Potbelly: what do users think?
Malcolm Burke: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5Recommended dishes Farmhouse Salad, Mediterranean Chicken, Sandwich, Hot Peppers Jar, Chicken Pot Pie Soup, Broccoli Cheddar Dietary restrictions accommodated Vegetarian Recommendation for vegetarians Somewhat recommend Vegetarian offerings Clearly labeled vegetarian dishesMore
kanisha bradfield: I like the food ,but the customer service is not that great .Food: 5/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
Diarra Rhodman: I love potbelly’s however the service today and the last time I visited, I will never come to this location again! Rude to the 10th power. If you see a customer waiting in line even though you’re working drive through, courtesy would be to acknowledge your customer at least!!! Especially when I made it known I was ready and waited a literal 7 minutes before I left. Sadly this is NOT the first time but definitely the last
Remy Mitchell: I usually love potbelly and this is my first time buying from this location. I Ordered the Turkey avocado Sandwich and the avocado is clearly bad . They couldn’t have possibly made this sandwich and thought it was okay to send out . I’m extremely disappointed after waiting 40 minutes to get this sandwich that I’m not even going to eat . Complete waste of money
James Deake: Today was our first time at potbelly, me and my wife split the Italian sub, it was so good I'm really sorry that I didn't try it sooner we also had your soup and chili everything was delicious and the staff (shorty) and the rest were wonderful we will be back..
Thomas Barnes: Ordered through Door Dash, ordered an Italian sub which was supposed to come with provolone cheese, then I added Mayo, hot peppers, and lettuce and this is what I got. Worst sub I’ve ever had.
Tawanna B: Great food and great staff! No complaints for me. Well one, I’m not a fan of the mustard. Otherwise, no complaints. My order was correct and the food was fresh. The mediterranean sub was flavorful and loaded with toppings. I enjoyed every bite.
Ashley Whittington: They were advertising the Egg Nog shake but the cashier told me it was discontinued. Highly disappointed and mislead!Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
ROBB FOXX: Customer service could use a refresher course.Food: 5/5|Service: 1/5|Atmosphere: 4/5Recommended dishes Mac & Cheese, Broccoli Cheddar, A Wreck …More
michael c: I overlooked this place for years and when I finally tried it I was disappointed In myself for waiting so long. Great sandwiches...tasty soup...scrumptious cookies, Potbelly is a win 🏆Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Melissa Bilunes: Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5More
Frank: I recently dined here for a carry out Mediterranean sandwich. The toppings were fresh and filling. I would recommend this place for food dining whether you are debating Panera bread or potbelly. I would say potbelly is a strong contender in the sandwich game.
Nichole Blake: The employees are nice and do a great job. However, the portions are really small for how expensive it is. The Mac and cheese and the cheesy broccoli soup is good but no one liked anything else we got. Also, don't bother spending the extra couple of bucks on a bowl. It's not worth it as you don't get much more than a cup.Food: 2/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 2/5 …More
Derick Ebbinghaus: Great place to get lunch. Big menu with lots of options.
Amy M: Good pastrami, I'd like to try it with Cole slaw
keith Johnson: Walked in for lunch I was told by the lady in the back there's no inside order of lunch but it's obviously people inside are in lunch go somewhere else
Kenan Giroux: Arrived right at the lunch rush. The team did an excellent job of keeping orders moving, the manager was very polite and seemed to understand he had a room full of people on lunch with 20 minutes to eat.I had the Mediterranean and it was lights out delicious. I added hot peppers to add a little kick.
Nicole Davis: I love the ladies at this location, I ordered a tuna salad and they made it, the menu doesn't even have tuna salad but they made it for me anyways 🙂thank you
Mo Greene: Great people fresh food.
Lexee Brown: It’s always something with this location. Today the drive thru was down. I’ve received moldy bread from here before as well. Won’t be returning.
Boss Lady Ash: This location can go straight to hell..I ordered using DoorDash and received a dry, plain, and almost burnt sandwich. Like you guys could’ve at least put some Mayo or mustard on it. No cheese, lettuce, tomato, or nothing. Just burnt bread and meat

SOUPDIVE: what do users think?
Felicia: My niece told me about the place down from her job. She thought I would like it and I did. I smelled the soups as soon as I walked in the door 👃 💙 very good aromas. The young lady at the counter was nice and professional. She was NOT on her phone phone as we see A LOT of young people today. I had the half soup (kale and black eyed pea soup -half sandwich(corned beef) combo for about $10. Both were good! And I was full leaving out. The place was clean so I dined in and yes I checked the restroom 👍 Had to grab a piece of the lemon pound cake on my way out. They said we hope you will come back?! I will 😁😍Vegetarian options: Nice to have so many veggie options.Parking: Easy in Easy out!
