John Warner: I did a Comcast move/install on 1/19/23 for cable tv (3 boxes), internet and home phone. The Tech said he couldn't install a cable line in the family room I wanted run from the attic down the outside of the wall to the tv. He suggested going with a wireless cable box. I decided to go with 3 wireless boxes but tech didn't have those in his truck. I took the 3 new wired boxes to the Xfinity store to swap for 3 wireless boxes. Nick Alarcon, Sales Consultant, did the swap for me and answered several of my questions. He also gave me his business card with his cell phone number, in case I had more questions.
LanceCarol Calendar: After many frustrating phone calls to Xfinity/Comcast I decided to go to a store. I didn't wait long for Fred, from this location, to assist! #Blownaway by his professionalism, courtesy and EFFECTIVENESS! I had questions about every service - modems, channels, mobile phone, security, etc. Not only were the answers understandable I was able to reduce my bill by over $50 a month! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Xfinity location to anyone frustrated with their Internet and Streaming Services!!!

Tabitha Gean: The 2 gentlemen at this store get 5 stars but the company as a while I wish I got give them negative stars. We downgraded to just internet middle of month. Told us we would get prorated for the days we used both cable and internet which was fine. When the time came for our bill they tried charging us for a whole month for both. Went to one of the many stores they looked into our account and apologized and said we shouldn't have been charged that. They said calling customer service might help since billing department was closed. They hung up multiple times on us and the store associate helping us. The associate caught them lying to him and us. They finally got a supervisor on the line well after 1.5 hrs of her just repeating herself. Was told since it was there fault they would pay it. And our new balance would be such and such for the next time we need to pay and now we are getting fee's attached to our bill and told we still have to pay the original amount or face shut off

Kaitlin Bedro: Brought back a mobile phone xfinity mailed me for no apparent reason. Refused to take it without charging an arbitrary $35, refused to waive the fee, refused to call customer service when I told them I get nowhere on the phone trying to get this back to them. After a long wait for customer service (no one else but me in line) and waiting forever for him to tap away on his computer, nothing accomplished. I still have to call xfinity to turn off. Absolutely stupid. Spectrum was able to do this in minutes at a store in a little town up north. Not a big metro store.

My son and I went to the store the first day and we were told that the safe was locked and I would have to come back on Sunday after 12 o'clock. We did just that. When we arrived, we were told that they were out of all phones except Apple Phones. The man knew 100% that we were there the day before for a Samsung phone. The manager told me they had been out of those phones for more than a week. A waste of time!!

Scott Gerhart: Very fast reliable internet. My only complaints are the pricing and one terabyte data cap. Its annoying too have too call and negotiate every year or two. Also not a fan because when people started ditching cable for streaming services Comcast/xfinity increased the cost of internet. The military discount is not that good compared too many other companies. Please don't retaliate Comcast as i am still a customer.In addition to my previous review i am downgradingto 1 star because.... I have had the xfinity home security cameras for 8-9 months and it have never worked and tech after tech come out to fix this and cannot but xfinity will not give me money back for the cameras so i am paying for and owning something that will never work. I spent over 20 hours on the phone, with techs, or by myself trying to pair these camers to my internet with no success, techs say my internet equipment is not compatible with the xfinity home security system cameras and that i need to call customer service to get a refund for camers, i call them and they don't listen to me, we go through another entire troubleshooting process that doesn't work and they force me to have a tech come who cannot do anything and cancels the appointment. I have seriously had it with this greedy company and makes huge profits for only investors and high ups in company. I have no other choice where i live so this nurse/veteran gets to keep paying high costs

Frank NYC: My experience is with Comcast in general, not this store. Comcast uses subcontractors, and we have hand a problem for a few months created by a tech who took the liberty of cutting and disconnecting our home phone cabling leaving us with only one of six jacks working. So far, we are waiting 6 weeks for some one to fix the problem. Comcast does not take responsibility for its subcontractors, and left it up to us to resolve the problem. Comcast supervisors NEVER return telephone calls and provide statuses. Basically, the service is fine until there is a problem and you need to escalate an issue. Comcast has the tendency to make changes without testing them first. They made a change to their network last year that brought down over 500,000 customers and customer service claimed ignorance to any issues. Their apps are buggy, and each update breaks working features. They need to do less offshore support and get resources that know what they are doing.

So I went back into the store they gave me the run around for a hour before I had to go back to work! We ask for the store manager he never came out to address us just sent a message to let us know he was sending a email out. They told me to call a 1800 number to no avail. So today again I go into the store I ask for a manager, the sane guy says he is the manager now… ok… so I ask for a manager name over him he refused. Instead he said we can’t refund you, because u left ! Sir I left because your manager had me waiting for a hour never seen him never came out the back to address the issue! So he refused to give me a card he refuse to give me Woodward store number he was real nasty. Nothing but kids working in here. I am literally making a police report and then taking them to court for suffering and time!!!! U have the receipt as well. It was there mistake and I treat me like trash!!!!! Over my money

