Kevin Myris: This is the first time and the last time I will ever go to this location I walked in I was staring at the menu and one of the employees says are you ready to order as I'm still staring at the menu. Right before I left I was confronted by the manager and he told me not to give his employees a dirty look when they ask such questions. By the way the chicken parmesan sub really sucked there is a lot of fatty chicken pieces. This store is not going to last here. I have been reading a lot of other bad reviews about this place.

Edna Myers: I haven't been to a PS in over 5 years. I finally got a chance to stop in and have a quick dinner and treat my friend to his first PS Experience! My fav is the chicken salad. I usually end up being disappointed by chicken salad when it isn't homemade because it is just a bunch of chicken and a TON of mayo. Not here. There's is a good balance, and the chicken itself it really good. I think they put a little sweet relish in it. The bread is served hot, but it doesn't get hard and crunchy. The fries are hand cut and very good. The lemonade is always fresh squeezed and taste like summer on ice!

Mike Stanley: A few years ago when they first opened everything was great. Our order this time, they are becoming more like subways. The meat and cheese had no flavor (order a uncle Louie), the bread had a good crust and was wider than a Subways- however, the bread lost it's flavor and chew consistency they once had. Won't be back unless I have a good discount.

Brian Scaffetti: This is still one of my favorites for sub sandwiches always quality ingredients and they don't lack the amount of toppings and meat on their sandwich. The team members are always fantastic. My wife and I had another fantastic meal at the restaurant. She made a online order to take advantage of the $5 off promotion for the meal had problems during the ordering process. Finally she thought all was good had a confirmation on the order and I went to pick up the sandwiches got there and they had not received the order. It was a problem with the online ordering. I gave my order to Dawn. She was just wonderful thru the experience. I couldn't get my $5 promotion because it was for online and not store order. My wife had paid for it with gift card and debit. I didn't have any cash or cards on me and I was short $5 for the meal and Dawn ended up paying out of her pocket the rest of the price of the meal. That is what you call exceptional service for her job and I am very great full to her. That is why I will order at this restaurant. Thank you very much

Colette Hatfield: Had been craving a DiBella's meatball sub for weeks, and finally had the chance. Planned to dine in but the word atmosphere has no meaning here. The girl who took the order was friendly and the service was fairly quick but that is all the positives I can come up.with. We didn't get the type of bread ordered, the sandwiches were mostly sauce, ordered two kinds of cheese and I ont think there was any. Instead of the crispy cheesy meatball subs of my dreams it was soggy bread with super salty tomato sauce. And a couple of meatball pieces. Cannot recommend, as much as I'd like to for old times sake.

Alexis Laek: I've been coming here for years. The most disheartening thing ever is the price hike. A 12 inch, mushroom steak and cheese sub at the Hoover location is $12.50. It's only $8.50 in Saint Claire Shores. 33% upcharge on Hoover Road for what? I'd be better off heading to the other location. Literally haven't been back since I saw how much prices have increased, and this used to be the ONLY location I'd go to. So sad.

I live 30 mins away and once I got home to eat my sub there was one tomato literally only ONE tomato on my sub and barely any lettuce. After having a long day and driving 30 mins home there was no way I was driving back but i do know that I I will never come back to this location. Service was terrible along with my food.

Tina Monette: Ordered 2 party trays, 30 bags chips, and 2 dozen cookies for a work luncheon. The tray the subs (feeds 20 people) were labeled with sub type determined by colored toothpicks and cut in 3-inch sections. Loved that people did not have to guess what type of sub they picked to eat. All the food was fresh, the dressing had plastic wrap under the lid, so it did not spill, and the cookies were individually wrapped which was another great touch. Everything was in boxes, which make it easy carry out to the car and the order was ready on time. Great job to the team at Tubby's on 12 Mile in Warren!! We will definitely order again!!

Yes, occasionally we might be missing a bag of chips. However, when I call the store they send someone out right away. Christopher Young: STOP ORDERING FROM THIS LOCATION! -- on multiple accounts, delivery driver failed to follow extremely simple requests. in particular: "Please call upon arrival," "Do not knock!" Delivery driver knocked today and woke my family up. Delivery driver failed, yet again, to call upon arrival -- and, instead, left the order at AND immediately in front of the front door (which included a large fountain drink beverage... which we'll get to in a moment). The door was opened because I saw heard the delivery driver, opened the door and saw him vacating the property but no food in sight. Upon opening the door, I discovered where the meal was because the door opening ended up spilling the large fountain drink. I cleaned it up some, then called the store. The representative who answered the phone denied all responsibility due to "...the delivery driver doesn't read the receipts." Clearly, this establishment isn't interested in accommodating delivery requests -- so I would conclude that this location is not family-friendly or patron-friendly. Further, upon request for a replacement, the denied responsibility stood and now I have a partial order. I'm embarrassed to have given this location as many chances as I have -- spare yourself the embarrassment, frustration, and sacrificing your hard-earned money by not getting everything that you had ordered... then get mocked on the phone when requesting accommodation. I wish there were a corporate entity that audited such a location to correct this misdeeds and wrongdoings -- but, I digress; wishes don't correct poor customer service.

Sara “Jordan” Taylor: This is one of the worst locations. 1.) the employees are self centered and lazy. Anytime i order from there and leave less than a $6 tip, they fill my entire cup with just ice, and leave my food in weird spots. Keep in mind my order is usually 8 bucks max, so i think a 50% tip should be sufficient. Also, i ordered today and an hour and a half later i hadn’t received anything so i called and cancelled my order. when i did so i was told i couldn’t cancel because they were already on their way and that it was a “stupid request” then after complaining and telling them i wouldn’t open the door to pay for it, they said they had cancelled and that the delivery driver would not show up. 40 minutes later, the delivery driver shows up to my house and begins to bang on my door and refuses to leave. Never ordering from their again. their definitely the type of people who would spit in your food for a laugh. ive also seen people vaping in the kitchen of the store so that shows you how cleanly they are

Michael Gabriel: Order a grilled chicken salad, and what I got was a tomato salad instead. The grilled chicken salad was bombed with tomatoes. Called in to make a complaint, instead of an apology, I was brushed off like who cares. Well, I cared enough to leave this review. I usually don't leave bad reviews, but the lack of respect shows how much they care about their customers.
zeinab bazzi: Food was terrible, delivery was extremely late nearly an hour. Fries are hard as a rock, and my chicken sub was not made the way I wanted.
Kassem Hammoud: This place has been around for a really long time. Growing up in east Dearborn it used to be the place to be. Food coasts have gone up and restaurant owners are looking for other alternative's to save money, the product hasn’t been the same at many locations. I hope they get it together and go back to the original taste.
