Shebella: Went there today and prepaid $50 on my card. The pump stopped working after putting in $5.00. I went back in they said I'd have to move to another pump and run my card again for the remaining $45. I thought I paid a total of $50, but no, I was charged $45 and the $50 and was told quite rudely I would have to wait for a hold to be released on the $50 transaction. That they couldn't just refund me the money. So my plans for my day were totally thrown off cause I needed that $50! That's very Bad Business!

The place 👉 IS CLEAN AND ORDERLY and have a much better staff. The app, the deals, promotions, layout, restroom, EVERYTHING is great. Just one thing that needs cleaned up 👉 ZACK. Zack is rude, arrogant and the most immature person in Customer Service. Not quite sure who Dr. Pimple popper thinks he's getting rude, surly and short with but he needs to watch his tone and attitude. The entire country is on edge and people are stressed to the max with the day to day uncertainties and don't need him adding more drama to our lives of crisis. It's simple, Zack: show up; punch in; ring up; get check; refill Ritalin script; repeat.

Jared Tholen: I locked myself out of my car this morning while getting gas and had to spend almost an hour in the gas station waiting for my husband to bring my keys. The staff was so incredibly friendly and helpful to not only myself, but the countless customers who entered the gas station. It was very refreshing to see such upbeat customer service so early in the morning.

Whisper M.: I love meijer and go out of my way to purchase my gas and other products with meijer over everyone else. But this gas station is the worst one I’ve ever experienced, not just once - several times. My meijer card is SO difficult to use here because it doesn’t register on these pumps - you have to swipe it so slowly and just right or it doesn’t recognize it. Mperks is the same way - the pumps take forever to even recognize that what you entered is “invalid”. The attendants are friendly some times but occasionally not so much. With a little one often in tow, going inside to pay does not always work for me. These issues have been ongoing and I will be using another meijer gas station from now on. This one is such a hassle.

Bradley Leyten: I like using Meijer gas stations because the pumps accept tap to pay with a mobile phone. Gas quality seems good. The store has a good selection of snacks including fresh fruits. Usually well staffed and rarely have to wait in line to pay if you need to go inside.

Piotr Wysocki: Owner is a joke....filled up on gas, went to pull out of the gas station, one of the manhole covers in their lot flipped up as I rolled over it, and it got jambed under my car and damaged the underside shield. Chased for 3 days to get ahold.of the owner or someone who would resolve the issue of reimbursing for the damage since it's a part that is cheaper than insurance deductible but close to 200 bux cost (I work with dalerships, so was willing to just take my cost on the part just so I could afford to buy a new one and install it myself)...on the phone Ed the owner sounded like he was going to take care of it, just needed to see the car after reviewing the video of the incident on his cameras....low and behold once I show up to show him the damage he denies that it could have happened there and won't make the situation right...in the end, I refused to make a claim on something that costs less than deductible for a defective manhole cover on his propertyand to be talked to like I don't know what is possible. Rude and unprofessional and doesn't take accountability for anything that would or has happened on his property....good forbid someone has an issue on his property and it's their fault....also the Doris lady that works there is also a joke...rude, and a know it all that has no business being in the customer service role. Beware

Eshtar Oraha: This place has a gas pump that will overflow and not click off like normal. It's pump number 7 so don't use it! I'm not sure if the other pumps have an issue but this one pumped an extra gallon or two on the floor. When I tried talking to the worker he was trying to convince me that was normal. He even refused to put up a sign! Didn't offer to refund me for the money I lost, anything. I'd rather pay extra and go to a different gas station instead of coming here again.
