Google Email: On Wednesday the 12th of May 2021 I visited this location around 6pm, the guy who was working here at this exact day and time was very disrespectful and had was talking to a woman in a very bad and inappropriate way! And was making weird eye contacts! I hope the management finds this review and kicks the guy out of this place !

Lee Keith: Worst customer service I've ever received I was in need of help driving early morning from work notice a low tire almost flat pulled in attempted to use my debit card at the air machine I tapped to pay the light flashed and it said I had a 2.00 credit but the machine didn't turn on I was confused thinking maybe I needed to push a button or something I went inside and asked a young kid behind the glass if he could help me see if I was not operating the machine correctly just to be nice and I was told he dosent feel like being a nice person no he could not help.

This gas station has adjoining business with Dunkin donuts and next door is the UPS Store. Do not buy anything from dunken donut next door. I did a separate review for them so go check it out there. I never come here unless I have no choice or I’m heading the same direction.

B 81: Cashiers are inept. They'll overcharge you bc they don't know how to properly ring up products. Always ask for your receipt.

I went up there and they told me I didn’t know what I was talking about.

Jamal Alam: Worst mechanic ever I experienced. Please stay away. This man doesn't know what he's doing. I swear to you this man gave me wrong diagnosis twice. First time I came because of a leak under my car and he told me my transmission is having the issue. I went to two other mechanics and both of them told me it's not a transmission issue. I ended up getting it fixed elsewhere and again it wasn't my transmission. The second time I came here I had a check engine light and he told me my engine is gone and I can't do anything unless I buy a another engine. I took it to the dealer and they told me my engine is fine. I just needed new camshaft and O2 sensor. The man that runs the shop for this gas station will give you wrong diagnosis and advice and it'll mess up your car even further. Also, he put the wrong oil in my car LOL. IF YOU DONT KNOW WHICH OIL TO USE THEN YOU REALLY SHOULDN'T BE A MECHANIC. PLEASE BE AWARE AND AVOID!

Wayne Harris III: They also own the BP at 13 & Hoover. Acted as though they knew what they were doing. Nash, has done work on brake caliper, axle, and exhaust. All of which had all fallen apart (literally), causing major damage to my vehicle and causing me to have to pay for extra stuff that hadn’t been broke yet but now was broke because of the work that Nash had done. The exhaust is now loud again after having him “weld” the resonator back on. He used some putty like material that’s now all crumbling and falling apart on the exhaust. Now it’s back loud again and also have wasted my money. I hadn’t been back in a year, but wanted to WARN ALL CUSTOMERS NOT TO GO HERE! Flat out no care of how they treat your car! I won’t even go to the BP they own to get a juice!
