Heather Curtis: Over night parking on the street. It fills up quick. Reciving door is by dock 1, it's labeled "will call" door. They start receiving at 1:30am. They want you to walk up to the door to check in.I came here at 7:30 pm my appointment wasn't until 5:30am the following day. The yard dog helped me figure out where to park and gave me great info.I checking in at 3:30 am and was giving a door right away, the guy behind the window was very nonchalant like he could care less.They work on a green light system once it's green go in and get your bills

Algunas puertas para parqueo son un poquito incomoda otras no. Después que te parquee te dan luz Roja y cuando terminen luz verde. I was told to park at tge street and come back by 1:30am. I did, check in by 1:30am Not forgetting to park your truck on the street, Rainning heavy and you need to walk to the office with your paperwork. No truck allowed. Check in, Told to wait for a call in my truck. Asigned a door by 0320am.

latonya greene: I rarely visit this location and this is the reason why. The produce is NOT very good. Fresh fruit is not so fresh. My husband grabbed a dozen of eggs and all was cracked 😳, not only one but 2. We ordered a 16 piece of chicken, it was fresh and looked good but the taste was awful 🤢, it tasted like grease/oil an oily taste yuck😖! Customer service is good but the quality in products are very poor. I called the and spoke with management we had an excellent conversation and he assured me that the problem would be corrected and offered to correct the problem thanks .
Earth Elucidator: The people working are mostly nice and helpful but the store is becoming increasingly unorganized with increasing empty shelves. Shelves are thinning in all stores but this one seems to be having more issues.
Bryan VanEssen: This is the main store I shop at. I like it a lot because they have things always in stock and they usually have 3-4 cash registers plus all 6 self checkout lanes open.

He waited on 5 customers while I was there waiting my turn, and she continued to just stand there and kept laughing it up with a non worker. I found this very disrespectful to all of us customers, and I felt ashamed for the way the man was being treated by her, in front of everyone. I could tell he was rattled in his nerves, working very hard and frantic. I even asked her directly, if she could help me get my food. She replied, "He will do it." Just an outwardly disgusting display of Workmanship. What is going on with management here at this location?? This occurred at 4pm February 14, 2023. Can we do better, please!

And an abundance of old men complaining loudly about the cashiers.Please note for the rest: I think all problems below reflect badly on top level in-store leadership and corporate. Period. No cashier or team manager is responsible INOThis place is hell. You walk in the door and, right away, the aisles are haphazardly placed in a building in desperate need of a refresh.Every walkway is wide enough for two carts exactly. Being next to an older persons community this is catastrophic. People need space to move around other customers or stop and look without clogging up the space. It’s claustrophobic with how tall the shelves are.They are under staffed. The front end definitely needs to be raising wages and benefits to get more help. Or maybe it’s the company culture. They seemed tired and overwhelmed.The check out lanes were super narrow. Again hard to move around the cart for me and I don’t have any problem moving around. I can imagine if I was disabled or older this would be debilitating.Anyway, don’t go here. Not even if you have to.

Elvira Montana: This Kroger looks nothing like these pictures they have posted inside or outside. This Kroger is the dirtiest Kroger I believe I’ve ever been to. For once I had to use a public bathroom and I might as well have used a porta potty. The bathroom looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a month or 6. The fruit looks like you’re buying it from a second hand store. The shelves on the inside were stocked well, produce I would not buy from here. The bakery looks good and probably the cleanest department. The floral department has low inventory but also pretty clean. The entire store seems to need better management, especially concerning the cleanliness of a store where people buy food to eat. I live only a mile away from this Kroger but drive to the Kroger in royal oak. You wouldn’t even believe it’s the same brand of store. Possibly different owners? Not sure but go there and take notes and please revamp this entire store.

Store sold a heated brush that malfunctions. They refuse to rake it backeveneitj rhe receipt. Claim its a "final sale."

Kathryn Friedlund: This is a pretty neat place! It was different from what I expected but a nice stop. I had hoped to get snacks for an afternoon, and get smaller quantities like in other bulk food stores, but this has larger packages of snack items for the majority of stock. There were individual snack chip bags you could purchase as single items, and a few other things I saw. You can buy bags of single color gumballs and jolly ranchers. Packs of pop rocks in 20 count boxes. Mike and ikes in a few lbs each bag! Lots of gummy candies too. There's also a refrigerator section with snack items like pizza rolls. It was a fun stop and I easily spent $37, more than hoped for, but my kids were happy!
