Noah Miller: The worst possible WiFi you can even get. Having 3 techs who work for wow come to your house and say wow is awful. Something bit right there
Megan Adkins: If you like companies that lie and offer you a $300 pre-paid card for switching services, if you like your service going in and out all day long, if you like rude customer service then this company is for you! Everyone who doesn't like those things stay away! Customer is beyond rude and you have to call them A LOT almost daily! Because you lose service multiple times a day! They are offering you a promotion to switch over to them for a $300 pre-paid visa card after 90 days of service and paying on time, well friends that is a LIE! After 90 days of being ontime they did not honor it and ran around in circles making excuses! Do yourself a favor and just walk away, do not think about doing business with them.

Third appointment, tech contacted me an hour before the scheduled time while I was at work, he said okay when I explained this and that he would be there at my scheduled time...no show. No box for a month but did receive a BILL that was somewhat of a threat about collection agency for unpaid equipment charges! 225.00 for Telephone Modem and 169.00 for WOW!tv+box. Called customer service and after a very long wait ( not unusual) could barely understand the representative. Only 2 drop off area in the entire state of Michigan. Thank goodness I looked at the google maps because the drop center closest to me looks as if it’s closed. Hoping box comes in mail as I requested for the second time. Shady business for sure. Happy now with Spectrum

Guess I'm going to another company UPDATE: they got my payment method switched over before I had a chance to call around other internet company's. So problem solved for now so I'll move up to 2 stars

Michael Atherton: I’m not a wow customer. One of their installers removed a fake locked padlock from my gate and entered my yard without permission. Used my trash cans. I don’t have wow. No poles or utilities on my property. No door knocking and never said anything to my wife as she was leaving the house. My cameras caught him. My 2 older kids were home. Why was he in my yard? I want him fired. If I was home I would have let him meet my 2 dogs.

Holly: I have been trying to cancel my account with WOW since February, when thankfully moved to a location that we could get internet with a reputable company. I was told that 5-7 days after the billing cycle (March 10th), I would receive a box in the mail at my new address to send the equipment back. I finally got an email that there would be a box sent to me mid April- but not after they charged me for their equipment. Shockingly, they sent the box to the old address. I called 2 different times trying to get a box to return the equipment each time, they said “it will be in the mail in 3-5 business days and never came. I contacted Wow again and was able to speak with a manager - after waiting on hold for 40 minutes and dealing with an awful woman that didn’t want to let me speak with a manager because “she could help me;” we scheduled a technician to come out to the new address to pick the equipment up. THEY SENT THE TECHNICIAN TO THE OLD ADDRESS OVER AN HOUR AWAY. It is now May 1st and I am at a loss on what to do. My auto pay with them was never canceled, I’ve been told that they cannot refund my money for the internet bills they took out of the account because the account was not actually closed until April- although I received emails all of February and March to “come back” & “they’re sorry to see us go.” They cannot refund my equipment until they receive my equipment and if they get it back it will be 4+ weeks. This company is truly awful. They cannot complete even the most minuscule of tasks. I was married and had my last name changed almost a year ago and that has still not been updated. DO ANYTHING YOU CAN TO AVOID SERVICE WITH WOW.

The prices they advertise online don't include their $1 extra charge, and can only be achieved if you have auto payment (though enrolling in autopay doesn't actually lower the price, just makes it so you don't see you're getting stuck with the higher price.

They told me it would take 7-10 business days. Today I received a bill… so I called them and she said did you fill out the return form. I said what return form? Apparently, the person I spoke to weeks ago doesn’t know how to do their job and forget to start a return form. Wow! You guys are a class act!

John Warner: I did a Comcast move/install on 1/19/23 for cable tv (3 boxes), internet and home phone. The Tech said he couldn't install a cable line in the family room I wanted run from the attic down the outside of the wall to the tv. He suggested going with a wireless cable box. I decided to go with 3 wireless boxes but tech didn't have those in his truck. I took the 3 new wired boxes to the Xfinity store to swap for 3 wireless boxes. Nick Alarcon, Sales Consultant, did the swap for me and answered several of my questions. He also gave me his business card with his cell phone number, in case I had more questions.
LanceCarol Calendar: After many frustrating phone calls to Xfinity/Comcast I decided to go to a store. I didn't wait long for Fred, from this location, to assist! #Blownaway by his professionalism, courtesy and EFFECTIVENESS! I had questions about every service - modems, channels, mobile phone, security, etc. Not only were the answers understandable I was able to reduce my bill by over $50 a month! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Xfinity location to anyone frustrated with their Internet and Streaming Services!!!

Evan S: I've only been collocating here for a few months, nor do I generally write reviews for any product or service, but a minor emergency with my equipment yesterday and the service I received in response was so surprisingly professional and helpful I thought I should give them a good review. I submitted a problem ticket, they got back to me quickly, we set up an appointment and I got in later that day to work on my server. They greeted me with courtesy and the demeanor of men who know what they're doing. The technician who brought me to my equipment stayed with me the whole time to make sure I had everything I could possibly need, though now that I think about it that was probably for security purposes as well. Bottom line is that they made it clear that they wanted me to be able to do what I had to do with as little trouble as possible.In addition, I have never had any problems with their services, so much so I forgot I was collocating (I used to keep my servers at home, got a little expensive). Which brings me to my final point: for the quality of service I've received, I think you would be hard pressed to find any data center of this caliber for their pricing.
Christopher LaDuke: The facility is good. The connectivity is also pretty good. The owners/staff are serious geeks/engineers who take their trade seriously and have been doing it for awhile. They don't brag about being the shiniest. However they do hang their hat on value, which was important to us as we were a startup but needed room to grow. I did have a power problem at 11:00 PM and the staff was quick to respond.
Michael DeLigny: Been running a couple mining rigs there for a couple of months and they have been fine. While I don't think they have a huge employee staff (who needs one here) they have always responded quickly and have been respectful all the time. I can always do a follow up review later on, after I've spent more time with them. Go for it.

The thee man operation makes it very difficult to get a hold of someone when the line goes down. Not that we have had a problem with that.If you do not pay you bill your services will be shut off..... I understand this. I don't work for free either. But when the bill arrives the day it is due, or past due, its not fair. Because your server will be shut off.It is very difficult to get a hold of someone by phone. You have to submit email tickets. Which can be a big pain if you don't have your account information.Other than billing. Fairly reliable as fare as link goes.
Jim Mitte: I have been a datacenter/colocation customer of Waveform Technologies for over 10 years. They provide great service for a very reasonable price. This is a company run by engineers, not marketing people. Their first priority is uptime and redundancy, not marketing fluff. I would most certainly recommend Waveform to anyone looking for a highly redundant, value-provided datacenter.