Her Thoughts: I wanted to start by say the entire experience was not bad at all but when I walked in the store there was three ladies staring at me. Not welcoming at all, nor helpful.. My actual service was rushed and overall not the best.I later returned and was properly greeted better by Lana & further assisted by Christina who both were a greet help!!! if you see this YOU GUYS ARE DOING AMAZING!! Isadora Vincent: I walked into the store looking for some assistance because my phone broke the day before (just got it a few months ago) and I was wanting help switching back to my old phone. I also was hoping to figure out a possible solution for getting a new phone so I had some questions and just wanted some general help. The lady that ended up helping me didn't seem very willing and wasn't very nice about it at all. When I tried to explain she told me to just do it at home and I got the feeling that she felt my problem wasn't big enough, especially when other people came into the store after me and were waiting and I noticed her glance over to them. I felt rushed and like she didn't actually want to help me, and I felt dumb because she acted as if I should have known what to do. I have never had my phone break like this before. She also kept saying they couldn't do anything since they don't do the repairs, but again I felt rushed and like she was trying to brush me off. I understand if the phones need to be sent in to their manufacturer, but how am I supposed to know that they can't process that stuff through their store location, especially when I have never had to deal with a broken phone before. Basically the questions I was asking her and trying to clarify, I felt like she was talking to me like I was dumb. Only gave 1 star because she did switch the sim for me, but she seemed hesitant to do it at first and then continued to make me feel dumb and not important. Even though I am a paying customer each month...

Jim Smith: From start to finish Jwan was AMAZING! I had to clear off someone's debt off of my new address and after i got home with the new equipment I realized there was no connection from the poll to the house. Time to order a technician to come out. I'm pretty sure that it was delirium from moving all day but I could not get to a live person through the automated system. I was able to text Jwan for suggestions or a non automated line, he was able to put the order in without issues and I have the technician on their way. So Jwan made the exciting stressful day of closing on a house and moving so much better.

Stay as far away as you can unless you want to be sucked in by a blackhole of endless circles of customer representatives, poor quality assistance, and slowly feeling like you're going insane. The security tech tried to molest me in my own home. Xfinity paid me $300 to stay with them after they failed to deliver my $50 gift card with a promo. I've had it with this company. Their service isn't even that great. They overcharge for unlimited and you don't even get unlimited. Basically if you want to be screwed over after every turn possible, get xfinity. You want to fix your phone with insurance ? Forget about it. Customer service is impossible for them.

Caroline Harris: My only complaint with the service is the automated system...what is the purpose of calling if you can't speak to anyone...Comcast customer service is no longer an option as you all are using a customer automated service..I'm in agreement with other customers and believe the cost of the service is extremely high especially when there is never anyone around to take on the phone...you should stop advertising customer service options as you don't have any customer service team members...I should always be able to speak to a live person unless you don't offer customer service and at this time this is not something you offer. Comcast/Xfinity correct the customer service option or advise your customer that you don't have that option only an automated service with predetermined options that you can proceed on. This way when customers call they already know they won't have an option to speak to a person.

I'd also appreciate it if you would stop taking my services down right after we Pay the bill just to punish us for existing. Kim Arnett: Krissy was great with helping us out. Went in to figure out why cable was having issues. She suggested checking modem speed. Needed new modem. We then saw a deal on phones. She told us we could add phones to our plan and get a discount. Had trouble with Verizon switching over but Krissy got it straightened out. A week later we noticed that the bill never decreased like she said. Went back and another associate told us we had wrong plan and no way to fix it! What! Never would have switched if I wasn't getting the discount.

Denna Bellman: Black girl with long braids is rude and has attitude issues. The lock the doors way before they close and will shut the door in your face. I asked for the number for corporate number and she didn’t even respond. Needs customer service, and for that I’m cancelling my service with this company.

scott: I was wrong with my first "glowing" review. I left being told that my new bill would be 179.00 all inclusive. When I got home I received an email from xfinity thanking me for being a loyal customer and letting me know that my new monthly rate would be 221.00 monthly, all inclusive. The $42 increase is much better than the original $50 increase. Yeah, sure. By the way, we now can not get on the internet and we have no Wi-Fi. We still have TV, but it freezes up and has to be rebooted every hour or so.With no internet, we cannot contact xfinty. We did call, but was repeatedly disconnected. We are not allowed to call the guys who worked on this for us at the store because they can't afford phones.So our bill went up $41 a month and we have no internet. Xfinity at its finest.

Forever Fancy: 3/6/22- I called comcast because my internet service was was not working. Today was a high wind alert day. The technician tried several attempts to get my service back up and suggested that a technician should come out tomorrow. She never checked to see if there were outages in my area. Now at 9pm I'm home and my service is back. The winds died down at about 3pm. My service may have been back on earlier, who knows. But to automatically send a tech without checking every reasonable option seems like a shady way to to get more money by charging the customer for a tech visit.

I will be filling a policy report as soon as I can about this. Currently in the process of getting the billing removed from my account and the phones are currently black listed through Comcast. This location needs to be investigated.

Shelby Culpepper: Went to the store to cancel my cable and internet and return my equipment and they refused to do so and said I would need to contact xfinity by phone to do so regardless of the fact online it said you could go into the store to cancel. I told them I had witnessed others returning equipment and canceling service when I was at that store setting up my mobile phone service, and they said I was mistaken.
