The New DJ Shop: what do users think?
J.M. Lee: All thing music at this shop!
Marvin Lee: John was extremely knowledgeable in all things music. Was able to pick up some great items at a really good price. Most definitely will be shopping here again
Don Scott Music: I was told by a friend that this man sells new guitar cords for a good deal. Why he tried to sell me instead, was an old cord which he tried to pass off as "new". Clearly it looked like he found his box of guitar cords in the trash. Bottom line: this guy is nothing more than a junk man who tries to sell his junk that he found,to other people.

A & G Central Music Inc: what do users think?
Andrew Poler: Absolutely fantastic service! We were at the Solo and Ensemble festival at Rochester high school, where they had a table set up in the hallway. I asked if these guys might be able to re-attach a pinky finger hook on my son’s trumpet. They took care of it right then and there! Clearly, they take joy in going above and beyond. Would absolutely recommend, and we will certainly be back whenever we have instrument repair needs.

Guitar Center: what do users think?
Ken Hamilton: What stupid place. I went in and was there for a PRS Custom 24 ten top. After looking around 30-45 minutes and several employees passing by, I asked one gentleman if he was the the manager, he said yes. I told him no one even said hello can I help you. I said how can you let potential customers walk around like this and he said “sorry “. Not what can I help you with. I said that’s the new generation. He said sarcastically “we suck”. Good Job Guitar Center of Roseville Michigan! 😂👎Today I purchased a PRS Cusom 24. Ten top from Palen Music 4500.00. Thanks again Guitar Center could of been your sale!
Dfree Dfree: Bobby is the greatest!
Kevin R.: Heres an updated review with some helpful information. Guitar Center is not a great place to buy guitars. They do nothing to ensure the guitars are set up correctly, and they rarely ever come set up correct from the factory. Back in the day guitar shops would inspect and fine tune each guitar before they hung it on the wall. That way it actually stays in tune and plays well. If youre looking to buy a guitar, find a small shop that still cares. Now for repairs, for anything more than a simple string change, find a luthier. I learned the hard way. I was having issues with tuning stability. Guitar Center, Huber and Breeze, and 2 other smaller shops all did a bare minimum, rush job where they slap some strings on, and never diagnose the problem. But they charge you like they did ($100+) only for you to be disappointed.I found an affordable Luthier who actually does the work. Chris Frantz, Clinton Township. He brought my guitars back to life. He builds amazing guitars and can fix anything. He was the 5th person i tried and the only one to put the actual time and effort in. thats why im mentioning him here. i want to save someone the hassle i went through. None of those other places were able to get my guitar to stay in tune after using the whammy bar. That was their assignment and they all failed. pretty basic stuff if you do repairs. they should hang their heads in shame. except for chris frantz.
Catherine Private Email: I don't understand this. But maybe I should of said something, but in away it's ok, just to let you know they lost a customer, a good customer. We constantly buy at Guitar Center for everything for our group and my issue here was, that i had my bass and guitar tuned here before and we were told you don't get charge for that, but today we were charged $20 to get a guitar tuned. I seen he was very busy and a lot of work, but that's exactly for what he gets paid for. Anybody knows anything different.? Roseville 👎👎👎👎👎👎 What t t they don't know i do reviews and honest reviews... This mis your Review 👎👎👎👎👎👎 WHAT WAS SO DIFFERENT FROM TODAY TO THE OTHER DAYS?
Dave Anyguy: These guys are almost always on point. There have been a couple of associates in the past that haven't been that great. In the last three or four years though I haven't had a problem at all. I still think their prices are absurd but then again all prices are absurd right now. There are some really good used deals in the building though.
Lisa Edwards: Went in the buy a pedal board Bass tuner. No one ever addressed or ack owledge me despite the fact that I was standing at the counter. I decided to go to Huber * Brese.
Alford Daniels: Bobby,Chris,Tom,Billy and Dylan was very helpful in my questions and music needs. Would recommend this place hands down for all your musical needs
Tim Parlin: Awesome selection, very nice staff
Taylor B: Bought a bass from there today, and was assisted by AJ. AJ was very friendly and knowledgeable on the stock they had in the store and he was very helpful in assisting me with trying out a few basses. The best part of of it all was that AJ went above and beyond to assist not only me, but many other customers on the sales floor. He told me that his shift was set to end at 4 pm, which was about the time I walked into the store, and he stuck around for long after 4 pm helping me and others. If looking for buying an instrument, ask for AJ. He was very helpful and easy to work with.
