Jenny B: BE AWARE FELLOW CONSUMERS,I want to share my recent experience with this company that tried to open a branch in Florida. Illyrian Glass & Shelf company sent Aaron Cope to take measurements for a shower door at my home in July 2022. They required a 50% down payment, which I paid. However, since December 2022, I have been unable to reach them via phone calls or emails. The Florida number has been disconnected and the Michigan number does not accept messages as their voicemail box is full. They do not respond to emails.I want to warn you to be cautious when dealing with this company. They took my deposit and have not rendered the services they promised on their website. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and am exploring other options to get my deposit back.I urge you to be aware of this company's practices and to think twice before doing business with them. I hope that my experience can help others avoid a similar situation.

L.A. OR Blast: These guys did an excellent job for me….someone busted my rear driver side window and stole a bunch of stuff out of my truck so I was looking for somewhere to get it fixed. I googled “auto window replacement” and saw they weren’t too far away so I read the reviews and gave them a call.