Jonathan Kashat: Best food i have had in a while
Larry Sirgany: Great food, superb sandwiches unique soups, a different experience well worth the time. Pricey but a great valueParking: easy and close
Anuscha Ingram: Placed a order at 10:17am today from their direct order option only to find out once we called the automated system says “their closed. So we drove there and arrived at 11:55am and the store was closed. It’s still posted on DoorDash as well as opened. To take a customer money which was over $80 and to have the restaurant closed is unacceptable. Now I’ll have to dispute it with my bank. My family always patronizes this restaurant and we’re disappointed. Please be mindful to make sure if your closed to not have the restaurant listed as opened.
Loves Onmyside: Absolutely Delicious 😋 also very Clean and Friendly atmosphere. This is my New Place for Lunch.
Tish Clark: i was waited on by an older women. I purchased 2 separate orders. The first was 3 8oz soups and 3 pieces of cornbread. The second was a 32oz soup with cornbread. *The order was for 3 people. The cashier gave me 1 piece of cornbread. I told her the order was for 3 people. She told me cornbread no longer came with soup and it i wanted more i could pay extra. She then proceeded to wait on the next person. She refused to explain why the first order got 3 pieces of cornbread and why second order got 1 piece when it was more soup. Despite me loving their food, I don’t like being lied to or rudeness. I won’t be returning.
Ron Ponyicky: Cream of sweet potato soup was sooooo good
Jose Dubon: No matter what you try on the menu you won’t be disappointed!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Tamika K: I always come here. I love the food and love the owners. But this time I seem to have waited a little longer than I expected. The young Winona decided to talk on her personal phone and I get it when family calls and there’s a problem answer by all means. But please take it to the back or the bathroom, that way no one has an attitude or mad.
Bri Love: Just left this establishment, walked in at 5:20pm, google shows they close at 6pm. Was told that they would have to see if I wanted anything cook. Never been here before but after driving 20 minutes to get here and being told that they would have to see, I wont be back. Business has to do better with customer service. I’ve heard they had good food, which is why I drove all this way but I definitely won’t be back.
Ms. Jones: Ms. Pam is s gem! I didn't have the best experience the first time but the food is amazing so I gave it another try. I really appreciate how she took the time to hear me out and made me feel valued as a customer. Love the salmon chowder it's filling and savory, cornbread is soft and moist. Pound cake is also moist and absolutely delicious.
Stacia Young: I use to frequent this place a few years back when I worked in the area. I recently went for lunch in the area so decided to visit just yo support a black business even though I was crazy full. The food did not disappoint as it never does. However, the prices sure did increase and it seems beyond unreasonable. As a consultant working with many billion dollar industries I understand inflation and I understand the need to raise prices however, as many other businesses have done so it seems like they overly raised the prices to turn a larger profit. To pay $12 for not even a medium size container is absolutely ridiculous. The size isn’t even enough to get full off of. For $12 you should be able to afford an entire meal with a drink. The bowl comes alone with no drink and any add on is in addition. In the end I received an 8 ounce and I believe 12 ounce bowl for $20. That is extremely overpriced in my opinion. I only hope that this business will avoid taking the predatory route and stop trying to take advantage of already inflated cost in this country. I highly doubt that I will revisit unless their prices are altered to reasonable ones.
Pamela Sierzan: A girlfriend and I went here on a Thursday morning. The girls behind the counter were very nice and polite. The food was good. I was just disappointed that I couldn't get a cup of water and that I had to pay for crackers!
Dawn Stallworth-McCarty: It's always a good visit. The staff is very professional and polite. If you are ordering something that has to be cooked like a burger or salmon patties, you may want to call ahead cause it is cooked to order and may take a minute. But worth the wait.Food: 4/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 4/5 …More
Peace and Love: The gumbo was the worst I've ever had. Taste like gravy and rice with over cooked shrimp
Patrice Sherman: The food was delicious as always and the in person dining experience was very nice. The staff was awesome! The restaurant wasn't "overcrowded" with guests like some of the other nearby restaurants were. So I felt comfortable enough to enjoy my dinner without strangers coughing or sneezing close by me.