Brandon Williams (CAPO): 🐑
Nick Wood: Seemed a little understaffed but all the employees were super helpful got me what I needed and were very friendly.
Heather Brewer: Great customer service and nice selection.
Jeremy Hogan: My brother and I came in today to buy a lot of music equipment. My brother had help almost instantly and got all his questions awnsered within no time in the recording/ audio section. However for myself in the guitar section I got zero help and when I picked my guitar out I got the guitar snatched out of my hands while finding a matching strap for it. You guys need to find new employees for that section. You lost a huge sale today considering I was about to buy a new orange amp, gretsch guitar, chords and pedals. If im going to spend over a k on equipment I expect help. The guy even asked me if I've been helped and I said " absolutely no one has put in a effort to help me out" . Yet still after that he didn't even bother to help me! He just walked away with my guitar!
Timothy Cullensla2i9 9 opp wy: Great store except useless employees, associates at walmarts help out more when looking for something, OMG, 2022 and went back to that store and it is worse, they discriminate now
DeeDee Allemon: Billy was the BEST KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY & CONSIDERATE salesman... explained what we wanted, showed us a few different guitars and he explained all options with them. Never felt pressured, but was completely comfortable with the guitar we chose for our son. Thank you Billy, I will always recommend you. 👌
Joey Kittel: Best spot for quick gear!!!
Robert Hickey: Why give Guitar Center in Roseville on Gratiot Ave a 5 Star rating? Buckle up... Service, respect of customer, friendly, knowledgeable, willingness to go the extra mile, and quality! I ordered a new intermediate f attachment trombone as a Christmas gift for my son. It arrived at the Roseville store. Tom brought it from the back for me. We opened the box and case to check it out. Glad we did. Not Guitar Center's fault... the trombone had issues with the finish and the packing from that company's factory seemed fishy. Without hesitation, Tom grabbed that "new" trombone away from me. Offered a refund or try one more time with that company and model trombone. This time, he would call GC's Kansas warehouse to open the replacement and physically check it before it arrived at the Roseville store. True to Tom's word, Kansas did just that. I'm happy to report that only moments ago, Tom and I opened the second new trombone box/case to find a shiny unmarked trombone just waiting for my son on Christmas morning! Thanks to Tom, the Roseville GC store, and their Kansas warehouse we will have a very appreciative and happy son and rising trombone star! Thank you Tom!!Ask for Tom, I promise you won't be disappointed!Bob
David Buller: Great employee's aways very helpful and considerate 👍.
Max Senopole: This place is great. I play guitar and love to come here to check it out. They have everything you need for guitar like strings, amps, pedals etc... and they also have stuff for bass, keyboards, drums, and more. Workers are always nice. Sometimes there may not be a whole lot there but, it is still a great place.
Carla Chaudoin: Very helpful staff
Gloria Sanborn: Great and helpful employees

Huber Breese Music: what do users think?
David Edwards: They have a good selection of guitars, amps, and keyboards. The employees are incredibly helpful and friendly,
Ryan “Sketch” G: If I could give this guitar (music) shop 10nstars I would. Here's why:Customer service is phenomenal. Everyone that works here is super chill, some even extremely excited to discuss music (guitars for me).The quality of their repair work is top-notch and their knowledge of musical equipment (and music in general) is extensive.Buy guitars (acoustic and electric), asscessories, drums, violins, keyboards...everything !AND, you can buy just about everything online and their customer service there is a solid reflection of how they are and who they are in the store. They also take safety very seriously. No shirt, no shoes, no mask...no service. If you need instruments, needs yours tuned or repaired, or just want to talk music...go to Huber Breese! Ask for Jeff Jeff. Or really anyone else too because they are all cool.I'm not sponsored by HB but, even if I were, I'd still have nothing but great things to say about them.. But maybe I should be. That would be cool. Get some guitars, or Mayne a t-shirt or like some guitar picks.
