he walked to the back but as we approached he informs me it is the attendants lunch time and I would have to wait further. I said no I have no more time and was I forEd I needed to restock the items or wait! I again said no these are yours to keep and gently tossed the selections to his open arms. He started screaming I threw them at him and loudly orders me to “leave or be trespassed” .I turned and was walking to the door when he yells for another male to throw me out because I threw clothes at him! So the second male starts loudly ordering me out too. I was already on my way to the door. No problem I will never darken their door again.

Bertha the supervisor wasn’t any better had me do things that wasn’t in my job description. It was a whole mess, quit after 2 weeks n lots of people quit after me. Don’t work here if u value urself!! Bobby told me I just want a chill job and that I’ll never get an easier job, well he is dead wrong.

Dominique Love: Took my daughter here to find a dress for someone taking her to prom. Walked in and didn’t feel welcomed at all, no one speaks they just look at you. Proceed to look for a dress and grabbed a couple my daughter only got to try on one and when I try to take a picture I was told no pictures allowed but I didn’t see the sign until she point at it and I told her I was trying to show the mom of the person who’s taking her to prom and she said it was not allow and I’m like ok and the lady proceed to tell me that if the dress get damaged that they can’t return it back to the factory and that I should come back with the person because their short staff and basically wouldn’t let my daughter try on anymore dresses because I needed approval even when I tried to say a word she wouldn’t let me because I was going to just make the decision myself but we just left and will never return back here again and will not recommend this store to anyone. We found her a beautiful dress from UNIQUE LADY, you can take pictures also and they assign someone with you to help you find dress and they have some really beautiful dresses, top tier customer service, and you also get a free jewelry set to go with your dress if you leave them a review. And they make sure you’re the only person from your school who has that dress that you purchased by checking to see if someone from your school brought the dress.

I’ve never been so uncomfortable dress shopping! As soon as we walked one of the employees came up to us and he was giving very odd vibes. They were constantly talking bad about previous customers. Yelled at us for not zipping up the dress when I knew my friend didn’t like it and didn’t want to walk out in it. He said “your never gonna know if you like it, why are you trying them on if your not gonna buy it.” She started unzipping my friend outside the dressing room, her dress almost fell down, so uncomfortable. Wouldn’t let us try on dresses that were priced a little above our budget. Never will be coming back!