David: This cozy, little restaurant was just the place to satisfy my and my girlfriend's vegan cravings but our friends' carnivorous appetites. They've got steak chili, corn beef reubens, and more for the meat eaters and Vegan soups (the white bean soup is a must-try! 3) a killer bean burger, and wraps and more! The staff were especially friendly (I know I say it a lot about places, but these guys were actually talkative, funny, and helpful), obviously took pride in their restaurant, and kept a clean, welcoming atmosphere.I cannot wait to visit Southfield again so I have an excuse to visit SoupDive.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options but more than enough to satisfy omnivore friends tooParking: The parking lot is a little small but there's other larger parking lots attached, so there's no worry about parking filling up as long as you don't mind walking 100ft in case the place is super busy.
Kathy Skubik: Best black eyed peas ever. Comes with brown rice and cornbread. So so good! I’m so glad that I discovered this unassuming place.
Deanna Butler: My Husband and I tried the Salmon Croquettes, they were awesome. The staff is wonderful.
Peter J: My wife and I experienced this restaurant for the first time. Salmon Chowder was great as well as the Strawberry Banana Smoothie. Wife had the Seafood Chowder and the Shrimp Flatbread which were delicious. Service was very good and we will be returning. Glad to support a great African American owned business.

Front Page Deli (8mile Location): what do users think?
Starpointe Photography: Stopped here on a whim and was glad I did. The lady behind the counter was nice and patient with all of my questions. We received our food pretty quick and it was tasty.I ordered sandwich no. 1 and the corned beef wasn't dry or too fatty. The serving size was also good for the price. I can think of a few places that are more well known but aren't as good with smaller serving portions.Parking: Lots of free parking off the street.
G Johnson: Just okay coleslaw isn't that goodThe type of food you eat when buzzing off liquorSORRY 😞NOT SORRYFood: 3/5|Service: 4/5|Atmosphere: 3/5Recommended dishes Corned Beef & Swiss …More
K Nicholson: Sandwiches. Low selection.Food: 3/5|Service: 3/5|Atmosphere: 3/5 …More
A. Miles: Post pandemic, and still good..A little pricey.. but good!
Avis Banks: Food is good and plenty but the chick that makes the sandwiches has an bad attitude. The waitress was nice thoughFood: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Christopher Pipkin, Sr.: Nice place for corned beef or steak egg rolls and sandwiches. I think you should receive more food for the price but, that's my opinion. Good service. Haven't had any issues.Food: 5/5|Service: 5/5|Atmosphere: 5/5 …More
Tray S.: Staff is usually unfriendly & not engaging with customers. But the food is good if they get the order right.
De Andre McGhee: Good food but they need to learn some phone Etiquette. The young lady answering the phone ALWAYS has a NASTY disposition, and always talking in a Snappy snazzy way…
Richard “Richie Rich” Karaczewski: Cornbeef or philly cheessteak egg rolls
Damali Heron: Very Clean Great Customer Service and the Sandwiches are worth every penny!!!
CES: Corn beef egg rolls are delicious!
Deedra Evans: I would give 0 stars if I could! I ordered a #4 NO MUSTARD. The worker behind the desk did not ring it in and my sandwich was PLASTERED in mustard both the top and the bottom bun. Instead of owning up to her mistake, she blamed my boyfriend and said that he didn’t tell her no mustard because it wasn’t on the ticket. I asked for a remake of the sandwich I was told NO. I asked for a refund just for the sandwich as I had ordered other items and the MANAGER told me NO as they have a no refund policy. Highly disappointed because the food looked great but if they don’t care to take care of their customers then it doesn’t matter. Don’t waste your time as they are rude and unprofessional.
Shaton Ireland: The food is so delicious 😋
Lynette Tucker: I had the #1 Front page corn beef with coleslaw Swiss cheese and Russian dressing on rye bread i got the travelers turkey with coleslaw Swiss cheese and Russian dressing and onion roll.Dine in: Yes Takeout: Yes …More
Candice: Polite cashier, good corned beef and superman cake

Phillip Taylor: Good Corn beef egg rolls 😋
Chnell Guydon: Corned beef eggrolls were fantastic...omg perfection. Wish they were open today!

Michael Gabriel: Order a grilled chicken salad, and what I got was a tomato salad instead. The grilled chicken salad was bombed with tomatoes. Called in to make a complaint, instead of an apology, I was brushed off like who cares. Well, I cared enough to leave this review. I usually don't leave bad reviews, but the lack of respect shows how much they care about their customers.
zeinab bazzi: Food was terrible, delivery was extremely late nearly an hour. Fries are hard as a rock, and my chicken sub was not made the way I wanted.
Kassem Hammoud: This place has been around for a really long time. Growing up in east Dearborn it used to be the place to be. Food coasts have gone up and restaurant owners are looking for other alternative's to save money, the product hasn’t been the same at many locations. I hope they get it together and go back to the original taste.