Jerrod Preston: I brought a few basses here to be worked on in the shop. One time I brought my vintage BC Rich in before a tour to have new pick ups installed, a new nut put in, wiring repaired and set up. The repair tech wouldn't take notes and I had to come back 4 separate times to discover the work I had requested wasn't done. First the pick ups weren't put in and were left in the case, it was just restrung and set up. The input jack and wiring work I requested simply wasn't done. Then I came back to the pick ups in and the jack not fixed as requested. Then finally I came back a fourth time and the dude hadn't bothered to put the nut on because he had already wasted my strings by putting them on. The set-up was complete garbage.I was treated like me asking for what I had paid for was an inconvenience. Staff is very rude if you aren't the typical Fender, Jackson or Gibson player and you can tell most of them are not working musicians.I was told multiple times that I would have the work paid for because of the inconvenience; I was asked to pay anyway. This was quite some time ago but upon taking out my bass and noticing that the neck was fiddled with and not even put back into the joint properly, other players need to know. Do not bring your rare instruments here; especially if you need precision work done.
Justin Marinelli: Amazing service. Jeff was great to work with. I'm now the proud owner of a Gibson Les Paul custom shop... crazy feeling.
Evan Rose: Fantastic customer service from Jeff. Probably the greatest assortment of rare/collectors level guitars I’ve seen in the metro area.
Josie Wales: Wonderful Jade was a pleasure to work with. Set up a couple of my guitars while I waited . I am very pleased with the service, store and the employees. 5 stars
Sam: This place is amazing and has very friendly staff. They know their stuff and they will order that niche pedal you've so desperately been looking for!
Seth Cox: I know nothing of Music or instruments, but was looking to purchase an instrument as a gift. Was greeted kindly and was attended to well. Was not able to make a decision on this visit, but I will be back. Clean friendly store.
Jonathan Blake: Honestly, would recommend this place to any and everyone. The staff is beyond friendly and happy to take the time to explain everything in detail. I called and spoke with Jeff M. I basically told him we were looking for a guitar that wouldn’t break the bank but was decent quality for my daughter since she has taken a liking to acoustics. I had no idea the first thing about Guitars, spent a good 30 minutes on the phone and was so patient. Went in today and took the time to go through each guitar until she found “the one”. My daughter was shaking with excitement & you could tell the satisfaction and pride Jeff took. It takes a lot of patience dealing with customers, especially indecisive kids lol. Jeff absolutely exceeded my expectations, his knowledge and expertise, his patience and passion for music makes him a true asset to this business. Walked out under budget, and that’s including the ukulele my 2 year old had to have. Thank you so so much! 5+ star service across the board from customer service to selection I cannot thank you guys enough. For those unsure, go in and ask for Jeff. Whether you’re clueless like me, or an expert there is something for everyone. Thanks Jeff!
Mo C.: It's a classic old school music shop instruments lessons awesome staff my daughter takes piano lessons here and we love it and her teacher!
STBA: Amazing huge selection of instruments. Got my dean zx here. Highly recommend !
Barbara Pelkey: This place is awesomeThe entire Huberforce group are friendly, knowledgeable great to deal with. One of the Best places in Michigan
Steven Rudnik: This place is amazing I haven't been here in 15 years! Expertise workers give you old fashion welcome that matches their interior décor is an amazing place to shop for ANYTHING that has to do with music! If your an musician you have to check em out! I would recommend walking in to see for yourself but if you can't make it they have a great website to look at!
B A M: I made inquiry about a guitar at about 745pm expecting to hear from hbm the next day. Instead, I got a response by phone about 30 minutes later. We agreed to a price and all details and made the deal that night. Tom Taylor was great. He even looked up shipping info and delivery date while on the phone. He helped resolve a tech glitch that was on my end. The guitar arrived today in proper condition and in tune even! Tom does customer service as it should be done. I highly recommend huber breese music and tom taylor. Not enough good things to say about them.
Alexandra W: Robbie held my dog while I made my purchase and even carried him outside for me to my car. That was really nice!
soadfan29 (soadfan29): It’s a shame that I have to rate such a beautiful locally owned store poorly. I went there several times to scope out a new guitar and I didn’t know what I exactly was looking for. While I was there at least, several employees gave me some good pointers on what I should look for. Great! Now I’m ready to buy a guitar. I think I have one in mind, but upon looking at their website I couldn’t find it in the color I wanted. I talk to Robbie and I ask if they could grab it. He says that he would call the stores provider to find out and call me later that day. The day passes with no call. I figured I’d call back tomorrow and see if he just forgot about it. After all, he might have been pretty busy. I call back and this time he not only says that he’ll ask the provider but will do so immediately and call me back that day. Unfortunately, another night passes with no call back. At this point, I thought I made it pretty clear I wanted a guitar from there, but I ultimately went to Guitar Center where I was instantly informed of what to do since they didn’t have the color I wanted either. I ended up purchasing it there instead. It’s a shame because I would have much rather bought my new guitar from a well-spirited local business instead of a billion dollar corporation . But I just get the feeling that Huber Breese either has poor customer management or that some employees really don’t care for profits unless it’s one of their elusive 60s Fenders or Marshall tube amps. I hope this was just a one time occasion.
