My only issue was when I walked to my car one of the guys working on my car opened the door for me then asked me for “cash”. I thought he was joking but he continued to repeat “cash” over and over as I got in the car. I told him I didn’t have any cash on me (which was true) and then he repeated, “ten, just ten.” When I reused he harshly slammed my door. I’m almost positive the owner does not realize one of his employees is harassing women for money as they leave. I certainly won’t be back. She was not giving correct information to my daughter who has a learning disability and I interrupt her to let her know I handle that part and she proceeded to get rude and say my daughter is an adult and I was talking to her and I told her she was rude to speak to me in that manner and yes my daughter is an adult with a disability I should not have to explain that to her and it was my insurance she was talking to my daughter about. She should have spoke to me like the doctor did with questionsI spoke to her afterwards and ahe apologized! she still needs a lotof training on customer service that's why I only gave 3 🌟 This was my first bad experience at this location normally its wonderful all the way around.***UPDATE *** 3/1/23I was very impressed at the quick resolution this company did! The district manager called me back today less than a week and apologized to me and my daughter. I greatly appreciate that and I gave them a 4 🌟 now for the quick response and genuinely caring about my daughter and my experience at thier store.

I explain the same thing to the tech (person dealing with specifics of the glasses)- not a problem ... get the first pair (2days later) and wrong script.!? They take them back and remake, and all good. then came the nightmare. 2nd pair wrong script !! after back and forth i finally had to simply get a refund. went somewhere else and they explained that the script was incorrect... um. What? yeah.!!. so. I go back to eyeglass world once again and explain that to them and BOOM. ok, here it is, yep that would have done it......really.... why did I have to go to a different optometrist to get this information when you have doctors IN THE BUILDING.??? I don't deal with glasses every day, that's not my job, all I know is I have to see, that simple. If I'm telling you I can't see - pretty good bet, I CAN'T SEE!!

Today I called and had some insurance questions and the woman I spoke to acted as if looking up my insurance and telling me what was covered was an inconvenience. I have dual insurance and was asking if one would cover contacts and one glasses, thats why I have dual coverage. Isnt that her job? She had "no way of knowing what would be covered as far as contacts went because she doesnt know what i wear." ...Maybe next time offer to look it up, or even ask! I could have told you so we knew what was covered... i believe her name was jessica. Im not sure if these associates work on commission , but thats the way it seems.

Nick Pczyk: Typically don't have an issue but lately they have been extremely unorganized. While waiting, the assistant was mixing up everyone's names. I had a 10:30am appt that was moved to 10am, then they told me it wasn't and I had to wait behind walk-ins who came in AFTER me. When I asked to speak to the manager who made the change, she was unavailable. Then the assistant manager spoke very condescendingly to me when I asked for clarification.I personally, will not be back.

Elizabeth Kolar: They were great when I broke my glasses and needed some new ones Even did my remakes for me when the prescription wasn't right but I was also but I was also supposed to get contacts through them and it took 3 months to get the correct trial contacts and when I told them they were not the right ones they made it seem like an inconvenience Trying to get The correct prescription from my contacts because it had been after the 90 day period Since my 1st appointment. In which I drive an hour outside of town and had been there 4 times within that 90 day, To get my glasses corrected and waiting for the correct contacts. So not only did I pay out of pocket for my contact exam and was going to for my contacts as well but it was such an inconvenience that it took 3 months to get the wrong prescription contacts in and trying to get that corrected.. If you would like contacts I would suggest somewhere else.

Eric Tonn: Broke my glasses at work and needed a new pair ASAP. Was able to make an eye exam appointment the next morning and picked up a pair of regular and sun glasses just a few hours later. Staff was very nice and helpful the whole time.

Jeffrey Macklin: Bought two pair of glasses. Cant wear either one. Totally dis-satisfied. When I picked up the glasses and put them on, I told him I had double vision. He said, "you'll have to get used to them, man." The machine was having issues at the time, maybe that was an issue. But still the complacency with my comments was enough to make me walk out.

Ashley Cervone: Rude and unprofessional waited very long when nobody was even in the store. Was laughed at when I told them “my right eye was worse than my left” and they told me it was my left and not my right when I meant MY right, not their right. Anyways, made a huge issue with my eye seem like it was no big deal when it actually needed to be looked at by a professional. Also my prescription was very off and made my head hurt, not worth the money you save go to someone who actually knows what they’re doing
