Jacqueline A: Great clothing options - just very limited sizes. I love the style they had available - just unfortunately none in my size. I tend to be an XL size 12/14 and there truly wasn't anything there. I was really surprised. I have very fond memories of shopping at H&M in college while I lived in Chicago - but this recent experience only had stock available in smaller sizes. Hopefully next time I'm back you'll have more sizing available.

Christina S: The worst customer service EVER. I placed an online order and one of my items was missing and I was sent an item I did not order. When I called they said my only option was to go to the post office and send it back by mail ONLY in order to get refunded for my missing item, and then they charge you a $5.99 restocking fee!!!!Not only do I have to personally go out of my way to the post office to return an item I didn't order in order to get a refund, I am then charged for it!H&M should have refunded me 100% for the item I did not receive and not make me go out of my way to return something I did not even order. The "customer service" people are so incredibly rude as well. Obviously I am done ordering from here. GET IT TOGETHER H&M!

Michele Artist: The lines are always better when the first open up and as a suggestion never go before a holiday. Alot of quality styles , pricing is fair, and staff is accommodating for the most part. Large store, not alot of sales or rotation of styles. Also shop online before dragging yourself down here, because there's always sales online.
Aasif Halim: I've always been a shopper at H&M and never have been treated in a disrespectful manner until today. As we were searching for a shirt and talking about the fitting rooms being closed due to COVID, a male African American employee with a high pitched voice rudely accused us of unbuttoning all of the shirts and told us that "we will not use the sales floor as a fitting room". I myself work in the customer service industry and have never spoken to a customer like that. Nor have I ever accused customers of things. Customers can be in the wrong and when they are, you can politely let them know. If that doesn't work, you can take whatever necessary measures, but to treat customers the way this rude employee treated us today is not the way. I will definitely not be returning to this location.

Payne Tia Barksdale: My wife has always been a big fan of this H&M store location. But I never really saw the hype, it wasn’t until yesterday. When we were on one of our shopaholic sprees. My wife was trying to find a specific hoodie. I was looking for clothes to match a few pair of new sneakers , that I’ve gotten recently. I love that Tacarra saw that we needed help and immediately ask to assist. Just when we thought about leaving. She assure us , that what we were looking for was actually in the store. She showed us to different departments and level of the store and even tried on clothes we thought we couldn’t fit. Yesterday I got lucky because I literally found everything I was looking for and then some. I will be back soon. I love shopping at H&M now !

Raechel Allson: A long time customer of H&M and I LOVE this store. They have the most selection out of the Detroit area stores, and everything looks so clean. The associates there are always kind and will try to make things work for their customers. It seems that H&M might not be as tech savvy as some other department stores I shop at (online ordering or being able to check inventory on a computer are the issues I’ve come across), but this team always tries to make it a great experience no matter what. They always try to make it work!Keep it up!
S Espen: I give this store a 0 for customer service. As I was walking to the register to pay for my things I was told the store was closed not once but twice and that I needed to leave. Upon the second request I informed the sales associate that I had heard her the first time and to please not rush me as I was going to pay. She replied “It is store policy to ask people to leave”. I highly doubt a retail business that is surviving based on customer purchases. teaches their employees to stalk people down in the store and ask them to leave several times while they are trying to pay. Unacceptable! I will be calling to talk to the store manager tomorrow.

Emely Ramos: I came to shop here earlier today and I loved it! It was my first time at H&M but I didn’t have any trouble finding anything. Almost everything here fits my style and color scheme! Also I love how the clothes are sorted! The store and the clothes are really aesthetic too. And when I went to try stuff on, the lady there was super kind! Gramma of 5: Not a great selection of "full sized" clothing. The shirts are $40 for a half of a shirt. Not a great place to shop for "older" ladies. Cashier was great and upbeat, customer service not so much. Idamis Gutierrez: My mother was accused of stealing in your store. They called the guards and humiliated her in front of the whole store. The manager on 4/23/22 @ 4:30 pm. Staff on floor were overwhelming her shopping experience. She is a loyal customer to this location and this is not how a customer should be treated. They were very disrespectful. I called customer service and they were not able to get to the manager and got transferred to another mall in Louisiana. Very disappointed in this store and customer service. If you want a pleasant shopping experience DO NOT SHOP HERE. I have placed a claim against this store.