Sandra Graham: Nice as always
Ken Koss: Always the best
mark that guy: Great experience knowledgeable people who care about your business
Living life: They also have private music lessons both my kids attended
Mike: Beautiful store and friendly staff. An older gentleman, I believe named Paul, assisted me today. He was incredibly helpful and very friendly. As I was checking out, I spoke a bit with a young lady who was also very nice.It was a great experience, and I'll definitely be back again!

Guitar Hi-Fi: what do users think?
Dave Buck: Love this store!
Andrew Ekstrom: I buy and sell a lot of stuff through them. They always treat me well. Love the location too.
Michael Joseph Brumo: I took 2 of my strats to Jason for setups and he did an incredible job on both! Would highly recommend.
Jonathan Hazlett: Nice store with a surprisingly large selection of various items. It's great to finally have a place nearby to grab strings and other staples. Very helpful staff!
Annie Semenczuk: I came in to get some help with some guitar strings I had attempted to install myself-Kirk was so helpful and patient!
Nate Bearinger: This place is a GEM. I had a couple amps repaired... everyone was very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Can't wait to go back.
Andrew Kline: Best selection of vintage amps. Very helpful staff. Didn't buy anything today but I'll be back. Thanks for the help guys
Tom McNett: Will definitely come back. Thought I had completely stripped my truss rod nut, so I came in with my instrument and asked for a quote to replace the nut. The gentleman that helped me inspected my instrument on the bench for a few moments and said that he was able to turn the nut without difficulty and asked how I had been doing it. (With ordinary short hex keys, and I couldn't honestly remember if they were metric or imperial.) He taught me that the nut has a concavity beyond the initial hexagonal rim which will readily accept a ball-end hex wrench. So yeah, in my ignorant tinkering, I definitely stripped the rim portion of the nut, but that inner concavity that I didn't even know about was perfectly undamaged. I was recommended to simply purchase the correct tool (a ball-end hex wrench, 3/16" in my specific case), and I'd be good to go. Sure enough, that was correct. The new wrench turns the nut perfectly. Not only did they give me a solution that cost less than $10 instead of the $200+ I was prepared to spend on parts and labor, but they were also gracious enough to tell me that they didn't sell the specific wrench I needed, and that I'd be best off buying one online. I didn't spend a dime in the 15 minutes I was in the store, but I'm coming back here every time I have a maintenance issue, just based on that honest, player-first attitude. One day I'll screw something up for real, and happily pay them to rescue me.
Logan White: These guys are awesome! I trusted them to help with the sale of my guitar. They got the job done and I couldn’t be happier. It was really cool to see my guitar in the hands of someone who appreciates it! I have recommended their services to friends many times over.
James Benson: Quality shop! Super knowledgeable staff, as well.
Dan Dorosh: Great customer service, selection and pricing. I bought an amp there and Tom was very helpful and patient with me.
Markku Jaakkola: Great service ! They didn’t have a Boss SD1 in stock when I visited, but they did call once they got an used one ! Just as promised. It works like a charm. 🤘
Morne Husselman: I had my guitar re-furbished, and I am so happy with the outcome. Friendly staff, expert advice and care. Now my goto shop.
Tom Hallock: Excellent vintage stereos, guitars and guitar amps. Tom Currie - Detroit Amp Lab does great amp servicing and they now have quality guitar repair. On site parking, no messing around with Royal Oak's Washington Ave. back in parking and defective meters.
treadhead1945: Great place, great work, small, but loaded with expertise
Bluez Tonez: Wasn't impressed with anything about this place. Sorry I tried to keep an open mind. Just couldn't. Kinda rood staff
Andrew Keiswetter: Awesome guitar shop!! Lots of cool vintage gear. Nate was friendly and helpful
Mitch Longfield: Great place, check 'em out. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable
Katja Babicz: A place of excellence.
