Michael Marcero: This location always seems to have what I need. The store is well stocked and the staff is helpful.
Samone Rieberger: Nice place to run in and grab some things. A drive thru ATM nearby is very convenient. This location has some very cute landscaping items especially lawn decor.
Joshua Craft: You can't go wrong WITH Great Lakes Ace Hardware... Ever... They have almost anything and about any you want from yard work to small home improvement project supplies. To soap for cleaning up afterwards to supplies for your smoker or grill. They are amazing!

The PVC was marked $3.99 for the 10 ft poles... When we got up to the register and noticed the total, we questioned what we were charged for the pipes. We were imformed they were $7.99!!! The fact they were mismarked by someone else was not our fault , the matter should've been adjust after they were sold to us at the $3.99 price! But INSTEAD we were informed they could not let them go that cheap!!! We left without anything. Its a shame that we have to be treated like this by neighborhood businesses ... Im a small business owner and I was trying to patronize another small business owner. The other thing that was amazing was the MARK UP of prices .... PEROID!!! take the extra drive and go to HOME DEPO!!! Poles $3.33 !!!! Businesses like this make it hard for other black businesses!

Tammy Russo: Scott Motz is the epitome of excellent customer service. He's a down-to-earth, honest person that despite a ridiculously busy schedule managed to come out to our office and troubleshoot our non-operating Vanderbilt Bright Blue security system. He made a phone call after a couple failed attempts to fix and just when he was ready to make another phone call, he tried something else that had our system up and running again! And rather than just packing up and leaving, he fixed the door that had been slamming for 2+ years now just cause it bothered him ;-)

Mistee Merritt: I went to this store with my sister looking for a specific product which they only had one in stock. I proceeded to check out. The cashier was a young boy looked to be about 10 yrs old. He was very disrespectful to us both. I asked him if he would speak to his mother or Aunt or sisters the same way he spoke to us. He responded no. My sister and I are African American I'm not sure what his nationality is. I returned every item I bought from the store and left. I will never shop here again.

Deneen Shinall: Each time I have been in this store the employees are very helpful but they do not enforce wearing a mask. There are always several merchants roaming about and they will not make them put a mask on. I think if most of the customers are in compliance with the mask mandate then all should be. The statement is on the door of the building but they walk about and act as though they don't see their customers not wearing them. And for this I give the store a very low rate.

Anita Stylez: This ace hardware give you incorrect information.They told my daughter to tow her car up to there establishment, first they did not give all information they should have told her like park the car in front of the building that something that wasn’t mention on the phone. She told them the key was Broke in half. When we get here this manager by the name of Katey says oh we can’t fix. So I ask will they pay for the tow to go back to the house she said no. Now you gave my Daughter no information correctly she pays for tow to come to this store explained everything throughly to the person on the phone before the car gets there. You tell her no your not going to pay for the towing. Then she says well we need to train a little better with our employees. She was trying to escape she should have talk the employee about it as she say she was listening to the conversation about my daughter bringing the car to the store to get the key fixed and she did nothing.

I appreciate their effort, but I had to fix it myself. Result: Minus 1 star.
